This is the last place youll ever have to look for childcare! Best center in the area. All the teachers are warm, welcoming and kind. Everyone makes you feel at home. My children love going to see their friends and teachers. They provide a wonderfully structured program with educationally challenging activities and the ability to express themselves. Beautiful location with walking access to walking path and public park.

My son came here for three years and the only reason I stayed as long as I did was because of the teachers. Other than that this place is a joke! The owners don’t care about any of the families at the forks center... I have personally heard the owner say that she doesn’t know the names of anyone at this center. I have also witnessed one of the owners follow a parent into a classroom and public announce about their bill/account in front of other parents picking up. They opened this center and got enrollment on empty promises… I was always told that there was going to be a young toddler and infant playground put in on the asphalt side and there still has not been one put in. Instead they had posts that were jagged and broken there that the owner shaved down and poured cement into that didn’t fix the problem and they’re still coming up out of the asphalt and they have kids playing on that side so how is that safe for anyone! If it wasn’t for the teachers and all the love and support they gave and gave to my son I wouldn’t have lasted two weeks at the center. It is a joke the owners only have it opened for a second income and comparing the center and Forks to when I toured Palmer you can tell Palmer gets the most attention from the owners and the most money. I don’t know how you can open two centers and only care about one to me that’s not how you run a business and clearly multiple locations. Let’s not get started on the turnover of the teachers my son has had. In one classroom he’s probably been through five different teachers in less than a year that’s crazy even for child care. Also when I bring up my concerns to the owner she treats me like I’m crazy and like I have no idea what I’m talking about.

Mums and dads, always trust your gut and if something does not feel right, do not be afraid to speak up or act on your thoughts. Even if you look and sound like a crazy, neurotic, overprotective parent, who cares? You would rather that than end up in a situation like we did. We wanted our son to be bilingual so we always spoke to him in our native language, we explained this to the director and the teachers there and apparently they were going to speak to him in English, that way he will learn both languages. Instead, we received complaints about our son not speaking at all, being abusive to others and the even to the teachers. He was only frustrated for their lack of empathy and coldness and did not know how to express himself. The drop that filled the cup was when he pulled the hair of the director’s daughter, that was too much for them! They call us and basically told us that our son had ADHD and need it urgent help. The whole experience was very traumatic for my son and for our whole family. We trusted this people and paid them to take care of our most beloved treasure, and he was just discriminated for speaking another language and having another culture. I am happy to say that he is now a happy, healthy 24-month-old boy and he is loving life at his new childcare center. As I said before, never be afraid to speak up. I wish I had been more scrupulous about checking everything was in place before leaving him under their care. I wish I had spoken to more of the staff there about him and most of all, I wish I had followed my gut and taken him out the first day. I have learnt a lot from that awful experience and when it comes to your beautiful children, you can never be too careful. Especially when someone else is looking after them.

CLCLV provides meals, give updates and reports through HiMama, and have very approachable staff. My kids began in the fall. I like the indoor and outdoor equipment available. Sometimes, the kiddos need to explore moving about, regardless of the weather!
