Ive been going to Golden Dublin for YEARS! I typically see Dr dang and I love her. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate having to have gotten to know some of the staff throughout the years and the service is always amazing. Do yourself a favor and try them out if youre looking for a new eye care provider!

Terrible customer service. Dishonest. Only cares about your money.Products are fine but prices are high comparable to other locations. I went in to pick up my night contact lenses, and stood for 30 minutes while 5 associates walked back and forth past me, helping people who stood and waited after me. They were trying to sell glasses to some unfortunate family, so its clear that this optometry has their priorities on making money over helping customers (other reviewers noticed that this place only cares about your money as well).They then scanned my temperature (30 minutes after one of them told me to wait inside), and said I was above the allowed temperature for COVID and for me to stand outside. Im COVID tested negative, and I was literally just in a hospital, Palo Alto Medical, and the hospital allowed me because my temperature was normal, so the optometry person who scanned my temperature LIED to try and make me leave.My appointment, which should have taken at most a couple minutes, ended up taking almost an hour, of mostly just waiting. Extremely dishonest, terrible, slow service, only cares about your money. For your own sake, please take your business elsewhere.

We have been with Golden Dublin Optometry for 10 years, great experiences with everyone there, especially Wendy who is always willing to listen and provide a great support. We recently moved to east coast. When I called Wendy to fix my glass frame issue, I got all the instruction and process to follow. At the end, Wendy was able to find a most affordable way to get the glass frame issue resolved. Though we might have to find a local store going forward, I would like to express our great appreciate to Wendy. Absolutely 5 stars.

My family of four has been going to Golden Optometry for around 5 years now. We always find the staff to be friendly and informative. Our last visit was with Dr. Lau. He was kind and considerate and answered all questions asked when carrying out our exams. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is that their selection of frames is somewhat limited. One employee in particular that stood out as a 5 star employee was Jackie. She was extremely approachable, knowledgeable and attentive to all our needs. I would recommend this office as they are very helpful overall, and seem to care about their customers.

I love Wendy very much! She is such a professional and friendly person. She helped me adjust my glasses, and told me how to cure my stye. She is the most kind-hearted person I have ever met in optometrists.

Dr. Chen is very nice and professional. She did good job on filling my cavity. And she always gives me some advice on how to take care of my teeth. Her assistant is a very nice person. She cleans my teeth very well. The only thing I remove one star is when the time of cleaning I got water spilled on my face all the time. Except that, it would be perfect. And I know they also accept children. So Im going to bring my daughter there next time.

Requested and paid for anti-fog coating, but it did not apply for my glasses. The whole family will not return to this store, and dont understand why that Taiwainese women alway tried to judge the customers, make us very uncomfortable.

I usually never post reviews, but I wanted to take a few minutes to review Golden Dublin Optometry. Because, after trying many luxury brand stores across the Bay Area, I came back to this shop without any hesitation. I am a fan of luxury boutique brand goods when it comes to shopping, and this shop has everything I wanted, right from several brands to choose from, and at a very reasonable price, and above all, the staff is very knowledgeable, especially Wendy.When I was living in the Tri-Valley area, I used Golden Dublin many times, and every time I was delighted with my purchase. As I moved out of the Tri-Valley area, I started exploring other areas. Last year, I searched for Optometry shops that sell boutique brands, including the one on Hertz Avenue in Danville. Though these places sell luxury brands, their prices are 20-30% more and charge for every screw and hinge on the frame. Besides, they lack customer service. I had bought an expensive pair of sunglass with a clear frame. It looked good in the shop, but when I started using it, I was getting a reflection, so I ended up not using it. This year, hoping that they would do something, I went there to get my eye exam done. When I mentioned the two frames, I bought from them last year and requested to exchange the frame with another color; she refused to honor. She wanted to help me with another purchase this year, I said thank you and came out.So this year, my choice was clear, and there are no other shops like Golden Dublin. Not only you get to choose from over one thousand options, but the knowledge and the customer service this shop has, no one else you will find in the entire bay area. Thank you, Golden Dublin.

Very unprofessional employees in the front desk. I literally had to call them 4 times to get my eye prescription and records. They dont do contact lens exams. I was transferred to 3 different people just to find out if thats a service they can even provide.

I got a chance to visit Golden Dublin Optometry for me and my son after lot of speculation for annual checkup, but I was so happy after meeting the doctor, in fact answered all my questions without any hesitation. About picking up the glasses for my prescription,I was overwhelmed by Ms.Wendy who helped choose the right one and she did explain me about the different lenses its pros and cons I would definitely recommend to anyone in the tri valley region.

BLACK MARKET LENS!!!! I paid extra for scratch proof lens and 2 weeks later not only did my scratch proof Coach glasses have scratches but a pearl color film over the lens...This happened TWICE.Wendy the office manager refuses to call me back or refund my $$$$.Dont waste your time!I wish there was an option for a negative star!

I never write reviews but I owe one to this place. This place is awesome. Last year, I came here to get glasses week before my travel. Wendy went out of her ways to get me glasses in time that would have taken over 2 weeks in normal process. She called the vendor everyday and got them air shipped for me. I found myself in same situation again last week with my glasses bridge broken right before big event this weekend. I thought I was going to spend hundreds of dollars on glasses and would not have glasses for the event. But once again Wendy came to my rescue, she ordered the broken piece with high priority delivery and fixed my glasses today for minimal charge. This place defines good customer service.

As soon as they find out you are on a Medi-cal program they will only see you certain days and times of the week. Lady seemed bothered with trying to schedule appointment. Decided to schedule elsewhere.
