I am not much of a makeup person, so I really appreciated the help I was given when I visited! I was able to get products that work better for my sensitive skin than other products Ive tried in the past, and the product colors and quality are definitely the best in my makeup kit. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to prices. The people in the store are lovely, the store itself is lovely, and the selection is massive with plenty of sensitive-skin products available.... but the price points seem pretty ridiculous to someone like me.

Very clean, organized and well lit inside. You can find anything you need here. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is the place to go for a make over. They have alot of great products. The prices are higher for these brands bc of the quality which is better for your body overall.

Like most of the Ulta beauty locations Ive been to, It was very clean and I was able to find everything that I needed. The staff was also very friendly.

I went to Ulta the weekend before Christmas. There was plenty of items that I needed and a great staff. I usually go to Ulta in Freehold Mall but have had too many bad experiences. One very nice manager and cashier last time I was there. But I wont go back. Unfortunately all the staff needs to learn from them. However at this Ulta a very different experience. I even needed a ladies room and they were very accommodating. My items were in stock and even my free with purchase items were available. Plenty of parking and no one rushes you. Very pleasant experience. Thank you and Happy New Year!

This place is great! The cosmetics are not too over priced and most of them arent to different from the ones on Amazon. O recommend this place if you want to get cosmetics for yourself or for a loved one

I got my hair cut and colored by Gigi. She was fantastic. She put up with me for four hours and my hair came out amazing, it looked exactly like the picture I brought in. Great job Gigi, and thank you!!

I gave two stars only because they had what I needed and the young lady at the register was nice. But my first interaction with them gets a negative mark. I called the store to make sure that the product I needed was really in stock in the store as it showed online. My call was answered by Heather. I gave the name and description of the product, she asked me to hold, and for 20 minutes thats where I stayed. I dont live to far from the store, I started driving there after sitting for 5 minutes. I didnt hang up and left my phone on hold out of curiosity to see if she would remember and come back. But she didnt. For a first time customer this was very, very poor customer service.

I went into the Ulta Beauty Salon for a blow out and was very happy! Kristyann was very friendly, knowledgeable, and overall I was very happy with my experience. Will return back!

I got a keratin smoothing treatment today by Chriss. She was amazing! She did such a thorough job and made sure to go over and over it several extra times to make sure it looked perfect! She’s a very knowledgeable stylist and offered some great conversation during the 3 hour process! Highly recommend and will definitely be returning to see her for future services!

I had a Diva cut by Stacey and I never go to a shop for a haircut, having curly hair it gets chopped. Stacey did an amazing job she kept as much length as possible, and the shape is amazing. Thanks to Stacey my hair is looking wonderfull.

The staff members here are a little bit slow on their knowledge of products in store the beauty salon is highly knowledgeable so I recommend you ask them about products.

The staff is very helpful in trying to find you what youre looking for. Theyre usually educated on what makeup fits which skin tone, which hair color, and which look you are going for. The hair salon is even more amazing - Your hair will be cut amazingly with most of the stylists, and most of them have an eye for what will look good on you. Overall, this Ulta Beauty is great - Theres a large selection of makeup, help if you need it, and amazing hair stylists.

You can find any types and brands of makeup here. The workers are always will to help you find what you might be looking for, or give you suggestions if the product isnt in store. The place is clean, bright and well stocked.

Great salon. Kriss did an great job on my hair. I needed a color fix, a blow out and flat iron on my short natural hair and she made me look amazing. And when I got color matched for foundation the beauty consultant picked a great color for me.

My recent visit at this location was actually for the salon. I arrived early as I had not been there before. Good selection of products. Staff is pleasant and helpful when needed and dont walk around hounding you. My stylist was Chriss. I appreciated that she took the time to examine my hair and ask questions about my products, routine, issues, and overall what I want. My mother is a semi-retired stylist but resides across the country. But I know when to be leery of a Stylists ethics. My hair is fine, somewhat curly, thinning, and graying. Even though she was going to blow out my hair, I explained to her that I am a wash n go girl. I hate blow drying and using a lot of stiff/sticky products. So however she styles it now, when I wash it out, I need to be able to just add my product and be set. Chriss did a really nice job on my color and style. After getting home I was afraid she may have cut too much off but when I washed it out a day later and added my product, the curls bounced right back and the length was just right. Very happy with my service!

This is a great store.

I went to this store a few days ago and left incredibly happy. A girl named Isabel helped me with foundation and many other questions. She was so patient and helpful I can honestly say she is the reason I will return because a previous experience was awful. This girl deserves a promotion, seriously, hire more makeup artists just like her!!!

This is the worst location of Ulta I have ever been to. I had questions about certain products including things within the benefit brow bar and not a single employee was able to give me any useful information other than price. The store manager could care less about your concerns with products she just kept telling me she had no idea what I was talking about and seemed very annoyed by my questions. I was shocked at the unprofessionalism I experienced and will never be going back to this location.

Let me start of by saying - I am so happy with my hair!I booked an appointment for Sunday afternoon with designer Regina, she goes by GiGi. She was so nice and friendly. I went in for a haircut and style, and a smoothing keratin treatment. I am Indian and I had very long and thick hair, but she didnt charge me extra. I was there from 12 - 4:30. She gave me such a nice haircut and she even showed me how I can blow dry my hair with a brush at home. She took her time with the treatment and didnt rush me at all even though she had an appointment right after mine. With the 20% discount, I paid $175 for the cut and treatment plus $10 tip. Ill be going back to this location and will be requesting her from now on.

Chris is an amazing person. She did a good job on my hair. She knows what we want and styles it up real good. Very clean salon.

All Ultas are different and incomplete in some way so Im not sure I could ever give a 5 start but this one is nice! Good helpful associates and a whole brow bar, Ill definitely go back

Criss did an awesome job cutting my hair. I am African American with Natural Hair and she washed, blow dried, flat ironed and then cut off a few inches as requested. She was quick and gave me valuable hair care tips which I really appreciate! I didn’t wait to be seated and she was was great to chit chat with. Would highly recommend Criss.

3 part review: The retail store - 5 stars. Clean, well stocked location. Most of the staff was helpful. BIG 5 stars to Molly for her help with Bare Minerals and just about anything I asked about. She was the customer service rep you hope you get.The Hair Salon - 5 stars. Stacey was my stylist. Haircut and blow out - she did exactly what I asked and my hair came out perfect. Stacey had a great personality - I would absolutely recommend her. Price was about average.The Brow Bar - 1 star. I really wanted to like the brow bar as Im someone who typically just gets threading elsewhere I figured let me treat myself to a wax and basically a redesign. Irina (I believe that was her name) was my brow stylist. Personality was just ehh. My brows came out uneven, and extremely fake and way too much for my face. They came out drag queen-ish. Would never book another appointment at the Brow Bar.

This store is always very clean, well stocked, and there are always friendly staff willing to help out if you need it. Even if there are long lines, checkout it always very quick. I definitely prefer Ulta over Sephora!

My daughter loves this the way we come here for the latest James Charles and Jeffree star products they are always hitting the shelf but you better get there quick because they sell out quickly they also have that good coupons once you are a member

I got a haircut by Chriss. She was amazing! She did such a professional job, she just looked at the picture for 1sec and she cut my hair exactly the same. She has too much patients, She make sure it looked perfect! She’s a very knowledgeable stylist, definitely Im going back to her every time I wonna do my hair, actually Im going today again to get a nice hair color by Chirss.

I came here before the pandemic to purchase a face tool (NuFace) I seen they had the product online for in-store pick up so when I ask the girls upfront where is it they had no idea what I was talking about so I had to find it and show them myself and they was all surprised 🤦🏻‍♀️...

I called for an appointment for a simple blow out,my hair was already washed and condioned. I sat in her chair and she told me she starts at 55! I was like for what my hair is washed and condioned last few times I paid 35, now mind you I always tip 10 so I pay 45. Then she proceeded to tell me that there are different levels and Im like so what makes you so special to charge 55 to start. Again she say my level and I said you know what forget it! What she should have done was do it for 35 but no she let a costumer walk away from her chair because she thought she was above a 35 blow out! Are you kidding me right now! Therefore I will never step foot there again and I will make sure all my thousands of face book and insInstag friends know this.she didnt know how to treat a costumer and mind you the place was empty! So she made no money. I guess when youre that high of a level you dont need money!

I got the recommendation from a friend to go to Ulta for haircuts. Reasonably priced and she really liked her outcome. I looked for reviews and Crisss name kept popping up. I live off of reviews so i booked with her. It did not disappoint. I booked my fiancé before me and she cut his and my hair. such a fun conversation, super relatable, and loved my result. she also curled my hair as well just because. i will be going back again and again!

Salon Services was deceitful with their pricing. I was going to buy the bright colors to try and do a few highlights on my daughters hair so I stopped at the salon to ask a few questions. they let me know I was better off having them do it and not doing it on my own because it isnt as easy as it may seem. I did ask how much it would cost and I was told $90 so I said no absolutely not I did not want to spend that kind of money. Another woman jumped in and told me how they were having half price for that service and it would only cost me about $50 so I made the appointment and when the bill came I was charged $77 and change and I was told they made a mistake about the half price after the services were completed. For that reason alone I will never go back completely deceitful. I still ended up paying $90 between the services and a tip which I probably shouldnt have left but Im not a complete a******update 10/17/2018 - I did receive a call back from the salon 2 days after the service. I was able to get the difference credited back to my card

I went for a haircut and my sister for haircolor. We dint get an appointment but were immediately accommodated. Criss was absolutely amazing. She handled both the jobs like a pro that she is. The haircut was exactly how I wanted and color came out to be gorgeous. I would definitely recommend her and ulta to anyone in two minds about trying this place.

Ok I bought a St. Moriz tanner last Saturday. Unfortunately, I took the wrong one, so I went to the store to exchange it for the one that I wanted and they didnt have it on stock. So I decided to just return it and come back later, but the cashier opened the bottle and told me that I used it and I told her that I didnt. I just wanted my money back or store credit but she said not, she didnt give me another option to help me and her attitude was careless. So I just left the bottle with the receipt at the store and I left because honestly I wont let that people like this or $12 ruin my day, but this is the thing.1.The people that work at this Ulta are very rude.2. I have a lot of costumer care experience and you always try to help the costumer.3. This Ulta never has anything on stock.4. They should hire people that have good attitude and are willing to work.5. I will not buy anything in this Ulta ever again, my experience buying there was horrible!!!

Large Ulta beauty store with lots of options, store was tidy easy to find what I needed and customer service was great.

First time in an ULTA store. Was clean, staff helpful and lots of product. Will return to store however, I also got a lipwax at the Benefit counter ($11), it was a bad lipwax.First layer of skin was waxed away in parts, looked really bad for the next few days, and also got a small breakout the next day. I think it was just a bad angle she pulled the wax, have no idea as not I am not a beautician, so I wont return for a lipwax there. First time this has ever happened to me at a wax bar.But I would return to ULTA, just not the Benefit wax bar. lol!

Pretty nice people. I had no idea what to do when I walked in, but the staff helped me immediately and gave me exactly what I needed.
