After my husband was treated so rudely by his regular dental office in Salisbury, he asked me to locate a new one, I happened to hear a commercial on the radio for ES Smile and called them. He had to wait 3 weeks but it was faster than other offices in Salisbury. So he was very upset when he received a call the day before cancelling his appointment because he had not confirmed his appointment. I called the office back assuring them he had and could send them a copy of the text. The appointment had already been cancelled. Funny, they called to cancel but not to confirm or even acknowledge their mistake.

I could not ask for a better dental practice. They are all wonderful from beginning to the end of your visit and after.

I have been a patient for years. Had alot of dental work done. Dr. Heiers is great. Very knowledgeable. My problems stem from the office staff. On Thursday the 15th, I called the office. They asked what office I to, which is Easton. The office staff said they would leave the Dr. a note. This is not normal because they have appointments slots for emergencies. Did not say anything about making a appointment or anything else. After calling back a couple of times, I left a message. I asked if someone could get back to me please let me know ,so I can call another Dr. As the day went on the staff said the Dr. would call. Well that was a lie. This is the latest problem. Appointment being made to come back are months after later. What ever you do . Dont reschedule because the next appointment will be months later. Also they want to know why you cancelled the appointment. Its nice that your business wants referrals, but take care of your patients first. Its sad.

My very first visit after my dentist of 15 years close. The staff was warm and inviting. The waiting area was not what I expected for a dentist office. Service flowed well and I was in and out. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

My appointment was scheduled for July 22 but Dr Heirs knowing that I needed this work done had me come in 5 weeks earlier. Awesome!!!

Staff taking care of you has always been great. But their policy of canceling your appointments if you do not confirm to their text messages is crazy. Very disappointing to drive 30 minutes to be told you have no appointment. If you make an appointment you plan to keep it and be there.

My cleaning was done today (June 4, 2020) just a week after the office reopened for business after being closed due to covid-19. In and out quickly and easily. Social distancing in the waiting room was easy and everyone was wearing masks. Virus/health questions asked by two different people - thorough. My hygienist was pleasant, efficient, effective. Typical cleaning was well performed. 2 optional services were gently offered - I took one and declined the other, with no pressure or guilt-tripping. It was all quiet, simple, calm, pleasant and matter-of-fact. Excellent stuff.

My appointment was at the Cambridge location. All of the staff was very polite, the office area was very well maintained & even had refreshments. My wait time was very short. It was my 1st appointment with them, so they gave me a welcome gift bag, which was a very sweet touch. The dental assistant was very sweet & answered all of my silly questions. The doctor, Mr Wagner was extremely professional and we all even had a few laughs. I highly recommend this practice for any dental needs.

Etta was my hygienist, she was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone in Talbot County.

They make you feel welcome and they seem to really care about you being comfortable there. They are so gentle that is surprising I have gotten a root canal and crown and I felt no discomfort. They do such a good job making it as comfortable as possible. Plus they are very friendly and honest. I would and have recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Dr. Morrow is a top notch dentist and Shay the technician was terrific, so I keep coming back. Front desk staff are friendly but in the four years I have been a patient, my name is still mispronounced. Annoying because its not a difficult name but even with low key corrections, they just cant get it right. Thankfully the services provided are high quality.

Dental assistant Shay was awesome! As well as Dr. Morrow! I swallowed my crown and they both worked through their lunch hours to make sure I was presentable for a funeral in 2 days. ❤❤

I had my appointment 3/11/2020 with Laura and she was great. I look forward to my next visit. Usually I have a hard time because I hear the scrapping on my teeth but Laura used a tool that decreased the amount of scrapping and i was really comfortable. I chipped my tooth on a Friday and they were able to fit me in on the following Monday. They fixed my tooth in the same visit, without making me schedule another appointment. They matched my tooth perfectly! Great service, would absolutely recommend.

I was super nervous at first because it has been a while since I went to the dentist and I have also had some heavy handed hygienists. This was definitely not the case with this place of business. I walked into a warm elegant reception area and was greeted so kindly. They gave me a quick tour of the office. They helped put my nerves at ease. My hygienist was super sweet and gentle, yet informative. She definitely made my anxiety go away. The dentist was sweet and educated, and provided wonderful suggestions for my health concerns. Overall, I highly recommend this business. Very satisfied that I was recommended to them, and look forward to going back for future appointments.

First of all we love Dr Hiers and think he is an amazing dentist. But what good does it do when I can not get the requested appointment for the service I need. Its taken close to a month to devise a treatment plan for a service I know I want and understand completely already. From the beginning I have said time is of the essence and though I have made several calls, I still have no appointment. Ashley did call once, left a message that she had a plan but has made no follow up call, even though she I have left messages with Brittany reminding her. Wouldnt it be more efficient to email me the plan and get on with things. Why not just SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT. When just getting an appointment takes a month for an established patient, its a real problem.

Today was my first experience with Eastern Shore Smile Solutions & I will no longer go anywhere else! The staff were all very friendly and professional which helped ease any fears & were able to answer all of my questions. The establishment is very clean & organized. I would totally recommend this place to everyone!

Many years ago I transferred to Eastern Shore Smile Solutions and Dr. Randall Hiers in Cambridge. What an awesome man and dentist. I have had many procedures done there and Dr. Hiers and his staff have always been so professional and compassionate, office staff included. Eastern Shore Smile Solutions opened an office and I transferred to that office as it was more convenient. Again, I cannot say enough about everyone. This morning I had a crown replaced by Dr. Morrow. He is such a great compassionate, soft spoken, kind and professional man and dentist. He is so appreciative of his coworkers and clients. This is without a doubt the best dental experience that I have had. Annie has been my hygienist for about two years, I couldnt imagine being treated by anyone else. Her knowledge is astounding, her humor is incredible, and the level of care is unparalleled. 10/10 awesome. She resolved my fear of the dentist by explaining everything that she was doing and why it would be necessary, in a calm, competent, and professional manner. I had no discomfort during my treatment with Annie, her soothing eyes and reassuring smile dissolved all my fear. She is such an asset.Dr. Miller was cool, too.

Dr. Miller & his hygienist Amber were great, thorough and friendly. Amber kept me laughing the whole time. Stephanie was very friendly, keeping a smile on my face. My cleaning appointment was smooth and quick, thanks to their team efforts.

This office really knows how to make a patient feel welcome. Upon arrival I was treated by a friendly receptionist who gave me a tour of the facility and a gift bag for joining the practice. My hygenist was not only thorough in her work, but kind and considerate. She gave me specific information of what she was doing and why and offered me suggestions on better maintenance and care. My dentist was very friendly and a highly trained professional. Not only did he check my teeth but he took the time to get to know me as his patient and did not rush me through the appointment. 10 out of 10, I’d recommend this office to anyone!

After moving back to the western shore 7 years ago and 2 failed attempts at closer dentists (who cleans teeth in under 10 minutes?) I stopped the nonsense and returned Eastern Shore Smile Solutions.Been a patient for over 9 years. They made my amazing sleep apnea, have an unlimited teeth whitening program, and they didnt fuss when I wanted gold instead of porcelain crowns for my molars. Next is a fix to a chiped incisor .. and I have zero anxiety or concerns because they KNOW teeth and know ME.

After many years with this practice, I have never had a more unpleasant experience with this office as I have today. I was contacted via phone to reschedule my appointment time as the hygienist that I normally see was no longer with the practice. I confirmed the time, canceled my own patients and showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment. Upon arrival, I am told that I do not have an appointment today. I explained that I spoke with someone and even used the specific lingo of reservation versus appointment. I was then told that there is a note that Arielle spoke to me and I told her I would call to reschedule. (Really?) The receptionist continually told me that she could reschedule me. I requested to be squeezed in due to my inconvenience of having taken off work and losing money to be here. They refused. I requested to speak with an office manager or someone in charge and they said they would call me. I told them that I deserved the courtesy of a face to face discussion after having been a patient for so long. They had me wait and no one ever came out. I am so very disappointed with the lack of customer service and specifically for not owning or addressing their error.

333 I broke part of a tooth the first day of a weeks vacation. At the recommendation of a waitress I went to see Eastern Shore Smile Solutions and they got me in the same day. Dr. Stanton patched me up and I was able to enjoy the rest of my week in Maryland. She, her assistant Kara, and the desk staff were all very kind and friendly. Im grateful to them and based on this experience would recommend their practice wholeheartedly.

Incompetent Billing. Cash quote for deep cleaning was lower then with insurance. Bill was pending for months, it cleared after 5 months. I already had 2 visits by then. I process insurance claims for living. Their incompetent billing processing will cost you more than what you bargain for. BEWARE.

OMG we just had first visit at new dentist office for our family. Eastern Shore Smile Solutions was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. The level of professionalism was top notch. The dentist Dr. Miller was so thorough and wonderful. Of course we knew our hygienist was going to be great since we followed her there. The office was so crisp and clean and welcoming. The staff were all amazing. We were greeted at the front door with smiles and taken on a tour of the entire office and presented with welcome bags for new patients and each kid was given a bag with toothbrushes and tooth paste. The seats are digital so a lot less radiation exposure. David who is only 12 said mom this place is so much more professional then where we used to go. Will not miss our old dentist office in Centreville. Love Eastern Shore Smile Solutions.

In all my experience with doctor & dental offices, this is, by far, the best! Every staff members customer services skills are excellent. They worked with my insurance company since the appliance I required was out-of-network. I have not waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments. They appear to be very friendly and welcoming but thats on the surface. If one of their staff makes a mistake, they will blame you. I was told by one of their staff that I could pay half of the cost of an item at the initial appointment and half when i picked up the final product. I budgeted exactly for that. Then at the end of the initial appointment, four days before Christmas, they demanded I pay the entire cost in full and insinuated I was lying about the entire experience because I didnt have anything in writing! Upon further discussion with them, they claim to have handled the matter but offered no apologies to me or did anything to help my situation. Clearly no valuation of their customers or their hard earned money!

Best dentist appt in my life. Everyone in this office is friendly and personable. I was taken back at my scheduled time, never abandoned in a room and was treated as a friend rather then just another case. Everything was broken down and explained with alternatives that I didnt realize were open to me offered. The office staff is on par breaking my billing down to me so I wouldnt feel overwhelmed and made my next appt quick to get started.

I hadnt had any dental work done for almost 8 years. Recently I was having issues with sensitivity to sweets and cold. I scheduled an appointment to come in for an evaluation and they took x-rays and looked inside my mouth to verify findings. They took their time and were able to find almost every issue in about a 1 hour visit. Within 2 months Ive been back for cleanings/scalings, fillings and extractions and every time I was helped with courtesy and a knowledgeable staff. I was even able to seen 3 hours after an extraction because I was having what I thought was complications when I was just more of a bleeder than expected. All-in-all this is a great dentist and I plan to keep going back. I havent had the same hygienist or doctor every time but the whole staff is great at what they do.

The operator was nice, but after making an appointment I could go to, the doctor claimed it wasnt a good time and didnt want to see me that Friday at all. My tooth has an abscess on it, so I tried to cancel appointment and got no answer and voice box system does not work well because it would not let me leave a message. If it wasnt for someone I knew used to work there I probably would of never chose that place to go to. My mother was the other reason I cancelled. Apparently the doctor, was incredibly rude and talked poorly about his employees. Ill knock all my teeth out myself before going to a place with a disrespectful unappreciative doctor and poor response time to calls.

The overall experience was as great as a dentist appointment can be!

Drove all the way to Easton after I told the receptionist several times what insurance I had. Not once did you mention that they didn’t accept my insurance. Inform customers so they have a choice and not drive to Easton to be told this.

Front desk staff were very friendly however when I had too see the dental practitioner for my first major procedure having three molars surgically removed at once they refused too give me nitrous because there was no one there too admit it and the dentist basically told me too suck it up and go through it and I walked out...not too mention during my consultation when my face was swollen as heck from an abcess he proceeded too lecture me for drinking a power aid and that was the reason my teeth were in such bad shape
