Oh, so many things.They take way beyond too long; they had my daughter sitting in the chair for 30+ minutes just watching cartoons, with no one cleaning her teeth or even checking in on her; the carpet is matted, dirty, & old; most dental exam rooms are for storage of old equipment; the dentist had cat hair on his clothing & his shoes were very worn; and the dentist & his assistant appeared to not be sober.Please for the love of God, do not take your children here.
