This place is seriously wonderful. I have never had a bad experience! It feels like a luxury retreat and the staff and service providers are consistently excellent. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous and HUGE with beautiful decor and fun touches like the fruit water (YUM). Ive only done massages (Amy is a goddess with a magic touch) and nails but would definitely consider doing other services. It really is your one stop shop for all things beauty and luxury!

I have been having my hair done here for several years now and can’t say enough about what a great experience I always have here. Both Amanda and Erica have provided me with beautiful, spot-on results for my hair every time and the entire staff is very friendly and professional. Highly highly recommend!

I had a massage, and have previously gone to this location for hair and makeup on my wedding day. The staff in my experience are prompt, friendly, and professional. I enjoy coming here when I need to de-stress.

I had a move-up/full highlight scheduled with Lana and was told not enough time was booked for her do the entire service. She told me this AFTER removing my extensions. I had to go back later that week for a second 5 hour appointment. My color is horrible and my extensions are SO LOOSE. I will never ever recommend or speak well of this business that over charges and hires staff that have no clue what they are doing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for extensions. The photos below were taken the same day I had my color done.

Erica is always wonderful and there really is no-comparison to her balayage skills. The spa is very clean and each staff member is kind and welcoming.

I recently moved to Columbus and was recommended this salon. I have had the same stylist back home for years and was a bit concerned about the change. The stylist that was recommended was booked way out so I asked for someone comparable. I was booked with Kristen. She is super. She listens to what I am looking for and does a fantastic job with my color. So thankful the other stylist was unavailable 😊

I saw Angel today for a brown wax and tint. She did a great job! She spent extra time with me to give me a short lesson on using an eyebrow pencil since my brows are thinning. She was so helpful!

The Spa at River Ridge is officially my favorite haircare Saloon. It was last minute and I couldnt find any Saloon taking reservations but I was fortunate to find a spot for hair cut at River Ridge. I explained what I was looking for and my hairdresser did exactly that. I have really long and thick hair but my hairdresser was sweet and patient. It really took a long time to set my hair but she did a wonderful job. I loved everything about this Saloon. This will be at the top of my list for hair care.

KC was AMAZING!!! She is professional, extremely knowledgeable with a great personality! I walked out with a complete hair transformation. This was my first visit meeting KC and seeing The Spa at River Ridge which is beautiful and very clean. I have already booked my next appointment with KC and cant wait! She is funny, professional and is learning how to deal with my picky hair. I believe I have found my new hairstylist and I am so happy & lucky to have found her! Mandy totally exceeded my expectations. I am a recent transplant from DC and was really nervous about finding a new stylist. I have a ton of grey hair that doesn’t hold color and is sensitive the the coloring process. Mandy took everything in, even the way out there inspo pics and created a style I LOVE. I can’t say I’ve loved my hair recently and I am truly very happy with everything from start to finish. It was a lovely experience and I’m happy to have found my new stylist/salon.

I was there at The Spa at River Ridge for balayage hair coloring. The horrible service was performed. The balayage highlights did not even show up. I told my concern to on-duty salon manager but no help. Later on I tried discussing my concerns with other salon managers but nobody listened to me at all. Horrible Service. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AT ALL. You will be highly disappointed.

The Spa is a beautiful and welcoming retreat. They have many services here and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional. They were with me on my wedding day and took necessary COVID precautions to provide safety to my bridal party. Not only are their prices reasonable, but they also provide high quality services. One of my favorite things about The Spa is that they are generous with their finances; they support many local businesses, which shows that they truly care about people and their community. I would highly recommend!

Spent the entire afternoon at River Ridge- which included a Panera lunch on a set table! Everyone was friendly and respectful from the moment I walked in the door to checking out. I had 4 services completed- pedicure, manicure, tropical body treatment, and hot stone massage. The stone massage was amazing! The facility was clean and accommodating. I found it via Google. Appropriate Covid precautions are being taken. I dont get to treat myself to such luxuries very often- maybe once every 2-3 years. River Ridge was definitely worth it. Hope I dont have to wait another couple of years before I can go back.

I visited the Spa at River Ridge for the first time. I was amazed at how professional and lovely the facility was. Kelcey is amazing at what she does. I had a Keratin treatment for the first time and of course love how she cut my hair. She always dries it before working on details of the cut to make sure it looks right. Meticulous and it shows in her work.

I cannot say enough good things about the Spa at River Ridge! Morgan has done a tremendous job with keeping my unruly, curly hair up to date with cut and color for over ten years now. She has also helped my teenage children recognize the importance of going to a hair stylist who has been properly trained to cut and style thick, curly hair! The Reception staff is always totally professional and very helpful with scheduling.

I love Madison. I love that she is always trying new things, but yet knows exactly what I need color, cut and style wise. All the ladies are so courteous and great!

I can not fathom as to why there are not more direct positive and amazing reviews for Peigi. Three days of knowing her and she makes you feel like a part of the family, and not the family that doesn’t let you sit on your uncles lap…. I’ve never met a more giving and kind person in my life. Ive been getting my hair done at the Spa at River Ridge for over 10 years and have seen numerous stylists because one moved to another country and one was on maternity leave for a bit, so I tried a couple of others while my stylist was out. They have all been great and Ive never had a bad experience. I had never tried their massages before, but I had a gift card so I recently had a massage and Gary was great!!
