We love going to Gigglesville! The office is fun and welcoming for kids, and my 2 year old loved watching cartoons while in the chair. Dr. Lopez and the staff are very gentle and caring. My son had such a good time he actually cried when we were leaving!

The place was clean but I honestly felt that they were trying to take advantage of us meaning they wanted to charge us for pretty much everything even though my kids Dental Insurance covered most items, they wanted to charge 100 per kid for laughing gas thats pretty steep if you ask me and for the sealants for molers that I personally called our insurance and was told they cover this even though this office told me it wouldnt!! Id be very careful and call my Insurance to see whats covered and whats not before they try to charge you for items covered by insurance!!!

This is the most wonderful dentist office to take your kids! I have a son with special needs, and they have been the most kind, sweet and caring with him! Wonderful staff, great doctors, and so fun for kids! They were super patience, and I am very thankful for a great experience. Highly recommended.

Dr. Lopez is excellent as always. Always knows what he is talking about. Takes the time to explain and properly diagnose my child. Seems to know more than my own pediatrician. 5 STARS!!!

The office has always been very clean the times we have our appointment. Were usually in and out in about an hour which isnt too bad! The techs and dentists are very patient and gracious to the children. We always feel so welcomed and taken care of during the visit. Highly recommend!

I’m extremely happy about choosing Gigglesville Pediatric Dentistry. From the moment you come in, you feel welcome. The staff and the dentists are wonderful . My kids love coming here. I can honestly say , for the first time , I’m at ease whenever my children come for a dental appointment or for a procedure. The office was clean, the staff efficient and quick. They had both kids completely done in less than an hour including the wait in the car until it was our turn. I did not feel like my kids were unsafe.Staff and Dr. Lopez are great with kids and make it as pleasant as they can. I do not live close to this office but make the drive because I feel the care provided is worth the drive.

I love bringing my kids here always treated over the top service in every aspect. The facility is super clean (especially with COVID). They make sure everything is sanitized and perfected. My kids have been treated for fillings, crowns, cleanings, root canals etc. and I have 💯 confidence in the specialists working on their teeth. I am extremely satisfied on how they treat my kids and myself with customer service, explaining procedures and reassurance. I would recommend Gigglesville 💯 to parents.

The office is beautifully decorated and adequate for children. The staff was wearing appropriate PPE. Station at entrance for checking vitals. The doctor and assistants did an amazing job on my children. The session was quick, and I was very happy to be able to be sitting in the procedure area (open concept layout). They have TVs hanging on ceiling for children to enjoy while doctor is working on their teeth. Highly recommend.

My son sees his dentist every visit. He answers any concerns at all. You can tell that hes not only very educated in his practice, but that he loves it and cares for each child. We love taking our son here. All the staff are also fantastic. I would recommend him over anyone else.

My little one had a bad first dental experience and I decided to switch to Gigglesville. I loved Dr. Lopez but we are now taken care of my Dr. Vargas. She is amazing patient and makes my little feel like such a big girl. Always will reccomend this great and welcoming.

The Dentist always takes his time to explain anything and ask if you have any questions, he has also let me hold my boys in my arms as he checks them which helps them feel safer. Im super surprised. This dentistry is super clean. With the pandemic they are extremely careful right now. The dentist and staff were wonderful! And this is because my daughter was the last patient to be seen after 6pm. Staff said they had been there since 8 am and they were still on top of things and super friendly! Cant say enough good things about this place. Wonderful!

We went in for my 2 kids first dentist visit. It went great! Sure the kids cried a little, but that I was expecting. The whole team were great at keep them calm and getting everything done. The dentist explained everything to me clearly and was super attentive, answered all my questions, was great with my kids. We are looking forward to their next visit ☺️

The female dentist is very rude. She always tries to reschedule, assuming she wants to keep charging medicade. No patience for children AT ALL. Why become a PEDIATRIC dentist.No complaints on Male dentist, he has all the patience for the kids and knows what he is doing.

We had a situation where my daughter chipped her tooth and her nerve was slightly exposed. Dr. Lopez and staffed extended their office hours on a Friday to see my daughters’ injury and to extract the tooth. Afterwards Dr. Lopez gave his cell phone number to my husband just in case we ran into any concerns over the weekend. Such a passionate dentist, he loves what he does, and he relates with the patients and parents. I feel safe and comfortable taking my daughter to him.

Worst experience. I arrived on time to my appointment(4:pm) but they had us waiting outside for an hour, then inside they haven’t given me the few papers to fill out, so that took more time, but after all I didn’t want to waste my time, so after more than an hour lost, I let my kids get ready. So, after waiting for another 25 min the dentist chair, they told me my estimating time: 25 or more minutes or MoRe! So at 5:40 we left with nothing done, at that time they offered me to re-schedule but I promised not come back :/ to experience the same again.Over all cause a few months ago I arrived late 15min and they canceled my appointment and I understood was my fault, but this time the lack of communication was the worst. They probably forgot about us outside, I had to call them to remind them we’re still waiting even do, they didn’t given me the papers or a call to be ready.

Being a general dentist made me extra picky about my son’s pediatric dentist. Throughout the years I have seen the great work done by Dr. Lopez on the patients I refer to Gigglesville. I did not hesitate to contact Gigglesville pediatric dentistry when my 17 months old son had a dental emergency😢😢. Both Dr. Lopez and Dr. Vargas attended to his dental needs and our needs as nervous parents. The staff are very professional, the office is super clean and the facility is a state of the art. I am glad that I chose Gigglesville for my son. He is doing great now!

Amazing staff & doctor who are always so patient and kind to out little one. Staff was able to get us in quickly after our son had a fall in which he hit his teeth. There was no run around. He was a new patient t and they got us in that same day. Other places I called wanted us to wait days before getting an appointment.

Gigglesville Pediatric Dentistry is by far the BEST! My son needed some work done on his teeth and I was referred out by his dentist to another dentist. I didn’t like the way they were going to handle the procedure so I decided to get a 3rd opinion. At the end I chose Gigglesville. Why?!......Because Dr. Lopez was not in a hurry to get me out of the office, he sat with me and explained everything in detail on what needed to get done to ease my mind and answered all my questions and his staff was absolutely wonderful. So needless to say, my son does extremely well with Dr. Lopez and his staff, so we decided to switch over to Gigglesville and he’s been my son’s dentist ever since. Thank you Dr. for all you do and for your AMAZING staff 😀

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED! My 3 year old recently had a crown put in and it was a great experience all around... the Dr. Makes sure that the child is calm and relaxed at all times.. hes quick and very understanding about how much can be done per session.. my son was scheduled to go bk in 3 weeks to get some minor stuff finished so he didnt overwhelm him with everything in one appointment.. i was ready to have my son leave with a traumatic experience screaming and crying but it was the exact opposite... he got some prizes wen he was done and it was like if nothing had happened.

This was my baby boys first visit, we were greeted as we walked in, the sign in was very simple. The receptionist were very polite and were more than happy to answer and questions or concerns. The dentist was very patient and kind and introduced himself and welcomed us to his office and even referred to us as “part of the family.” This was definitely a 5 star visit! Very satisfied, and highly recommended! They also provided us with a Winnie the Pooh toothbrush, toothpaste and a certificate with my child’s photo for his first time visit. And shared some great tips for the future of my child’s dental health.

I have to say this place is amazing! The staff is very friendly and they see you in a timely manner. The doctor is one of the most humble, down to earth doctors I have ever met :)For those that prefer to speak in Spanish I can tell you that this is the place to go. I was very impressed with his Spanish and made it easier for me, even though I speak English, my first language is Spanish. Very patient with children. Definitely looking forward to him being my kid’s dentist for a long time.

Love the doctor, how he interacts with the kids and explains to parents.. the staff in the other hand is a little off they dont communicate between back and front staff. The front scheduler dis not give me a appointment for some treatment. I asked her and was like they didnot tell me. I had to explain to her what the doctor told me.

Safety, health standards, and professionalism were top notch at our appointment this week. I was apprehensive about taking my daughter out, but I am very glad that we were able to safely continue our oral hygiene practices.

Recently had my sons first dental appointment at 6m of age.. the staff was great Dr Lopez did so good with my baby he genuinely seems to care about his patients.. He answered all my questions and made sure My son and I were comfortable. The lobby and rooms are nice and clean very kid friendly. It’s a little bit of a drive for me to get there but it’s worth it! We just moved to the valley and are so grateful to have found Gigglesville. The office is clean and very welcoming to kids. The front desk staff are friendly, competent, and very welcoming. The assistants and hygienists are also very friendly, great with kids, and do their job well. To top it off, Dr. Lopez is excellent with kids- communicating to them (and me) what is being done (my son had several procedures) and very encouraging. My boys both say they love the dentist. That in itself is amazing to me. I highly recommend this practice.

We absolutely love this office, every one we have encountered has been upbeat and professional. All the hygienists are knowledgeable and work wonderful with small children. Dr. Lopez is kind, patient, and has done an excellent job working with my toddler son. The facility is very clean and up to date, the lobby has fun activities for the kids to keep themselves entertained while you wait. But don’t expect to wait long, we have been seeing Dr Lopez for over a year and we have never had a visit take longer than an hour from check in to check out. I honestly can’t say enough about Dr. Lopez and his staff, my son loves going to have his teeth checked and cleaned. Recommend to all my friends and family.
