Absolutely amazing. My two sons went for braces and Dr Yoon was brilliant. Briana and the other staff are always warm and welcoming, they truly make you feel at ease and treat you as if you are family. I can not recommend them enough, they really do care about the patient, not like previous experiences at other orthodontics that only seem to care about money. A very special team of professionals. Best dental experience Ive had overall! Ive been a patient here for almost 3 years, and I actually look forward to my visits each time. The staff members are friendly with smiles, and the doctors are gentle & seem to genuinely care about my well-being. They make me feel comfortable and dont ever try to push services on me that I dont need. I had two fillings done today, and the doctor was very thorough in making sure both were just right. I generally see the same faces each time, which is good because that shows how much they enjoy being a part of the practice. I never have to worry about being billed for services not done unlike some other places in the area. They all have good bedside manners, remember who I am, ask how my family is doing, and that is refreshing, which is why Ill continue to be a patient there as long as I live in the Dublin area.

You guys are incredible and always have been. I was a bit hesitant in bringing my little girl because I know that, although you have Dentist trained in pediatric care, you dont have actual Pediatric Dentist. I had a pleasant time with my first visit here! The staff met me with kindness and I felt they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of properly. Ive been two other dentists here in the Tri-Valley area and Im happy to say that this has been the best experience out of three. My son had his first appointment here today. There was a little bit of waiting time but that is understandable at the end of the day. His visit with the orthodontist was great. Lots of pictures and x-rays were made. The orthodontist took his time to explain everything very well. And the assistants were also very friendly and helpful. Love this dentist! Very friendly staff, always prompt to get me seated and ready for my appointment, provides detailed explanation of your dental plan. They have TVs and headphones available for you while they are working. Also, the dentists are skilled at providing local anesthesia - I never feel a thing when the needle goes in and my face is never too numbed.

The X Ray technician caused bleeding inside my mother’s mouth by being too aggressive, which has never happened at any other clinic before. Furthermore Dr Leong upon learning of my mother’s medical condition and seeing the bleeding refused to treat her as she did not feel comfortable due to her own lack of experience.The front desk staff are friendly and nice, but not experienced enough to understand medical terminology or when they should consult with a doctor more before scheduling a patient. The visit and X-rays were given free of charge given that the doctor decided to not continue with the appointment, but I was definitely not happy with the overall experience and the amount of time I had to waste.The reviews suggest that this place deals with all sorts of difficult or complicated cases but I would strongly beg to differ as I have found 2 other dental clinics in the area that are more experienced and entirely capable of dealing with some of the adjustments necessary to accommodate my mother. Would not recommend this location.

Live & Smile Dental is a professional dental firm. It is also a pleasant place where all of their staff is friendly and helpful. They keep their office clean and up to date and is generally on time for all of their appointments. They also have ample parking and is close to the freeway for easy access. What I appreciate the most is that their staff do not force you to take on more things on your teeth, but they present you with the options, explaining advantages and disadvantages of them. They are also very willing to answer and address all of your questions. They are sometimes delayed in their schedule and you may need to wait for a bit for the next person to check on your teeth.

The doctors, technicians, assistants and staff are amazing. So friendly and welcoming, very modern and top notch clean. My kids love the televisions and the treats from the trunk at the end and actually look forward to their dental visits. Highly recommend Live & Smile.

Dr Huang and her staff were incredible. So friendly and patient. I had a coupes consultations with different doctors about helping to improve my smile. After my consultation with Dr Huang, I realized that I would only truly be happy with veneers. I wanted a natural look. Dr Huang was able to do that with veneers and she has been proved that she is the expertise on that! She is very proficient of the process and obviously she knows how to do the treatment in a best way. I am happy of the result especially I am impressed about Dr Huangs flexibility to be able to work on the weekends based on my working schedule. Most doctors cannot do that. Dr Huang is also very responsible to follow up the work consistently even though it has been completely successfully. She is very careful and detail oriented to make sure that they are taken care of well in the daily basis.I love all the compliments I get from them! Best decision ever. Dr. Huang is the best dentist I ever had. I once dreaded of dental visit, so do our family. Because of fear and uncomfortable, before meeting Dr. Huang we did not use our dental insurance benefits for over a year although there were many dental conditions existed. Dr. Huang and her friendly staff totally changed our idea about dental visit. Besides her proficiency which is beyond my words, for me the most important part is she always takes time to explain patiently about my dental conditions and the options as well as the long term and short term benefits for each options which made me feel she really cares. Meanwhile this makes me know better and also relieve my fear. In past three and half years, our family did many treatments with doctor Huang, cavities, root canal, crown, implant as well as braces which greatly improved our dental health. In the month of November, there are so many things to be thankful for. One of my biggest blessing is I found Live and Smile Dental in my neighborhood 4 years ago. Ive been getting dental care here since 2015. The front desk ladies are warm and sweet, always make me feel like a first-class VIP. They knew my name when i first walked in as a new patient! The dentists there are very skillful and knowledgeable. My hygienist, Sandra is awesome, always keeping my teeth sparkling clean. After years of waiting, i finally started my invisalign treatment with Dr Yoon, the orthodontist in February 2019. Im a busy working mom with two young kids. I work in a health care field and I was a bit hesitant to move on to certain dental procedures. Dr Yoon is knowledgeable and very patient. He spent time with me to discuss the risks and benefits of different treatment options. He listened and addressed to my concerns and customized a treatment plan that is best for me. Within 9 months, my anterior open bite closed dramatically, and my front teeth are touching now!!! This greatly reduce the pressure and the stress on my molars on the back. I cant wait to see my new smile when I’m done next year! If you are looking for dental care and orthodontist, highly recommend you go to Live and Smile Dental and Orthodontics!

***UPDATE***Still a great place and had a good experience my last visit. Went in for my cleaning and was a bit nervous it would hurt seeing as I hadnt had a cleaning in a decade. Got there a few minutes early and they took my right away. Made me feel comfortable and before I knew it I was done. No pain at all. I need to set up my next appointment for the few fillings I need work on and Im not even scared. I know theyll take great care of me. Im actually excited to go to the dentist and get my teeth and gums healthy and pretty. I never thought Id day that so that says a lot. Also, check into the office on yelp to get a free whitening kit thing. I used it and could tell the difference.*****Had my first visit after not going to the dentist in about 10 years! Glad I finally went so I can get my teeth healthy and pretty. Everyone I encountered in there were so nice. From the phone calls to walking in to leaving! They made sure the contacted my insurance to make sure preventive dental visits were all covered before I got in the chair. Theyre very good about telling you what theyre going to do before they do it. They want to make sure youre comfortable which is very appreciated. Besides being a friendly staff theyre also very knowledgable. I have my cleaning coming here in about a week and Im not scared for once!

The staff is extremely friendly and the equipment is state-of-the-art. However, my routine cleaning went a little long and they werent able to finish in one sitting which was disappointing in itself (who wants to go back a second time for that?). When I tried to schedule an appointment to finish the cleaning they couldnt fit me in for 2 months! As I was leaving the receptionist introduced me to some ladies from Bibles for America who wanted to talk to me about Jesus! Im a Christian person and even I found that a little odd and disconcerting. It seemed totally out of place for a dental office.

I took my toddler for a check up because she was having issues with her molars. Dr. Hanamova was an expert in handling young patients. I usually take my daughter to a pediatric dentist in a different city, but she cries every single time. This is the first time she ever had a dentist appointment and didnt shed a single tear! I was really impressed with how Dr. Hanamova managed my daughter. She was engaging and gentle, but still thorough, and she was able to address all my concerns. The appointment was really efficient and before long my daughter was off to the prize bin to find a treasure. The office and staff are welcoming and friendly. I wish I lived closer to this dental office so we could come here regularly!

I just completed my Invisalign treatment at Live & Smile. In addition to straightening my teeth, it has improved the health of my gums and teeth. Given the condition of my teeth (such as severe crowding), I had doubts before the start of the treatment regarding the effectiveness and benefit of Invisalign. Once the treatment started, the benefit and effectiveness of the treatment became clear very quickly.The staff provided superb treatment and patient care. Dr. Huangs office is by far one of the most professional and pleasant dental/orthodontic practice Ive ever been to. And lets just say Ive had multiple dentists around the Bay Area/Sacramento (due to moving/school/etc)... AND I already had braces TWICE (before Dr. Huang).I initially came to Dr. Huang as her office was close to my work, and I was in need of a cleaning. Generally, I dont like going to the dentist and see it as a annual chore that I dread getting done. Why? because youre generally stuck in a room staring at the ceiling while someone pokes around at your teeth. And if youre lucky, they dont make you squeal in pain.Well, I have to say that Dr. Huangs practice has really changed my perspective on what your dental experience should be like. From SUPER friendly front staff (Jenny & Briana), the dental staff (Sandra & Jade), and to Dr. Huang herself- everyone always made my experience very comfortable. The staff there are personable, and really treat you like a person (not just a Patient). Since my first cleaning, I have gone on to getting fillings, crowns, and even invisalign here. I am very happy with my results thus far (thank goodness for insurance).The practice itself is also a more modern set-up with movie options during your procedure, text/email appointment reminders, and more. As someone thats always on the go, they are accommodating of my schedule and can always be reached via email or phone when I have questions. This is something I really appreciate!I now actually do not mind taking some sick hours off work to go to the dentist. I mean, getting to kick back with netflix while my teeth are being nursed back to good health? My sick hours are going to good use :) I highly recommend the Live & Smile Dental/Orthodontic centers.

Ive been a patient for over a year now. Have had routine preventive care and now completing Invisalign treatment. Dr. Brodsky and Dr. Huang have been great; very responsive and caring. Have stayed after hours when necessary to get the job done. Excellent technical skills. Brianna, Jenny, and Jade are also wonderful, making the dental experience 5 out of 5.

I saw Dr. Brodsky at this Dental office in the fall of 2014 and she did some fillings for me. This office is amazing! It is down to earth, yet, super modern. Dr. Brodsky showed me all the work she did on my teeth through these x-ray films/pictures that any lay person can understand. I was so amazed how advanced this place was! All in all, I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone. Especially, if you have been going to the same dentist for many years who has not had any upgrades in his/her office, you should consider just trying this place. Youll be amazed with the work and how professional it will be handled. Good luck!

Live and Smile has now become my goto place for all things dental. The staff is very friendly. The moment I walked in today, they greeted me by my name. No big deal if they hadnt done it, but I found this small gesture a pleasant surprise. I went to a routine cleanup and they cleanup started on time with the required X-ray and then the cleanup. Throughout the process, the dentist constantly keeps updating you on what she is finding. In the end, they are very specific in what I need to do to correct some of the problems. They are not too pushy over anything. They suggest and its really upto you to figure out if you would want to see a specialist or not. Professional staff and I am really happy with what they did today. Will visit again for sure. Actually, scheduled my next appointment 6 months down the line.

Dr. Huang is an excellent, caring dentist and her staff is very friendly! Theyre very accommodating and more than once stayed late to make sure they did the best job possible on my teeth. You can watch TV while youre in the chair, something I appreciate since working on my teeth usually means being in the chair for longer than the average cleaning or filling.Not to mention, her work is top-rate. Shortly after moving to the area, one of my front teeth broke off. I took a chance on her office and have not regretted it. We originally planned to replace my broken tooth with an implant but it turns out Im in a very small minority of people whose gums cant support implants, so we went with a bridge instead. She also did some bonding on my other front teeth, both to help the bridge blend in and deal with some pre-existing demineralization, and now my smile looks even better than it did before I broke my tooth.Dr. Huang is also passionate about ensuring patients have quality home care, which maintains the restorations and goes a long way in preventing them in the first place. I know my home care routine has vastly improved since I started going to her office and hopefully it will help keep my time in her chair to a minimum. But for the times I do need to go to the dentist, I have confidence that Dr. Huang will provide the best care. I highly recommend her!UPDATE: Since my previous review, Dr. Huang has successfully placed implants in another part of my mouth, where my gums were more suited for it. Theyre great! When I smile, youd never know Ive had that much work done on my teeth.

I am blown away by the staff at this office -- they are simply the BEST when it comes to care and hospitality of their patients.I waited until I was through with all of my appointments to write this review, a total of three including cleaning, fillings, and wisdom teeth extraction.During my first visit for a cleaning, Sandra was extremely careful and meticulous. We updated all of my dental files, X-rays, the works. She was very gentle, especially in areas where I pointed out sensitivity. After the cleaning, I received a nice gift (mug, brush, floss, pen, etc) at the front desk before they waved me off.Second visit was for fillings. I had no idea Id need shots, but as soon as Dr. Leung told me, I let her know how terribly afraid I am of needles. She reassured me that they use a topical numbing gel, a vibrating tool that distracts from the poke, and administer the numbing agent very slowly so I would not feel it. She let me know when to close my eyes so I wouldnt have to see the needle at all and I didnt feel a thing! Kandice, the dental assistant, also helped ease any anxiety I had and did a great job. :D!Third visit was finally for my wisdom teeth extractions. Jade, the dental assistant, made sure I was completely comfortable when she brought me in. Such a sweet lady! She reminds me so much of my aunts. After I settled in, Dr. Huang introduced herself and let me know the entire process and answered all of my questions. Again, I mentioned my fear of needles and she was very patient in administering the shot very slowly. I wanted to make sure I was as numb as possible so I wouldnt feel ANYTHING......gotta make sure, you know. The extractions didnt take long at all and Im happy to report that their suggestion to take ibuprofen beforehand minimized any swelling. I went about my day and no one even noticed any difference in my face. Everything is healing up very nicely, and quickly too!After each of my appointments, the office called the next morning to check on how I was doing and that was really the cherry on top of their amazing work. They really do care about their patients and it shows. Im so grateful to have found a dental office with doctors and staff I genuinely enjoy seeing. Jenny, the office manager, and Briana, the scheduling/finance coordinator, have both been so very gracious and kind. I cant say enough good things about this practice!

This dental office is run by a fabulous group of women who are professional, super friendly, pleasant, kind, and committed to serve you the best way possible. I started seeing Dr. Huang by default because my previous dentist had moved on, but Im pleased with the transformation she has made to the office.I had issues with crowding and a premolar that was twisted which caused my top and bottom front teeth to be slightly crooked. My smile was decent, but the underlying issues were still there. So I was a bit apprehensive when Dr. Huang introduced invisalign to me. However, after the whole procedure I was happy that I decided to do it. It does take a lot of time and patience, not to mention the cost. But having straight teeth and a bigger smile made a really big difference for me. Regardless of the procedure you need done, whether its a regular check-up, a cleaning, or invisalign, this office is definitely worth going to.
