I have communicated mostly with Bailey and Kendra but with all the staff, I feel like they really get to know our office personally and know who I am, as soon as I call. They have wonderful customer care and are always at your finger tips. They are VERY thorough with their production and you can tell they take pride in ALL the work they do. They even occasionally call to touch base on how their restorations are fitting and ask if there is anything they can do for improvements on their end. So far, on our end, I have not thought of any improvements they need to do, as everything has been perfect coming from Method Dental. We have completely switched from a Lab, in California, that we have used for over a decade and now use Method Dental for all of our crown and implant restorations. I highly suggest checking this lab out for all your restorative needs. We are so glad they reached out to us. I have been using Method Dental Lab for many years. We have a great working relationship. We have worked very hard on communication. Design characteristics are emailed to me for approval prior to production. This is very helpful and key to providing the highest quality products possible for our patients. Method has invested in the latest dental lab technology. Using a local lab is very important to me as well. Again, most important is a very high quality product for our patients.

I started working with Method Dental Lab in the Summer of 2020. I was and still am very loyal to my previous lab so it was hard to try another lab. This is a competitive field and sales people come by my office (and yours) all the time showing us beautiful crowns and other restorations. Big deal, those are easy. What impressed me it that with Method Lab, my cases look like those they show to other dentists. They produce wonderful results if I give them good cases to work with. They are very personable, easy to work with and always deliver on or before the due date. They say they can deliver in about a week, I have not tested this but I believe they could. Competitive fees, great customer service, real and personable people, they promise great results then overdeliver on this. Why not reduce some of your stress and give these people a try? I have no regrets.

We use Method Dental Lab for Durham Dental in Beaufort, SC and have had wonderful case turnouts! The staff is so easy to work with and they go above and beyond to ensure our cases are returned on time and accurate. Dr. Durham has been very pleased! Highly recommend Method Dental Lab!

I have been working with Method Dental Lab for about 2 years now, and they have produced great quality work at an affordable rate for dentists! I would highly recommend them to my fellow dentists because their turn around time is reasonable and I almost always get a great fitting product with little to no adjustments necessary! I have been working with Jeff, Chris and crew for many, many years and am excited to share that they are my go to lab. Ive enjoyed creating many beautiful smile restorations with them along with the every day great individual crowns. Im looking forward to many years more of working together and this new phase of scanning my preps directly to them. :)

Ive been doing all my fixed prosthodontics cases with method for some time. From single crowns to long span bridges, I like their zirconia work, good shade matches and the fit is perfect. I also like the packaging and the presentation of the case. I use their website portal for dentists quite a bit which does help with shade communication between the dentists and the lab tech. And I always appreciate a call from their lab tech to discuss a case when they have any questions.Great work. Thank you.

I have been with Method lab for sometime now. I only use 2 labs, and have been impressed with them. They have a great point guy who visits us often to check in on us. Chris has been great to work with as well, she is quick to take care of issues, and is transparent to work with. I am a satisfied customer of Method dental labs!

Update 8/26/21: I had a patient who took a bad spill and broke a number of teeth. She left my office today saying my teeth look better than they ever did and better than I could have imagined. Method has been consistently great with their work and their communication!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have been working with Method for the vast majority of my crown and bridge work for a couple years now (sometimes I need a lab closer to me for custom staining) and I can honestly say I have never had a better relationship with a lab. They do really nice work and if there are corrections to be made, they are always accommodating. Thank you for all you do for us!!

I have had a great experience with Method. It is absolutely impossible to prevent error and mistake in dentistry. The question is What, then? Method and Chris have been very humble and accommodating in reparation of error -whether mine or theirs- the cases are usually slam dunks.
