Im having a hard time with this place as of late. They did help get my mind right which i appreciate very much. I dont feel like im truly cared about here. My time doesnt matter as ive waited over a half hour more than once for a 5 minute conversation. And my 75 dollar copay is met with a bill for another 50 bucks. For 5 minutes of someones time i feel like this is crazy.Edit, marked down to one star because i cant even get a non narcotic anti depressant ive been on for months now without being seen again. Thanks for the highway robbery CMAP. Mental health shouldnt cost an arm and a leg. Next tome i have to wait over 30 minutes for a 3 minute conversation ill bill you for my time.

I dont trust easily I was actually affraid of the medical field. I ,100% trust Dr.Dejardines. I will continue to trust his process to finding healing in this journey. Im thankful to have found his help and hope.

They only care about money and will not even remember what they promised during the appointment and if u even think about traveling, don’t run out of your medication or u will be sol! Worst doctors I have ever been to!!

The first time I stepped through the doors of this place I was so happy to start my recovery. I met with DR. MICHAEL D and he was a friendly nice man the first couple of times. He did not like that I was on such a high dose of Alprazolam (I was recently on 5MG a day in AZ but moved to UT) for my panic attacks and anxiety so we agreed that I would eventually taper down, in the coming months he met with me and we both agreed on tapering down. Together we came down to 3mg a day and then due to a situation beyond my control he suddenly cut me off. He did try to help with prescribed phenobarbital which he said take 2 times a day up to 30mg and throughout the next couple weeks I felt like I was dying due to the withdrawals. I lost my job after being able to finally get health insurance and they could care less, I’m surprised he didn’t take my Suboxone away either. He destroyed three weeks of my life I will never get back and believe me. I am going to fight for justice. Look into doctors with great reputations this place is GARBAGE AND DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU AND WILL CUT YOU OFF WHEN YOUR NOT CASH PAYING ANYMORE. Michael I hope you gain some perspective because you made my life a living a hell and anyone around me at the time. You are the single handed reason why recovery for people isn’t working.

Ive been With Dr. SCHAAT, for about 12 years, and Hes an amazing Dr. with 100% knowledge of addiction and as an Physician. Hes Staff is very polite and helpful as well, so He definitely deserves 5 🌟 from Me!

Bad experience. the receptionist is horrible. she never answers the phone, waits for you to leave a voicemail and either never calls back or waits a couple of days. the only nice person was dr. tracey but i don’t think the psychiatrists know what is going on. they charge me $80 randomly for a one-time five minute appt and say that suddenly my insurance made them do that when i’ve had no fees. just super unprofessional. they also stopped contacting me and refused to give m my meds (again the receptionist) so i’ve been going through withdrawals.

Michael Desjarsin’s is the most incomprehensibly unprofessional ‘psychiatrists’ I’ve worked with. During my second session with him he loomed over me yelling, and started throwing out diagnoses that didn’t belong to me, as have been confirmed by other psychiatrists, before storming out of the room 20 minutes in saying we weren’t a fit. I had to get him into the room to do the service all psychiatrists are meant to do, that I had paid heftily for, which is med management, and to call in the prescriptions I needed and was out of. He is a quick to temper man, who has no business, and is frankly unfit dealing with patient’s of any range, or diagnosis, large or small.

I have been a patient of Michaels for over 8 years, he is professional and kind. He truly cares about his patients. Michael is a wonderful health care provider. I would recommend him to any friends or family members needing help with mental health concerns.

Really kind caring and professional folks. I see Micheal Desjardins regularly and have nothing but good things to say about him. He has always treated me with respect and compassion which is sorely lacking in todays medical community. He takes my complaints seriously and actually listens to me. This is the one place I dont worry about getting the anxious female treatment. I feel I can be honest with him at all times and wont be judged or thought less of. He makes sure my mental and physical symptoms are addressed. They girls at the office are phenominal as well.

Dr Michael has been my Dr for a number of years; he was a steady force throughout my bout w/ breast cancer and double mastectomy. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with him, you will no doubt be in good hands. The negative reviews are untrue.

I have been a patient at CMAP for 4 years. I regularly see Mike Desjardins, and hes great, as are all the Doctors at this practice. Dr. Curtis delivered my first child 22 years ago when he practiced Obstetrics and gynecology, so its always fun to see him occasionally. The staff is helpful and quick to get back to me when I call.If I was able to get well, anyone can. Comprehensive medical is here to help you do that. I strongly recommend them for anyone with addiction or psychological issues.

This place does not know how to treat people. Robin, the billing manager, was rude and condescending. I came here as a new patient and asked for an annual physical. The visit with the Dr was good. After a week or two I received the bill for the visit because my insurance company had denied the claim. After talking to my insurance company it was discovered that Robin had miscategorized the claim when she submitted it and simply had to correct the claim to fit within the parameters of what the insurance company would accept. Robin refused. Robin was rude and condescending on the phone and told me that she didnt care if I had a bad experience. She said she didnt care if I no longer came to the clinic and I was welcome to go elsewhere. She chuckled as she told me she wouldnt help me get this claim resubmitted and that I could set up another appointment to have my annual physical and she would send that bill to my insurance company. I am disappointed in the service I received at this clinic and I will not only tell the person who referred me here about my experience but anyone else who will listen. I regret having to go elsewhere because I liked my doctor but I cannot do business with such blatantly rude office people.

If you are thinking of going here. Make sure you have a big bank account . We were there 10 minutes. She heard our story . Shared it with the police. And they showed up at our house. I thought you could be honest with doctors. And they charged us 200 dollars. And she said she can’t help us.

Great, knowledgeable, and patient doctors and nurse practitioners. I like the way they know me well, and know what will be best for me (and what I should avoid, even if it may be good for others), helping to solve chronic problems like severe allergies I suffered from. Id recommend Pioneer to anyone and everyone.

The product that Pioneer Comprehensive Medical is good, but our experience with them is not. We received meal replacement powder as a gift when my husbands jaw had to be broken. The first container was good, the second was rancid. When we took it in for a refund or replacement they said they couldnt do anything because the container was open (how else do you know its bad???). They requested we leave the container with them and they would test it and see if there was anything they could do. We left it with them and heard nothing back. When we checked back with them they said it was fine, not rancid, but they couldnt give it back because they had destroyed it, leaving us with no refund, no product, and no possible way of getting the product replaced.

I have seen Dr Schatt for many years and liked him from day one and have followed him from past offices. He is a true professional doctor. Easy to talk to but hes also serious and thorough, as a doctor should be :)

Dr. Rodier is my primary doctor. I see Britney and LeAnn sometimes, and they are both very helpful. I really appreciate the integrative approach of holistic and modern medicine. I prefer to resort to pharmaceutical drugs as a last resort, and most of the time, Ive been able to avoid them whereas other doctors certainly would have reached straight for them.

The service is caring and makes you feel good, did not care for the up selling at the supplement center. Now we will get to the billing, it is very fishy have not been for months, but still getting billed for visits...... Charging for use of a electric heat pad?? Really?? Not sure I will be back even though I like the service, I dont like being nickle and dimed.

I wrote a bad review for Michael when he suddenly left the clinic where I saw him for my depression. He called me and begged me to take it down and told me he would see me at this clinic for the same price even though the dont accept my insurance. $300 later and I have a new psychiatrist at a different clinic with a different doc. Turns out he was fired from the other clinic! Yikes!

Bring your big wallet. And don’t expect them to do anything. They talked to us for 5 minutes. Said they can’t help us. Then they shared our story with the police. Don’t tell them anything personal.

They do not work with you at all in terms of billing. Yeah, they focus on natural health and alternative practice but are billing sharks just like the rest of major medical clinics. I thought they were different and really tried to care for their patients. But if you dont got the money, all you are is collection waste and not worth their time. Terrible.

Worst clinic I have ever been to in my life! Save your time and money.
