Always a great experience at Fabey Dental! I drive over an hour to get there because it’s worth it. Dr. Fabey is the absolute kindest, gentlest, most patient dentist. The office staff is always helpful and welcoming. I’ve never had a a bad hygienist- all are excellent!

I was Reffered to this office and I am beyond pleased with their service. I’ve had multiple interactions with the team members and every time I step into the facility, they always find a way to go above and beyond my expectations. I remember I was schedule to go on vacation and they found a way to get me in as soon as possible prior to us leaving. They follow-up accordingly and made will make you feel welcome every time. I had a great first experience! Scheduling the appt was super easy, the staff was very helpful. The doctor was friendly and walked me through treatment options. The office also has great protocols to prevent spread of Covid-19. I’m scheduled for my second visit and excited to come back.

Today I visited Fabey Dental. My experience as always was terrific. Last year I broke my front tooth in a fall. Dr. Albie did a superb job of putting a crown on that tooth and a veneer on the adjacent front tooth. He mor than restored my smile, he enhanced it. I was having a bit of a problem with my bite. Today I had an adjustment to one of my lower teeth. All fixed in less than 15 minutes. And no charge. I love the staff at Fabey Dental. Thanks for always being there for me.

Dr Matthews is amazing! Patient, kind, makes sure you are comfortable, explains what he is doing. Needed to have a cavity filled and the process was wonderful. He is pretty popular so you have to wait a little longer to see him but totally worth it!

Love this office -staff are amazing. First off, if you ever miss an appointment you need to go somewhere else. They send you text messages a week before and then a few days and sometimes hours before appt. they aren’t obnoxious just friendly reminders.When you are at the office it’s like you are the only person they are working with. From the greeting (on the phone with Covid) to the chair and then the office to schedule your next appointment. To get an appointment seems to be simple too. Especially if you really need help with something dental.

My whole family goes to Fabey Dental and I have never had a bad experience here. As a matter of fact, they have consistently provided outstanding service, especially to my young son who began getting his teeth cleaned and examined here at a very young age. They are wonderful with kids and the entire staff is very polite and respectful. Fabey Dental is honest and will never recommend a procedure unless you really need it. I cant say that for all dentists that I have come in contact with over the years. I would not hesitate to recommend Fabey Dental to anyone looking for friendly and quality dental service.

Highly Recommend and I would like to give 5 stars but I almost canceled my appointment due to several questions on the forms they require have insulting tones as well as asking the same question over again, but in reverse. Ex. Is oral health important to you, do you prefer to be proactive? Then, has Do you consider yourself a reactive person? Both with only Yes/No options. Seriously no care about wasting someones time. Then another question is: Do you prefer to get any necessary treatment done today, if possible, as getting into the dental office is a challenge for you? Ridiculous question. My delay was obviously covid related and I scheduled the appointment after I was a month past being vaccinated. The whole set of forms are awful and need to be re-written by an adult without an attitude.

They refused to see me because I’m a flight attendant. They told me that I either had to quarantine for 14 days or take a rapid COVID test, because my job takes me out of the state of Pennsylvania. Now, did they ask anybody if they had large gatherings at Thanksgiving? So, I went to Palmer Smile and Dr. Farrell who were more than happy to help, while still taking all of the necessary precautions. Shows the lack of intelligence and common sense that Fabey Dental has!

The dental work is fine. However, they tell you you’re eligible or a procedure is covered prior to coming in for the appointment. Then wait till after you’ve had the procedure to stick you with the bill. No one goes over anything in terms of insurance or what your responsibility is when you check in for you appointment. This is the third time I was stuck with a bill and had to pay it on the spot. Which is super inconvenient. As someone who works in a medical office, we always make sure patients know what the insurance will cover and go over any out of pocket fees. Inconvenient and unprofessional. I only returned because they could squeeze me in, but never again.

Blown away by this dentist office! I needed a new office with an insurance switch, so I took a chance on Fabey Dental. I am one of those people who never feels comfortable at the dentist but WOW did this place change that. As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed and was instantly impressed. Every staff member I came in contact with was kind and personable. My hygienist, Tricia, was amazing and made sure I was comfortable and aware of what was happening every step of the way through my appointment. No surprises, no discomfort, no unknowns - and that’s how I like it!! They literally have a “comfort menu” because they care about you being at ease during your time in the office. I also loved the refreshments, fresh baked cookies, and community fundraising/involvement they participate in. Went home and had my fiancé set up an appointment as soon as I got home! HIGHLY recommend :)

Prior to today I have had excellent care with Dr. Matthews. However, now I’m being told as a hospital employee, I cannot get my teeth cleaned because I’m at risk for COVID. Well, so is everyone else... and, I’m at least taking proper precautions as a healthcare employee who was trained! So much for mutual respect in the healthcare field. Highly disappointed and will not be returning!!

I literally don’t have one bad word to say about my experience here. I had somewhat of an emergency with a wisdom tooth and they got me in right away. The office is beautiful and everyone that I came in contact with was super sweet. Dr. Matthews gave me the best dental experience I’ve ever had and made me feel totally comfortable. I can not say enough about how amazing this place and it’s staff is.

I began my dental journey with Dr. Fabey in January of this year. His care and concern for me has been amazing. He has worked to put me at ease during my dental care. His staff is always very helpful and I would recommend his services to family and friends.

This was the nicest dentist office I have ever been in. When you walked in they had candles burning and holiday decorations up. Asa new client, I was given a tour of the facility and saw that each suite had a TV for distractions. Dr. Fabey and the dental assitant were so kind to me and took the time to explain everything in as much detail as I needed. I never felt rushed and on the way out they had cookies!! :D What an experience!

I was very happy with Fabey dental. I went there today for an emergency and they were so prompt at going over everything with me that needs to be done. This dental facility is very clean and the staff are excellent. I wish I started coming here years ago, but glad I found them now. They are prompt and take the time to look at each tooth with x-rays and a camera. I have recommended this place to several people already.

Im a Florida resident but my Dental office of choice is Fabey Dental in Nazareth, PA. I book my dental appointments there vs in FL because of their excellence in quality of dentistry, patient experience and customer service. They are a lot of fun too!

By far, the best dental experience Ive ever had! The office is comfortable and welcoming. Everyone that works there is very pleasant. Theres a great vibe to this place!And for those who may be worried about being talked into expensive work that is unnecessary - let me just say that the previous dentist I was going to told me I needed several crowns, which I put on hold due to the high cost. I switched to Fabey and after the exam, the dentist told me I needed fillings in those teeth! They literally saved me thousands of dollars!!!!!!I cant recommend them enough! Wheres a heart emoji when you need one? LOL! Give Fabey a try - you wont be sorry. :-)

Do your self a favor stay away from this dental clinic staff and doctor only care how they can make money will try to sell different services will not care about the pain you can in with. Since they expanded their facility they have become worse dental clinic in Easton area. There staff only have one word for the problem I AM SORRY....

Beware! Fabey Dental informed me I had 3 cavities that needed to be taken care of at the time of my last visit. Due to them being very expensive, I decided to see another dentist. From there I have documentation, I in fact have zero cavities. I them went to a third well known Dentist who told me I yet again have no cavities. Fabey Dental also did a Crown 4.5 years ago which has since drastically changed color and looks terrible. This costed at the time well over $3000.00. Fabey Dental charges more than most other offices and try to cheat people out of money. Their cleanings are $125 more then my new dentist. I have contacted there office on 3-26-19 and 3/28/19 to discuss matters, as advised by my counsel. No owner/manager attempted to return my phone message. Matter’s will now be taken care of by my counsel and myself. The Local Newspapers and BBB will also be contacted, and provided with my documentation in the meantime. As a local business person, I am all for a company making a profit, however when you try to screw your customers, the Lehigh Valley needs to know. Good Luck Fabey Dental!!!
