I went in for a prenatal massage - 90 minutes and added on some services. I was taken back late - close to 11:10AM even though I was on time. My 90 minute massage ended at 12:15pm (appt was at 11) for the masseuse to do my add on services. I cannot see how they can call this a 90 minute massage, if I had known my add on services were going to take time off my massage I would have never added on services. The masseuse was nice, however, the main area I asked her to work on she barely touched. When I asked the front desk why my massage ended early, she said its actually only an 80 minute massage (website states 90) and I didnt even get an 80 minute massage. Left feeling dissatisfied.

Loved my first time at Hand & Stone to get a facial. Had a great consultation and treatment in a clean, safe and peaceful environment with guidance for how to maintain it moving forward.

I went in for a much needed facial and was very satisfied with my experience. Ana Lisa explained the process thoroughly and ensured my comfort throughout my appointment. I will definitely revisit.

My m-therapist was the greatest, never had a massage like that before. Christine knows what shes doing and she was on-point spectacular...going back again and again. :)

I havent had this great of an experience in a spa in a long time! Maybe even pre-coivd! Everyone at Hand and Stone were so sweet and very professional. I felt very comfortable being there. They took covid precautions very seriously. Everything was very clean and updated. Natalia did my facial and she was an absolute dream to work with! She made my face glow like I havent seen in forever. I would highly recommend working with Natalia if you have the chance. I will definitely go back. I cant wait until my next visit.

I wish the full body massage was actually a full body (I.e. chest and quads included as well). Overall, it was a good massage. Thank you, Hand and Stone!

They might have been okay while I was a member but dont try to leave them or THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. They stole one of my 69.95 packages (claiming I gifted it to a person Ive never heard of and when I asked for proof of my supposed approval they were silent). They stole the gift cards I had remaining on my account as well. I was a loyal customer for years but both managers Royah and Deliah changed their tune once I was no longer a member. BETTER WATCH OUT FOR THESE THIEVES!

Maria is the best massage therapist. She is really good at listening to what you want or need, and she is very professional skilled. For facials my daughter really likes Natalia, but I have yet to try out their facials.

Ive had plenty massages and this massage wasnt worth the money I paid. I was very dissatisfied. I requested more attention to neck and lower back and the masseuse barely touch those areas, if at all. I was not pleased.

I had been having back issues and stiffness, for a few days, and remembered Hand and Stone. I drive past it everyday to and from work.I went to their site, sent a message for appointment request, and within a few minutes, I recieved a call back. They got me in, next afternoon. I opted for the Hot Stone massage, I would definitely recommend and will do it again.I met with Andrew, we talked about my trouble spots, and he went to work. He applied just the right amount of pressure, relieving my knots and kinks. Very thorough, head to toe! The Hot Stones are most definitely a bonus, in this massage.Afterwards, he met me outside the room, with a large glass of water. He was delightful, professional, and did the job I needed. Today, Ive got so much more mobility, feeling much better! I just booked my next appointment!!!Staff is also professional and accommodating. I was introduced to package deals as well. The facility is clean and bright, and has a relaxing atmosphere.

I made an appointment for a Himalayan Salt Massage for my wife as a surprise Christmas present. Instead, they gave here a regular massage, which kind of ruined the present. The massage itself was fine, nothing particularly outstanding. 3 stars minus 1 star for the remissness.

I havent tried out any of their massages yet, but I love their facials so much! None of the peels have an effect on me, and they dont give any of the tingly sensations that usually means its working. The glycolic peel is the only one I do here, and even though my skin doesnt feel a lot with it on, it leaves my skin looking awesome! Before anyone goes booking an appointment for the glycolic after reading this review, I would recommend asking their professional opinion because its the strongest peel that can have side effects if you dont follow post-peel instructions. Natalia is the best at facials!

Hand and Stone has horrible customer service! They only care about taking your money and the front staff does not know their right hand from their left hand! I would think twice about making an appointment or buying a gift certificate for a Love one.

Horrible service. Receptionists are not professional. She never called me back to confirm my 80 mins massage. When I called she couldn’t give me a straight answer if an 80 min massage was available. When I arrived for my 50 min massage, there was an upset member interacting with the receptionists. The customer was frustrated due to her membership package being mismanaged. After the customer left, the receptionist began to gossip and complain about the frustrated customer!

They never answer their phone or return calls. Horrible customer service. On multiple occasions I have left message and tried to make an appointment. Use the Pleasanton one, completely different and better experience. Was a bad decision to become a member.

Nope. You will go for facial for 100 and end up paying 200+. They will keep on add products plus they ask for tip 22% of your bill. I happened bought a product and they sold me opened and used one. Had to go back and exchange it. Not at all recommeding
