Dr. Michalak and Dora are both amazing!Very gentle, professional, great with kids and insightful

I just got back from my first appt with them. They were all so warm and caring and made me feel extremely comfortable. They broke down what I needed and why, and spent a lot of time with me. Never felt rushed or like any of my questions were dumb questions.Highly recommend!!

The best dentist and hygienists!

I was experiencing pain on Saturday morning and called Dr. Ms office. They got me in on the next day that they were open and she quickly found out the problem- a badly infected tooth. She took care of it quickly and efficiently with absolutely no pain! I am very happy with her work and the professional attitude of all of the staff at Hayden Run Dentistry- they are the best!

Dr. Kimberly and staff are wonderful. From her comprehensive dental exam and evaluation, I knew what my dental health needs were right from the start. Her office is state of the art and impressive in the technology they use. Her staff is compassionate, friendly and professional. I have followed her career in different locations until she was able to establish her practice years ago. I did this because she is THAT good...thorough in her describing your care, gentle and the most painless shots Ive ever had!

I absolutely love this place. Every worker here is genuinely sincere and cares about your comfort. I’ve learned a lot about my dental health as well. I recommend to everyone that needs a new dentist!

My mother was visiting from out of town and was experiencing some pain. She is also slightly anxious at the dentist. Dr. Michalak was able to get her in right away and explained everything in a way that made sense. In fact, her entire staff was super friendly and Dr. Michalak had the best chair side manner. Mom was quickly at ease and said it was the best dental visit ever!

Ive had my dental work done at Hayden Run Dentistry for more than two years now. Dr. Michalak, as well as the two hygienists (Dora and Susan) who have worked on my teeth, display an exceptional blend of professionalism, knowledge, and caring. Dr. Michalak repaired a broken tooth for me today with her usual grace and high standards, making certain before I left that the repair was perfect. The competence and concern for patients is outstanding!

Minimal waiting room time. Dental hygienists are friendly and make you feel comfortable. I was having an issue with my jaw and needed to get in and they scheduled me right away for the same day. Dr. Michalak is great, would highly recommend Hayden Run Dentistry!

Dr. Michalak and her team are AWESOME!These Ladies Have The Hands of Angels!😇I normally hate going to the dentist. I hate the pain! And I hate feeling like I am a car with its hood wide open, while constantly being banged on with every tool in the box.I dont know how Dr. Michalk assembled such a dynamic team, but she did. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you step out, their service is unbeatable. Seriously. Its that great!Instead of forcing your mouth open, shoving their hands down your throat, mindlessly poking and stabbing all flesh in sight, and letting the inside of your mouth dry rot, these ladies treated my mouth with dignity and respect. I know that may sound funny, but Im serious.These ladies are genuine professionals and it shows in everything they do. Finding people that consistently go above and beyond the Normal Job Duties is a rare quality to find these days. Dr. Michalak took the time to explain what treatment would be necessary to help relieve my pain. Next, Amy at the front desk was very helpful in explaining what the insurance would cover and what my out of pocket cost would be. I appreciate that the staff takes the time to explain the details before moving forward.

Hayden Run Dentistry is excellent. The staff is very friendly and competent, and the environment is comfortable and relaxed.

Great experience. The staff genuinely cares about the patient. All of the financial and dental aspects of the experience were clearly explained. They took exceptional care in making sure my anesthetic was working (which means good for the kids!)

I had great hygienist Susan! Cleaning was on time, took about 45 min. I have been patient there for a long time and I highly recommend it. You can trust Dr Michalak and her staff.

The experience was adequate. I would not go out of my way to recommend it for a few reasons. My general cleaning took forever (2+ hours) and the tool they used for the cleaning dripped water down my face leaving the back of my head soaked when I walked out.I went back a few weeks later to have the doctor pull my top wisdom teeth. When I checked in I was informed that they had lost my medical history that I had filled out in detail at my initial visit, and they made no effort to regenerate the information, meaning they were flying blind regarding any allergies or health conditions I may have had. They also did not inform me that it would be an additional $30 to reverse the anesthetic following the tooth extraction to allow me to swallow normally again. I was left feeling taken advantage of that I was charged $30 for an unnecessary step of the procedure, that had I been properly informed of the cost I would not have even utilized.
