Ive got blonde highlights done and only noticed couple hours later that she barely touched the back of my hair . It looked so nice and bright in the front and so dark in the back. I went back and asked her if she can put a couple more streaks in the back so it looks more even. She refused to touch my hair. I was upset but if she didnt want to then i just asked to give me some money back because I paid so much for just the front of hair done and the back wasnt even touched. At first they agreed but when the manager came , she made a big scene. I have never been disrespected so much in my life than in that hair salon once that manager started going off on me. Worst experience ever at this hair salon. Very rude and disrespectful.
