The doctor is A$$, rude and doesn’t know how to talk to children. We do not like the Dublin office. We will only visit other locations. We have had a good experience at many other locations. Office staff was nice but on three occasions my daughter age 14 left crying due to his rude attitude and lack of being able to communicate with children. We will not ever return. With years of experience visiting ortho (5 children in my family) I can say he is the worst. Go somewhere else.

They have a wonderful orthodontist and orthodontist techs and there is very little wait time. They answer any questions/concerns you may have! Great with children!

The Dublin branch of Smile Doctors is by far the best at patient care that weve experienced in orthodontics care between both our childrens experiences!! Professional, minimal wait time at appointment time, and super friendly staff! A+++ on the entire visit!!

Good service, great staff and dont typically have a long wait. The only thing I dislike is how open the booths are. Id prefer some sort of private booth while I lay there with my mouth wide open.

I am very pleased with the Smile Doctors office in Dublin. All the staff are so professional and extremely nice to all the patient. Would definitely recommend this office if you are looking to get that great smile.

We just transferred from another Smile Doctors team due to a move. They have gone above and beyond for our daughters care. She was in pain as her permanent retainer (after expander) was digging into her gums and she got an infection. Melinda stayed after hours, got her retainer out and flushed the wounds in her mouth. My daughter was so relieved as her source of pain was gone!My husband took her to a follow up visit this past Tuesday and they called me after they left as he forgot his kindle. He just retired from the Army but is enrolled full time in college classes and had tons of work to do. We live 1 hour away and he was almost home. We were just going to drive back out there later in the week but Ashley insisted on sending it to us. Needless to say we received the kindle 2 days later and they wouldn’t allow us to cover the shipping cost. I would highly recommend them. Our eldest will more than likely need braces and even with the 2 hour round trip drive we will use The Smile Doctors in Dublin, Ga.

They have Very Friendly and Helpful Staff.

Great doctor , great staff.

It was great. They worked with us when it came to payments. Dr. Jones came in an to explain to us why Jaden needed braces. Everything we wanted to know he answered in great detail. What I like most about Smile doctors is that parents can go in the back with their children; no matter how old they are.

My mom wants to get me braces but she does not know where to go to get them so im looking through the reviews and I think im going to go here.

Overbooked!!! We consistently wait 45 mins to an hour to be seen. This is in the middle of the day, when children should be in school. The practice management needs to have a back up plan if ortho assistants are out.

The staff is the absolute best and treated me, my wife and son with the utmost respect. I have never been so impressed with the staff of a business. They are always super friendly and always remember my son, their patient, by name. The office is super clean and modern. The quality of work and braces is second-to-none!

My daughter, who is halfway through her treatment, spent an hour and a half in the orthodontist’s chair yesterday. The orthodontist assistant who worked on her mouth had no idea what she was doing; this was evident because she stopped working at least six times to seek help from other employees. She was confused, asked others to guide her through procedures, and eventually asked someone else to take over to complete my daughter’s care for that day (which wasn’t anything out of the ordinary: just a typical visit). Interestingly, about four other people working there seemed to be in the same situation; they stopped working often to ask questions and to seek help from a central figure who was the go-to person. The woman working on my daughter also stopped often to leave the area to search for instruments. She seemed to be a trainee; most of the workers seemed to be. But I’m paying for a qualified person to work on my daughter’s teeth, and I don’t enjoy spending two hours there due to the ineptitude of employees (I had asked at the beginning if this would be a long visit, and the response was “No, not at all”). Interestingly, when I mentioned this experience on FB without using the name of the business, at least twenty people responded, sharing their very negative experiences with Smile Doctors (everyone knew immediately which office I was referring to). I have no complaints about the orthodontist herself but many about the inept employees. I was shocked at the bumbling, confused young woman’s demeanor; everyone can have a bad day, but she was truly unable to perform her job. In the end, three people worked on my daughter’s teeth yesterday, not including the orthodontist. Only one seemed qualified and confident in what she was doing.

My oldest son had a terrible experience with them (Invisaline). We had a lady doctor and she was bad. I couldnt schedule the last check-up or the replacement braces that they advertised. They lost a pair of Invisalines.The waiting time is awful. Save yourself some time and nerves and go somewhere else.

They are really good and they are very sweet. On your first day they are friendly to you and will help you with your needs💜 Although I wish they were open on Saturdays so that we would miss school 😄

I cant tell you how many times I have been here and had to wait HOURS before my daughter was seen. One time I got her out of school for an appointment and they stated Oh we tried to call you or your wife to let you know we cant be open today. Not true, neither one of us, my wife or myself recieved a phone call. DO NOT USE FENDER-GOGGANS SMILE DOCTORS. Im at an appointment right now, its obvious they over book appointments so they can be other places on other days! GO TO SMAHA, we will for our next daughter.Update 3/23/19....nothing has changed here.. Still have to wait hours.. My daughters have missed so much school because of the time we spend here, from waiting on someone to see us, to having to turn right around and come back because a bracket broke before we could even get back to school.*****Oh yea, noone ever contacted me as they stated they would!! Not surprised, they cant defend what they do or how they go about doing it!!!

Overbooked had to wit 1 hour to gs to the back thdn when I get back there she talked and talked to the other employes never really she never stayed focous when she worked on my teeth she would seek help from other to do my teeth she got my lip stuck onto the the wire to put it back on dont come here

They seem to overbook so be ready to spend hours waiting. Dont try to reschedule either, next available appointment will be two months away.

If you have a abscess tough break. They no longer perform oral surgeries they now only do braces. I am going to die from an abscess as it gets worse within weeks its in the acute stage.

OverbookedUpdate 11/26/2019.Still the same! overbooked, terrible billing department. Last time my insurance received a claim from them was on 2018Cheap braces also.
