DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BCU!!! They are the worst credit union to work with and the biggest joke of a place to do business. There customer service is a I dont care about you attitude and your a measly customer who means nothing to us!! I went into Mountain America and they assisted me immediately sat me down and discussed how assist instead of telling me Im on my own like BCU always does!!! This place is a joke go to any other bank or credit union and avoid this one at all costs!!

BCU bank say...We got your Back But i say they got their own back and they will never care your back for sure! they will steal your information back to back or they will steal your info.from Experian,Equifax,Transunion without your consent and they will apply a loan or credit card without you? WoW...can we trust BCU bank for this? I dont think so and i dont trust BCU bank anymore.Because On August 23-2018 I received an alert from Experian that BCU was applying a loan or credit card under my name and i know for sure it wasnt me 100% and i can prove it. Becuase Im on my vacation from August 21 @5pm until August 26 but Experian sent me an alert that i was applying for a loan or credit card??? how come? I wasnt even there im still on my vacation until now...Worst bank ever dont open a bank account with BCU bank You cannot trust them with ur information.
