I have loved my sessions with Jessica over the years and recently with Danielle. Their knowledge and care can’t be beat, and the fact that they use the Eminence product line is wonderful. I always feel so special when I get a service here! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my skincare needs.

Ive been going to Jessicas salon for years, as recommended by a close friend. She recently expanded her space, and its gorgeous (with tons of Eminence and Jane Iredale products!!). I always have a relaxing experience, shes very professional, the products she uses are GOLD, and my skin has never been better. Years ago, she found out the foundation I was using and shared with me how bad the product was for my skin, and recommended another -- I switched, and my skin improved dramatically. She is constantly learning and expanding the services she provides, and is incredibly knowledgeable when I have any skin questions. Id never go anywhere else!

I enjoyed a Reiki session with Pilar and it was a wonderful experience. My first time at the salon and it’s a hidden gem you wouldn’t expect in such an industrial looking building. The practice room was very relaxing and the session was amazing. The gemstone heated blanket was so comfortable and the oils smelled great, I felt truly relaxed when I left. Totally recommend it.

I recently saw Alison for a facial and I cant rave enough about my experience. It was evident from the moment I walked in that she is extremely educated. She was able answer all of my questions. She made me feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend Alison all of your skincare needs.

I just had my Bentley Triple Facial with Danielle, she was amazing. She has the heart of a teacher and talked me through each process and how it benefits the skin. She was very transparent about what I need to do to help improve my skincare routine and overall very professional! Helps that the prices are very fair for this service! I will absolutely be back and would recommend her to anyone!

This is the best skin care spa I have ever been. The staff is super friendly and nice. You can always book a consultation for free to have a talk with the aesthetician about your skin. Pricing is reasonable. I have always booked my session with Jessica! She is amazing and I always recommend her to everyone.

Alison is the best! She explained everything she was doing during my facial and lash lift/tint and made my skin and lashes look and feel amazing!! She took the time and care to make sure everything was just right.

Danielle was so sweet, funny, and very professional. I felt comfortable and relaxed, I’ll definitely recommend her to anyone. I got my triple Bentley facial here and through the entire process Danielle was explaining everything to me and gave me good tips on how to take care of my skin. I will definitely be coming back! :)

I have seen Megan Lantz for massage therapy.Because of her care, after a fall i was able to avoid narcotic medication and possibly surgery-- my shoulder and hips were completely restored!She has helped me with numerous other issues, between her knowledge and healing touch my body is healthier. She has also helped my daughter with muscular issues.I recommend her 100xs over.We see her regularly and are better because of that!!

Jessica goes above and beyond to make you look good on any special occasion.. She is extremely nice, great to talk to, very knowledgeable , and very good at what she does!! The environment and ambiance are wonderful. The salon was VERY clean and organized and inviting. I highly recommend her to everyone !

I go to Alison at this skin spa and she is AMAZING. I have sensitive skin/rosacea and so facials are always a scary thing for me. But she does a great job matching my skin type with products that dont burn it (this is SO hard to do) and really knows her stuff. I always leave with glowing, clear skin. Cant recommend her enough!

I live out of state and one of the perks of visiting my family is getting a facial with Jessica or her team. Jessica is knowledgeable, personable, and an amazing esthetician! My skin is glowing, visibly healthier and *firmer* after every visit. The organic skincare used at the spa is very gentle yet has great results. Finally, the spa is very welcoming and clean with several covid precautions in place to keep both the guests and staff safe. I highly recommend!

Practicing yoga with Pilar at JB skin spa is life changing. Not only do you work your muscles, stretch and sweat, you gain physical & mental balance. I leave feeling strong, calm and with a sense of peace. Pilar is exceptional. She is extremely gifted and pushes me to be stronger. She truly carries a bright light inside. Being in her presence and practicing yoga together makes me feel better about me.

I had a wonderful experience as a first time customer at Jessica Bentleys Skin Spa! I had a lash lift with tint done by Jessica. She did a fantastic job!! She explained everything she was doing step by step, along with making sure to check up on me throughout the entire appointment. I have had my lashes lifted once before from another salon and my experience wasn’t the best. It was one of those cases where one lash was perfect, and the other was extremely droopy. I was nervous to do it again, and even looked into just getting lash extensions. But after long thought I knew lash perming was a better fit to me. I would suggest anyone to come here! It’s beautiful, peaceful space that I definitely WILL be coming back to. I’ve already looked into making appointments for the other services offered!! Thank you again Jessica for giving me a beautiful lift for my date night, I really couldn’t be more satisfied!

Danielle is amazing. I just had done aromatherapy massage and that was fantastic. You end up feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. The oils and the smells are fabulous. Danielle is a sweetheart and her bedside manner is amazing. Highly recommended cant wait for my next session!

Just had my first male Brazilian wax done and Jessica Bentley Skin Spa made it simple, quick, easy and painless. This does not hurt like some people say it does. If its done right it should be pretty much painless and Jessica Bentley Skin Spa does it right. Try it, it’s better than shaving the junk.Jessica Bentley Skin Spa makes you feel very comfortable in the process.

I am frequently told that I look much younger than my real age (thank goodness), and I have no doubt that I have Jessica to thank for much of that. She is an absolute expert when it comes to skin, and I feel very lucky to have found her! I dont know what I would do if I couldnt see her for facials. The products she uses are gentle, natural and nourishing. We are quite fortunate to have such an incredible skin guru right here in Columbus. Shes also highly skilled at waxing and brow shaping. In fact, theres nothing I wouldnt trust Jessica to do. Because I know she wouldnt offer a service if it was anything less than the best.

I went in today for a 30 minute extraction appointment, and lets just say that my face was worse than i thought! Jessica worked on my face for a little over an hour! Most people wouldnt do that for someone. She is extremely nice, great to talk to, very knowledgeable , and very good at what she does!! She informed me of that causes of the acne I had and how to prevent it in the future. She made several post treatment recommendations for me to help my skin further. The environment and ambiance are wonderful. The salon was VERY clean and organized and inviting. I highly recommend her to everyone ! I have my next appointment booked and am very happy and excited to get my skin back on track. Thank you so much Jessica!

I love Jessica! I started going to her after I got engaged because I wanted my skin to be perfect for my wedding. I saw her once a month because I have dealt with acne since my teens/early 20s. While the products are pricey, they work with the right clinician. (Previously, I tried the products with someone different and never saw results). I love seeing Jessica because she knows her products, does a great job and makes sure Im comfortable.

I loved Allison. She was so nice and informative about what I needed for my skin. She really went above and beyond for me and I am looking forward to booking with her again.

Great facial. Outstanding, but pricey top-notch products are sold here. I looked “glowy” when I left, without makeup. I would prefer a little better service/comfort but overall this is an amazing, super low key place to get a really nice facial with good results.
