I went for a full set on last Thursday I did not get what I asked for , the girl answered a phone call during our session and was Loud yelling, my lashes hurt so bad due to clumps of glue I had to go back for a free correction . My correction looked nice but fell out almost immediately. I went to a new place to fix this all and the lash stylist took pictures and was amazed at how terrible of a job was done . I have pictures and have called Amazing lash multiple times and keep getting told it was somehow my fault both times ( the other lash artist says that’s simply not possible ) I am so disappointed in spending the money I did to have to get them done twice in a week.

Not happy with the service. I quess I have experienced nothing but the best from Amazing Lash in the last 2 tob3 years at driffrent location. Its not for me. The person was laying on my face. I try to expression. How under comfortable I was, she said well Im almost finished. I tip her well . I will not go to this location again. Dont tell me she is a professional. For the money they charge you not lay on my face. Horrible experience. Sad

I left not upset but sad b/c my lashes were so sloppy done and I explained that to the Manager Mariah and she did not care that a client left their studio in that way, instead she disregarded the fact to offer me to come back in and get my lashes re-done, front desk said they would take pictures to model the eye area but since my lash lady did a horrible job they DIDNT even take photos!! that there shows you they KNEW the work was not done right and still let me leave like that! My friends saw the work done and they immediately canceled their appointments! Not Customer Service friendly!!

Just like the name - amazing lash studio is in fact AMAZING! The staff was so friendly and since it was my first time getting my lashes done I was so nervous but they made the entire experience so comfortable for me. The owner at the front desk was very informative about membership and about the aftercare as well. My stylist, Christina recommended I get the style: natural and I feel absolutely gorgeous with my lashes!! Its brand new with beautiful decor and nice soothing music for pure relaxation! Good luck and I cant wait to come again !

I had such a wonderful experience at amazing lash studio in East Brunswick New Jersey. My stylist was Karen and she did an incredible job , I absolutely love my lashes. Karen finished my full set in an hour 45 When the application time is 2 hours. Her precision was spot on And my lash line looks flawless. I highly recommend you book an appointment with her! You wont be disappointed

Ive been a member at Amazing Lash for 2.5 years..majority of that was at a different location which I loved. When I moved I began going to the East Brunswick location and have unfortunately not had the same quality experience I had at the Rockaway location. Ive had my appointment cancelled the day of 3 times in a row. The second time I had driven all the way there, was told to wash my eyes, came back to the front desk and was told my stylist wasnt there and there was no one else who could take me. I was understanding that time however, the next time when I came in for a full set and arrived at 4:08 for a 4:00 appointment I was asked to reschedule due to being 1 minute passed the late grace period. Based on how many times my appointments had been cancelled last minute, I found this very frustrating/not mutual. I asked if the time could be taken out of my 2 hour appointment, the stylist agreed but the rest of the appointment was extremely uncomfortable for me. The stylist was done with a Full Set in less than 1:15 minutes...which is obviously not enough time to do a decent job. She kept the lights off when I was finished so I didnt really see my lashes until I was in the car. They are sparse, uneven, and messy, with some lashes clearly put on incorrectly. Im so disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location. For the time and money it takes to get lashes, my recommendation would be to travel a little further to a location that doesnt make you feel like you were annoying the staff with your business.

I have been a client of the East Brunswick location since opening in August 2018 and am so very pleased with my services. I have been to this location as well as the location in Staten Island where I live. I find this location in East Brunswick to be much superior to the one on the Island and rather make the trip to NJ. My stylists are Karen and Kristen whom both are exceptional with their application process as well as end results. Ill be honest, I dont wash them twice a day, i usually only wash them once (in the morning when i shower using the little lash brush) but i do brush often. They last beautifully for 2-3 weeks. I just recently switched from Gorgeous to Sexy and my husband actually noticed lol. He said he liked them better :) (he usually doesnt notice these things). I highly recommend using Amazing Lash East Brunswick!

After 3months of being a member I finally had to cancel the membership. The lashes looks AMAZING after application BUT...I wish they last longer. The retention on the lashes are just not great. For the price I paid I wanted it to last at least 3 weeks! So I went back two weeks after my first full set for a refill coz my one eye only have a handful of lashes left and maybe 50% on the other (looked so uneven and weird) and they told me I will need to pay for a full set! I negotiated to just refill one eye as much and just make my eyes look even so they did. I bought all the products they recommended and followed the regimen for maximum retention to no luck. I was told my face is just too oily and it makes the glue not work as long. Recommended I get refill every two weeks since by 10 days my lashes look pretty bad. I also had a problem with the glue turning into a clump that is solid white (because of my oily face as I was told). It looks like I got eye gunk right on my lashes. Perhaps when they have better products that cater to oily faces then I may consider again in the future. But for now I am not willing to pay at least $200 a month for the lashes.

Owners are extremely nice. The place itself is always clean. They are really clear about explaining their membership policy. I am not changing my stylist. If you need a stylist and never been here, go with Gennovese. It is such a pleasure to be a customer of this studio.

I had a wonderful experience. I have never had lashes before and always wanted them but never really knew where to start. Natalie and Shane walked me through the lash process. Joy was my lash stylist and she helped me pick my lash style, she was very talented because my lashes look AMAZING (pun intended)! I highly recommend this studio!

I have never had lash extensions done before and Lauren who did my lashes did an amazing job on them and was able to explain everything to me from how its done to the aftercare and upkeep with them! An amazing experience and amazing service!!

The studio is new, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The stylist that I have had are friendly and competent, and always considerate. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this studio.

Am just going to get straight to the point. I had a very bad experience with this branch. It was my first time getting lash extensions and I really didn’t know what to expect. So, when the tech was finished I wasn’t happy with the results but I thought that it was normal for my lashes to be clumped and it was normal for them to hurt since I just got it done. I was wrong!! I really wanted to love this place I waited for a week and still no improvement. I followed all the instructions and still no better result. Finally I took them off and got them done at another place 100% better. Big mistake going to amazing lash studio Eastbrunswick, not worth the money, and I will definitely not recommend anyone to go there

I’ve only been to one stylist here and she’s amazing. But the people at the front desk are rude. There were four employees standing at the front desk not one of them were busy there were no other customers there also. And all four of them watched me struggle opening the door with my toddler and my stroller with a baby in it. And then when I was done with my lashes and I finished paying they watched me leave once again the four of them not being busy, sat there and literally watched me struggle opening the door with my toddler and my stroller. I thought it was so rude of them to just sit there and watch me struggle opening the door. So I think next time I’ll just use a different location because the people at the front desk in East Brunswick are lazy and rude.

Omg! This place is amazing. Wanda is the stylist that did my lashes. Love her . This is my fourth time coming back and only get better.

Dont fall for this like I did. The staff is friendly and after you buy $100 worth of products and pay $90 for the first visit. You find out the application of the lashes is ok but not enough to want to go back. And after you cancel (read the fine print) you have to cancel 30 days prior and you are charged for the following month.

Hi all.. typically I am a review reader & hardly ever add my own review but my experience at this particular salon was absolutely horrible so I felt the need to speak out. I was excited about getting lashes & thought I had done my research so I selected the East Brunswick location. It started out well, they were friendly & I spent time with the tech explaining what I wanted (volume & cat eye) but more importantly what I did not want (simply making my existing lashes longer), as I had simple Classic lashes once before over a year ago & I wanted my eyes drawn out to the sides instead of just elongating my round face.. I was confident we were on the same page in that she showed me a card with pictures and descriptions below & I confidently picked the picture of what I wanted my lashes to look like & layed down on the table thinking I would probably snooze thru the next 1 1/2 - 2 hours.. nope.. it was 3 solid hours of pain & watering eyes & chemical in my eyes & my tech constantly apologizing but I endured (I really wanted lashes & I thought maybe I was just being a big baby) when I sat up & looked in the mirror I was crushed. I had exactly what I did not want & just went thru 3 hours of pain to get it. No cat eye AT ALL they all just pointed up towards my forehead except my left eyelashes which all weirdly pointed over towards the middle of my forehead.. WTH? The tech said that my right eye was more hooded which was why my left pointed like that.. umm WHAT? Just brush them she said and they will straighten out.. Being that I’m non confrontational & thought it must be me since she was the professional, I was crushed but went to pay and when the sweet girl at the desk asked if I loved them I said no... so she went & talked to the manager who didn’t come out to see me... she came back and said I could wait for the “trainer” to see if there was anything she could do. I sat in the lobby for an hour and a half. Finally the “trainer” came out, wouldn’t look at me, curtly told me to come with her and lay down..”lay down where” I said?.. “in there” & with our looking at me sort of pointed her nose in the direction of a room... so I went in & layed down.. a few minutes went by and she came in, sat down at my head and with a total lack of gentleness started moving my lashes around (cue the eye watering as they were already soooo sore) & said there was nothing she could do & to come back in 3 weeks for a fill and they would “fix it” then.. she then explained that the picture I selected had the wrong description underneath & the tech did the description & they wouldn’t charge me for the volume but I would have to pay $89 since I did get lashes. So I paid thinking ok I must be making a big deal out of nothing. That was May 14, 2019. Skip forward a month.. I’ve literally had constant pain, watering eyes, can’t wear makeup and these things are not coming off! I went to a different lash place and the sweetest lady helped me. Twice she put lash remover on them and got very few off. She sat and worked carefully & gently with each individual lash & finally got 90% of them off. She said she had never seen anything like what they had done to me. I had 2-3 of my lashes pulled together and then a bundle of lashes glued around them and then glued to my skin! No. Freaking. Wonder I had so much trouble!! It’s been a couple days now and I’m feeling much better but my own lashes took a severe beating in this process soooo I’ll be using gentle falsies & lash serum for a few months till they grow back in. I know we must “suffer to be beautiful” but jeez this was ALOT..! Do more research y’all and if it hurts then don’t be a tough girl and assume they are the experts!

I absolutely love coming to Amazing Lash eb!!! Kyarra is the best!! I always feel so refreshed after I get my lashes done—I get to chat with my stylist, take a “lashnap” and also go home knowing I dont need to worry about mascara because I have a gorgeous set of lashes!!! HIGHLY recommend to everyone. Professional, clean, customer friendly and efficient. And the products are awesome too as far as the upkeep.. Worth every penny!!
