I have been going to Spavia for a year now and although I never had a bad experience ever I wanted to give credit where credits is due and that is to Shannon! She was truly amazing! Best massage I have had in a long time and some laughs were had as well! Forever will be going to Shannon!

We went in for a couples massage for the first time at this spa. The whole experience was fantastic! Shannon did a wonderful job, and I look forward to seeing her again soon! 10/10 recommend!

This was my first full body massage and Chasity was awesome. I booked the service because I was experiencing tightness and pain in my upper back and shoulders. She did great targeting the area and letting me know what I could do at home to keep working on it. I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful time when I visited Spavia this past week. I had a perky pumpkin facial and Erica was phenomenal I never knew I needed a facial massage until she did that and it was wonderful. I also had a deep tissue massage with Jana and she was so great checking in with me to see how the pressure was for me . I recommend seeing both of them and the front desk staff is so nice and friendly also.

I had Me Day, going and pampering myself a little extra. When I say I left feeling radiant and relaxed, I pretty much was a whole new person. Erica was my facial specialist today, and she really fixed a lot of the skin issues I had. My skin is so clear, soft and glowing I feel no need for makeup. After Candice did my massage. She focused on everything that I had asked her to and I left feeling like jello. Pretty sure this is going to be my mo they thing from now on!!

Michael is the BEST! Best massage I’ve ever had and I get massages monthly. Walked in with a migraine that medicine wasn’t kicking and walked out feel completely new. Super relaxing spa and atmosphere. I loved relaxing prior to my massage with the heated neck wrap too! Amanda at the front desk was super nice and professional!

All 5 stars go to Michael! He’s phenomenal and once again helped me avoid PT and/or going to the doctor. First he helped me recover from months of shoulder pain. I couldn’t even sleep on my left side. Now, I’m fully recovered. Lately he’s helped me recover from a pulled hamstring. He’s extremely professional, friendly, attentive and is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I’m worried for the change in ownership as so many employees have left!!! Only one aesthetician remains. Yikes! Not a good sign so going to an individual treatment is probably better than committing to their monthly until they can get new ownership in this Dublin Spavia location. Zero stars for the ownership. Lori was awesome and I wish she didn’t sell! Hard to support a business owner who is not treating their staff well. Hopefully Michael stays as I’ve renamed him “Dr. Michael”. And Erica did an excellent job with my facial! I hope she’s there the next time, especially since she’s the only one left!

First time to Spavia, so plan to be very early if you go on a Saturday (farmers market blocking the road). All of that was a distant memory after I met the massage therapist, Michael, who was absolutely awesome. Very calming energy, and quite possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. That’s stating a lot, as I try to get a massage once a month! Go see Michael for a REAL deep tissue massage! Super nice guy, great massage!

This was my second time visiting Spavia and I felt the service just keeps getting better! The first time I visited Spavia was for my sisters bachelorette get together in May of this year and we had a wonderful time. The ladies up front were very professional and friendly. The environment is relaxing and truly keeps your mind at ease at all times. I absolutely love the retreat area since we’re able to relax before our massage with neck warmers and hot tea.Michael was my massage therapist. I absolutely enjoyed my time with Michael the first time, that I booked with him again. He is very professional and will check to make sure pressure is okay, I receive deep tissue massages and the pressure is always on point. Every time I leave Spavia I feel relaxed, refreshed, and ready for my day. I can always count on every team member at this location to make sure everything runs smoothly. I will see everyone again soon!

Michael was my massage therapist, and he was wonderful! He periodically checked in to make sure the pressure was just right, and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed and at ease. His technique is perfect!As for Spavia itself, it is very clean and the ambiance is peaceful and relaxing. The front desk staff were wonderful, and took their time to help me fill out the paperwork (conveniently on an iPad), showed me around in the men’s changing room and relaxing room, and made me feel comfortable. After the massage, they helped me get a bottle of the lotion that was used in my session, and were so kind and attentive.I look forward to coming back!

I had a summer smoothie facial today with Fatima; it was great! My skin felt great and the scent was amazing. I plan to schedule again with Fatima later this summer. Also, the woman working in the front lobby was very pleasant and helpful!

Spavia Bridge Park was luxurious and peaceful.My bridal party and I came in today to relax after the pressure of this hard year with school, having new children, and a year of planning/ preparing two weddings in the midst of a pandemic. We were all very tense ha!We felt so welcome and were all around treated. We were presented with such care and professionalism that we were easily rejuvenated and felt revived.From the two lovely ladies at the front desk, to the aestheticians, and massage therapists everything was perfect from start to finish.Fatima did my facial and relaxation massage! Her point work was both accurate and precise while she applied great medium pressure to my problem areas. And my facial ! WOW! My face feels as soft as the day I was born. Please request her for your next facial or massage she is highly recommended! I was serviced at this location 5/26/21. Upon checking in the owner, Mary, 1st wanted to argue that my Boyfriend didnt sign the waiver. I assured her I PERSONALLY completed the form myself & submitted it; common sense wouldve said let me just check before going back & forth with a customer. She found that she was indeed wrong & apologized.Next at check-out Mary, the owner, made a mistake and charged my boyfriend card TWICE. She fixed the error & gave us receipts (that she personally signed as proof) to reflect the error was rectified. However, with us standing right there, wrapping up, she was scolding the employee for apparently setting up the booking portfolio incorrectly, which is what she was blaming the billing error on. She needs to be taught professionalism because that conversation, as a customer, was not one that I should not have witnessed.Fast forward to 6/4/21; my card was charged $235.44. I had only visited this place 5/26/2021 & my card was only provided to reserve the reservation. My boyfriend paid for the service the day of. So When I called they were already forcing the narrative that the charge would fall off & its just a pending authorization. I LITERALLY kept saying repeatedly this is a posted transaction. It was not until I offered to send proof via my bank account the call wrapped up. When I sent the proof it was very apparent the owner Mary refused to review the proof that was sent to her; which she did review because she said my card wasnt charged; but stopped responding when I made the very valid point of HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THE CHARGE ON MY ACCT FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT? I sent the details from my bank account 2 times via email. We are now @ 6/13/21 & Mary has since stopped responding. Good customer service would be LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMER and correcting the error. But instead she told me in capital letters on an email that my card was NOT charged then never sent a follow up response on how she was correcting the error when CLEARLY shes incorrect.Im still out my $235.44 with no resolution or response... Seriously everything is at our finger tips today; how hard is it to log into your account & verify a transaction thats posted incorrectly? & WHO BETTER to fix an error (with provided proof of the error) than the Owner of the business? She doesnt care! This place lacks professionalism & doesnt value its customers.

I had an incredible massage with Claire. She did everything exactly as I asked on the pre-appointment form that I filled out and even had some great recommendations for me based on our chat during my massage. The room was clean, quiet and relaxing with low lights and soft music. Will definitely be back for a facial and another massage!

I love coming to Spavia Bridge Park for massages. Justine does the most amazing sports massage ever. I always leave with all the knots and sore muscles worked out. Makes me feel better for weeks! If you want or need a massage go see Justine.

Spavia has a nice relaxation room for use prior to any service, with comfortable couches, soothing music, and a cute mini babbling brook that trickles water, adding to the ambience. There are lockers for personal items and they also provide robes and sandals to wear while there. This time, I had Fatima for one of the body treatments and she was in incredible! The body scrub smelled good and didnt clash with my perfume, plus my body feel really smooth afterward. Fatima was personable and knowledgeable and took good care of me. The next time I go back, Ill request her again.

We went for a couples message. Michael was my massage therapist and he was amazing! He checked in periodically to make sure I was okay and had an amazing technique. I felt great afterwards.My husband had Justine. He enjoys massages more than me and has gone many times. He said Justine gave the best massage he has ever had! She may be tiny, but she worked out all the kinks in his back.We also had facials with Fatima. She was extremely friendly and she recommended a skin regimen that is easy and the prices weren’t insane. I didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell their products.The services we had were relaxing and set us at ease. Also the customer service from the woman at the front desk (I’m sorry, I forget her name) but she was amazing and extremely friendly. Made us feel extremely welcome. I would definitely recommend and I hope we are able to visit them again!!

I booked my first visit online, and as advertised I was expecting a $30 discount on my $99 facial. I paid after the service and when I returned home I realized I hadnt received the discount. When I called and spoke with the manager (Amanda) to ask if I could either receive a refund of the $30 or the discount on my next service, she said there was no way to do that and it was my responsibility to ask them for the discount at the time (although they knew it was my first visit as they tried to sell me on a membership). Very poor service - I will take my business elsewhere.***UPDATE - 8/17/21: After I posted the above review, Amanda called me back and left a message saying that her owner had seen the review and would refund my $30 only after I would remove the 1-star review from Google. Then the business response to this review was posted later. Amanda had already told me in our first conversation that the owner was not willing to do anything to make the situation right for me. I feel theyre only wanting to resolve this now because I gave them a poor review. I would honestly rather be out my $30 and hopefully help someone else not make the same mistake I did by giving this place a chance. So no - I will not be removing my review.

Claire gave me an excellent facial. She asked me about my skin and what products I use, and was very knowledgeable and informative. She walked me through what products she was using and their benefits, and made me feel comfortable. I will be back to see her soon!

My friend and I had our first ever appointments at Spavia this evening. We both enjoyed our services and are looking forward to coming back. Lori and Brooke working the front desk were very nice.Justine the MT is excellent with massages. If you book with her; you’ll feel very relaxed after having all the knots worked out. I feel amazing, very calm, and zen like.I also had the Soothing Facial with Claire. My skin is soft, refreshed, and feels awesome. The redness from my mild rosacea really can’t be seen.I highly recommend taking time to book at least one if not both of this services with these two awesome ladies. Lastly, the ambiance, mood, and setting is very relaxing and peaceful. All the Stars!

I saw Fatima for a strawberries and chocolate facial and it was amazing! The spa is so nice and relaxing with super comfy robes (they have plus size!) and amazing sandals. Fatima was so sweet and thorough. The facial was amazing, so relaxing and hydrating. I highly recommend a visit and Fatima as well! :)

My massage therapist, Justine was the best. She is sooo friendly and we had the best conversation. I went on a walk today, and I feel better than Ive felt in over a year! I will definitely be coming back to Justine to get the salt stone massage next! I cant wait for my next massage.

Shes very accommodating and pampers me well. I felt so relaxed and fell asleep. My skin felt very soft and smooth. Will be back regularly. (Not using my real name)

Honestly, very disappointed in this experience overall... I came in for a facial and massage combo (treating myself, obviously). The service wasnt bad (Id say 7/10) but the management of this place must be pretty bad considering I overheard someone (who must have been the manager) yelling at one of the employees??? It was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel really uncomfortable. I dont want to give my business to a place that is run so unprofessionally.... Would definitely pass and choose a spa where the staff is respectful toward each other and maintaining a positive environment. Its a spa!!!! Should have felt a little more zen and less like there was tension in the air? Very unhappy- treat yourself elsewhere.

Mary - the owner or manager of the spa - called to speak with me on the phone after leaving me a voicemail saying she reviewed my resume and wanted to talk. My resume clearly states I’m a licensed cosmetologist. After hearing that and that I’ve been at a salon mainly focused on hair and looking to make a change - she cut me off and states she will only hire LICENSED ESTHETICIANS with a certain level of experience.Mary - if that’s how you feel/that’s what you’re looking for - correct your job posting! I’ve been getting regular facials for a couple years now as part of my skin care routine. They always make me feel welcome. I’ve never had a bad facial here but I recently had Fatema and she is out of this world amazing!! I’ve never had such a relaxing and result oriented facial. She takes time to get to know her clients and remembers. Just like a massage, you have to share your preferences. When I said I wanted more massaging on my face, I thought I had died and gone to heaven😍 you will not be disappointed

I had an exceptional experience at Spavia. It felt high end at a very reasonable cost. I had Justine as my massage therapist and it was by far the best I’ve ever had! Claire did my facial and I was equally impressed.I will definitely be back again and highly recommend booking with Claire and Justine.

I’ve had plenty of massages from plenty of places including this one. While they’ve all been great the two I’ve received thus far from Justine have been the most amazing massages I’ve EVER had in my life! When I go I get the sports massage which is a mix of stretching, deep tissue massage, stones and a relaxation massage. Let me tell y’all you have never experience quite a massage until you’ve received this from Justine. She is unbelievable and I can’t wait for my next visit!

I arranged for a deep tissue massage and facial for my husband and i for our anniversary/valentines day and his birthday. Our LMT Justine was an absolute pleasure with conversation. Justine is the real deal when it comes to deep tissue massage. She knows her stuff. She was able to work out every sore part of my body. I am definitely going back to her and no one else. Claire did my facial and she did an amazing job.Great at conversation and talking about products and listening to me complain about old age. Make sure you schedule with both of these ladies as they were the greatest.

I was having a busy stressful day and when I called I was greeted nicely and was able to make am appointment that same day. Maddie took me back to do my brow wax and she was so sweet , kind and calming. She did an excellent job on my brows and it was the most relaxed I have been in a long time! I was not impressed with the quality of the services for the price I paid. The regular spas I go to regularly (although separate locations) for facials and massages charge about the same price as Spavia but exceed the service I received here. I liked the convenience of having both a facial and massage available at the same location but to be honest, Id rather commute to each of the two regular spas I go to separately rather than to return here. I’m disappointed to say the least. I thought this would be more of a spa experience, instead, it felt like a sister of massage envy.
