The doctor and the technician doing the exam work were professional and thorough, and the best part of the getting new glasses experience, however, the selection of frames available at this location seemed to be less than in previous visits, and the staff in the eye glasses store, both for the initial fitting and the final fitting were disappointing at best. I am now trying to find the time, being busy as most people are, to get to another Lenscrafter location, to get my glasses adjusted so that I can wear them.

Dr Mihaly is the best..he is professional calm an thorough..he always spends extra time with you when needed to answer any questions concerning the eye exam..I have been going to him for around 10 years and I can only say positive things about him and my yearly eye exams..I highly recommend him!!!!!

Efficient, everything clear and explained. Thorough exam, not rushed. Did not try to push new glasses on me when I was not ready to buy them.

The eye exam doctor ( David) and assistant were extremely professional and polite. But the sales consultant Victoria #758703 was very impatient and rude, blamed me for asking too many questions to cause her confusion, easily annoyed by my questions and could not do multiple quotes of options. I still ended up placing a new eye glasses with progressive lenses just because I was planning to. I would also have looked into the sunglass as 2nd pairs if she would be able to do the multiple quotes, and if she would have stayed on to say thank you and asked me if there was anything else she can do for me after she collected my payment. But instead, she left the desk without saying thank you as soon as she gave me the receipt! Sorry that I have to give 1 star here because of her.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Took the proper covid safety precautions and checked everything so my son could get the correct prescription changes that he needs.

I was able to get a same day appointment. Very thorough exam and I felt like the optometrist understood my eye issues and was able to give me options.

I went in for an eye exam and something was found during my appointment. Dr. Mason called my doctor every day to make sure I could get an appointment soon because of what he had found. He also called me everyday to make sure they didnt call me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even calling me on his day off at home to see what my doctor said at my appointment when I was able to get in. He has been very reassuring and kind through out this whole thing. He is a great asset to your company! I will be recommending Dr. Mason to anyone who is in need of an eye exam.

From check in to working with Cole the assistant to visit with Dr. Mason, always a pleasure and easy. Everyone at this location makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.

I was quickly gotten in to my appointment. All tests were explained well as well as any associated costs. They provided great information on costs of contacts as well as making recommendations on products suited to me and my vision problems.

Was greeted warmly upon entering the store. Check in was quick and easy. No wait time. The girl who did my pre-tests was great, friendly and efficient. The Dr took his time - explained all I needed explained. The check out was quick! Was in and out in under an hour.

The staff at the Tuttle Lenscrafters was very prompt and professional. They explained in advance everything they were going to do and why they were doing it. Dr. Mihaly was the nicest, caring doctor I have been to. He was interested in explaining even the most minute details about my eyes and took his time. I never felt rushed or like I was on an assembly line. I cant even begin to say how much I appreciated his time and wisdom. Thanks to all of the staff -- you were GREAT!!!!
