Everything was great. Dr. Samantha Kinross and the front people Melissa and Jacob are very knowledgeable, professional, and agreeable. They made my todays eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses shopping an excellent experience. Thank you all, and keep up with the great work you do.

I order my glasses a month ago and they didn’t even bother to call me or email me to let me know that my glasses were done.

The salesperson that I had here needs to learn customer service 101, don’t eye roll the customer and know your product. Left this location and went to the LensCrafters just outside in the mall. Nothing will loose your customer like being flippant! They were able to sale two pairs of glasses to your none.

Do not recommend going here, theres an older optometrist with short blonde hair, heavy set, with a horrible attitude, she broke my glasses a couple months back trying to fix them, then made a rude comment about the hairspray I use because she couldnt clean my lenses properly, was just in yesterday because my glasses completely snapped and was not only blamed for it but was told there was nothing she could do. Dont even know how they stay open when theres a really nice lense crafters in the mall downstairs, check them out instead!
