I am really glad I went to Palmer Smile Design as it was recommended by a friend. I don’t really enjoy going to the dentist but I felt they were very through, gentle and knowledgeable which made it a good experience. I was able to schedule online and pick the appointment that worked for me. It’s also in a very accessible location. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I am glad it was recommended to me.

I love this place. The staff is great. My doctor is very nice woman. She’s very smart and kind. Also, her assistant and registration are very friendly and helpful!

Everyone was courteous but the service was not very good. During my teeth cleaning I was hardly given any water to rinse my mouth and when I came home and looked in the mirror I had pockets of blood all along my gum line. I was also fitted for a mouth guard for sleeping. I was called one time in over a month to be told that it had not come in. When I called to cancel the order it “magically” appeared. I feel like they are non professional and aren’t too concerned about their customers. I will not be using their services anymore.

So glad I chose to go to Palmer Smile Design of Easton. I had a dental emergency and I was a able to get in the next business day. The Doctor and staff were so welcoming and very professional, you feel right at home. Would highly recommend this practice.

Had my 4th visit and I am so happy with the whole experience. I like many, dont like going to the dentist but I really dont dread going anymore. They are pleasant, informative and gentle. I highly recommend 😁😁

Palmer Smile Design is a fantastic family dental provider! My children love going here and getting their teeth cleaned! Dr. Farrell was AMAZING with my five year old when she needed two teeth pulled due to an accident. My five year old now insists that Dr. Farrell is the only person who can “help her teeth” and even after two extractions is excited to go back to the dentist 😁

Everyone was absolutely wonderful. I am less than happy to go to the dentist but this ladies made the entire experience pleasant. I recommend them to everyone, they will make you smile.

Today was my first visit to Palmer Smile Design and I have to say the first impression of the office and the staff was wonderful. The receptionist that greets you was welcoming, friendly and professional. My hygienist did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable while she did X-rays, my cleaning and took impressions for the Dr. I met Dr Farrell who examined my teeth and talked a bit about her thoughts for further treatment. I’m looking forward to my consultation in a couple of weeks with her to decide next steps.

I can’t say enough about this dentist and her team!! They are THE BEST! They truly care about their patients & even my kids love her! If you’re looking for a new dentist this is the place to go!

My first time back to this dentist in over 5yrs due to extreme anxiety whenever I have an appointment. Dr. Farrell & her office team are awesome and makes me feel comfortable at all times. Everyone was super friendly. Visiting a dentist is one of my least favorite things to do. But the folks here make it so painless. Along with my cleaning, I had a crown replaced. It went without any issues. Getting an appointment was smooth with no wait time in the waiting room. Great experience. Highly recommend.

In the past I did not have the greatest experience with dentist. This place was amazing they have a lot of patience with you. They take their time nothing was rushed. They work at the pace your comfortable with.Highly recommend 👍🏽

They took the time to go the extra step and by doing so they were able solve the issue that my original dentist completely missed.I was experiencing extreme pain in my gums for a couples weeks so I went to my original dentist and after a few minutes of looking at the problem he told me to go a periodontist. Well the periodontist wouldnt be able to see for a month and the pain was getting worse every day I was going through 3 tubes of 4x the medicine orajel and it still wasnt helping. I dont wish the pain I felt on anyone, it was from the inside of gums where you cant reach and just kept getting bigger. A family member saw had much pain I was in and recommended Dr. Farrell. I contacted Palmer Smiles and after telling them how much pain I was in they saw me very quickly. Dr. Farrell looked at my gums like my original dentist did but then she went further. She tapped on each tooth asking how they felt and then she did a sensitive test with a cold cotton ball asking if I felt it or not. After these tests she was able to figure out that I had a dead nerve in one of the molars. She did a root canal on the tooth and once the root canal was done she explained how not only was the root was dead but the whole thing was extremely infected. Afterwards I drove home and there was no pain, it was completely gone that fast. Truly amazing, and my original dentist missed it all. I am so thankful to Palmer Smile Design and will be back for my follow up crowning!!

Hi my name is Dominik, I have seen Christy Farrell on several occasions. Christy did my crown and 8 fillings, I also had my teeth cleaned. They did the job my previous dentist failed to do properly, I am happy and thankful. Awesome job, great dentist and staff, fantastic place.

Hands down the best dentist ever!! I dread going to get dental work done but Dr Farrell makes me feel at ease which is why I have never felt a single ounce of anxiousness, pain or discomfort during my any of visits. I’ve had a very deep root canal done and several fillings- all a wonderful success thanks to this amazing gem of a dentist. She’s superb in every way- which is also why I drive 45 mins to come see her :).

Feels like the old days where everybody knows you and makes you feel comfortable. Grateful for a knowledgeable dentist and her staff.

We went as a family to Palmer Smile Design for the first time and it was great! One of their hygienists had called out sick, but Dr. Farrell still had us come in and helped out herself so we wouldnt have to reschedule. Also, it was the 1st time my 2-year old had ever been to the dentist and Dr. Farrell was very patient with her. She had a fun hippo toy for her to play with while talking to her. Trying to get a 2-year old to open their mouth is no easy task, but Dr. Farrell was able to because she took her time and made my daughter comfortable. Dr. Farrell and her team also did a great job with my husband and myself. Both of us had not been to the dentist in years so they had a lot of tartar to remove. They took their time to make sure they got it all and made sure we were doing alright through the whole process. Overall great experience and we will definitely be going back!

I loathe the dentist, I did not go for almost 3 years until i had a toothache i could no longer bare. I was so nervous and scared of going to a new office after so many bad experiences. WAS I PROVEN WRONG! this office is fulk of wonderful kind people. I could not believe how kind and gentle the doctor and hygienist were. I think i found my new forever office. They also are so helpful with payments and scheduling. 12 out of 10 stars for sure.

Denise is an amazing dental hygienist! I hadnt seen a dentist in 10 years and she was so gentle and took her time to make sure I was okay. She also explained everything that she was doing beforehand so there werent any surprises. Dr. Farrell and her entire staff are all very friendly. I will definitely be coming back for routine care!

Very dissatisfied, husband is in horrible pain in his tooth that’s needs to be extracted and they didnt care. they didnt provide meds. werent compassionate or willing to help find a way at least saying if anything available comes up we will call you, than it would be better than if hes in that much pain why dont you go to urgent care. hmm maybe cuz we spent 500 here. i only go here cuz of judy she does an awesome job of cleaning your teeth and cares. went to another dentist that told us they overcharged, not even a private charges that much and that he has infection where here they never mentioned. discrimination because we are color n my husband has no insurance thats what it felt like smh

It can be very stressful when changing dentists. Dr Farrell recently took over Palmer Smile Design, today was my second visit with her, this time for a crown. I was extremely pleased with the results. The Doctor and her entire staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The office is bright and clean and following all Covid regulations. Most of all I experienced a pain free procedure, she answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this office to everyone. Thanks Dr Farrell and staff!!!!!

I am a new patient . I was Experiencing great Anxiety pre appointment however, I was pleasantly comforted when I saw Covid sanitizing As per state law. I am not afraid of a dentist. I needed a dentist For a consultation at a game plan . I cant even tell you how long I was in that chair. I received a wealth of information, options, and a game plan. I had x-rays, pictures of the teeth,A gum probe etc . The staff was incredibly gentle. After the doctor analyzed my x-raysShe sat down with me gave me pros cons. Her delivery of information was stellar. I was allowed to ask questions as well. The staff at the desk are more than accommodating.once the plan was in place they Scheduled me until 2021. Did the insurance information and an estimated billing. The following day I received a text to verify all appointments( that was wonderful) . Prior to the appointment office staff send you an email to update your medical and insurance etc.( contact Free ) . The end result ;my anxiety is absolutely gone. I feel 100% confident with the knowledge and skill level of the doctor. I truly am impressed.thank you.

AWFUL DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I had a filling done and it was so deep that it damaged a nerve. Now they said I need a root canal because they realized how deep my cavity was. They should’ve done a root canal to begin with. I am VERY upset and I’m in SEVERE pain.

Such a wonderful practice! So clean and modern. Plenty of distractions for kiddos (and adults I assume!). My children enjoyed their cleaning and exam. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Originally owned by a awesome dentist, but now sold to a dentist in Bangor. Magna family dental.. The office is only open three days a week, and the staff is rude on the phone, and will not even try to accommodate you even in a dental emergency. So very disappointing, the original owner would be so disappointed to see her customers treated so poorly. I will never go back.

The dental office was great and it was very welcoming experience. Very different from other dental offices. The doctor was very through explaining everything. I hope it stays that way and definitely recommend it.

We did not have a chance to meet Dr. Magda and switched providers due to the very limited schedule available once the practice switched hands.I have been very pleased with the care I received since switching to PSD. The initial consult was much more in depth than any other dentist Ive been to. My 18 month old son also had his first visit with Dr Angadi, and it was seamless (he is now 3.5 and walks right back into the exam rooms!). I also appreciate their technology and knowledge on current recommendations. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. Very happy to have found them!

Let me start off by saying this is my first review of a business ever, but considering the experience I have had in Palmer Smile I knew I had to write a review. Palmer Smile is such a great place and such a great experience. I have been to 7 other dentists in my life, however I have never had an experience as well as this. In the past the previous dentist could never get my teeth numb, Palmer Smile never had this problem I felt absolutely nothing ever time I was there. Most times I went to other dentists I had to return after the numbness wore off so they can get my bite correct. Again, Palmer Smile never had this problem. The other dentists just filled my teeth and I was done, Palmer Smile told me things about my teeth and my bite that other dentists never mentioned, so instead of filling a tooth and getting me out of there they took the time to understand why my teeth were doing what they were doing. They were never in a rush to get me in and out, but rather make sure I was completly happy, comfortable and satisfied with everything. There was never a wait to get into the office. The receptionist is very nice, and went above and beyond to help me. All the dental staff was excellent, they all made the experience very easy, comfortable and again went above and beyond. Shakila J. Angadi, DDS was by far the best dentist I have ever had, she took the time to explain everything in detail. She was always making sure I was comfortable, and not in any pain what so ever. She did more exams then all 7 other dentists have done together. She checked my jaw, my bite, checked for cancer, and even went tooth by tooth to get a full understanding of what was going on with my teeth. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business to anyone and everyone. Since Palmer Smile has worked on my teeth I no longer have any anxiety about going to the dentist because I know I am in good hands and there will be absolutely no pain. Thank you to the entire team at Palmer Smile for making my dental experience better then I could have ever imagined!
