Was so nervous to find a new dentist. I loved my old one so much I was traveling over 1,000 miles to keep seeing them--but I am glad I found this office! Ariana and Dr. Grotz were both so friendly, communicative, and helpful from making the appointments, using my insurance, and understanding my treatment options. They took COVID-19 precautions including wearing their masks (correctly and the entire time!), taking my temperature when I arrived, and having patients and themselves wash their hands. I will be back and I definitely recommend them.

I been going here for years and when I just spoke to Adriana who answers the phone she straight out just said you have a attitude every time you call without me even giving her my name. Say I am wrong but thats already bad customer service. I was frustrated with their ability and I know its due to Covid-19 but I was trying to get my thoughts together because I am in pain and need to get things done. I work a 8-5 job so you can of course tell why I was frustrated with them only being available Monday and Friday during that time. I asked to speak to someone and she said Im the only one here. I will be coming in for my dental records and going elsewhere.Update. I made an appointment with at a new dentist office and requested they call this place for my dental records and the young lady let me know she call for days and no one ever return her calls.

Everyone here is fantastic! I am not kidding. I made a last minute appointment that ended in a root canal, but Dr. Ali and the staff made it as pleasant an experience as possible. In my opinion Dr. Ali is very careful, skilled, and empathetic. She checked on my comfort level and well being several times while performing the work. The staff are all great too. The outside of the building isnt much but their space and equipment are all new looking and well cared for. They won me over on the first visit, and I highly recommend.

I went for a check up and was told I had multiple cavities. I visited another dentist and he said my teeth are totally fine. So the dentist here wanted to do unnecessary fillings, maybe over preventative. If youre into that then thats fine but I dont like to get any medical procedure done unless necessary so I didnt like that.Also during cleaning I was charged for a part of it that I was told beforehand my insurance didnt cover. Then a month later I saw that my insurance was billed for it and partially covered the cost. I contacted them for a refund on the amount I paid and never heard back.

Dr Asra Ali is a wonderful dentist. She is extremely caring and compassionate, and goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. Her work is impeccable and she is very concerned with completing the absolute highest quality dental work. Sarah in the front is very friendly and can be contacted day or night if something happens. They are very accommodating with evening appointments as well. Over all, this is a great dental practice and I would highly recommend it!

I highly recommend this dentist. Not only is it convenient to where I live. Dr Asra Ali is amazing. Professional, caring and a perfectionist with her work. Her staff is equally wonderful. As a military retiree, this was my first dental experience with a non- military dentist. They were highly recommended by 1-800-DENTIST and I immediately understood why. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, the office was well lit and clean, and entire staff provided great hospitality. The dentist explained my condition in detail and provided a few options. My mouth feels better and I would highiy recommend this office for all your dental needs.

A great dental experience. What first attracted me to Dr. Asra Alis office was the extended hours; they are available outside of traditional business hours. During my appointment, I was told exactly what step in the cleaning process I was in, as well as the cost. This was perhaps the most helpful part of my appointment (besides the deep cleaning, of course). She tells you before a procedure how much it will cost with and without insurance. They also take steps to verify insurance before your appointment, so you arent surprised with dental bills that werent covered. The only thing I wish I could have done is find this place sooner.

I really enjoy going to this place they really take good care of my teeth. For example on 7/5/2019 they took care of two cavities that I had including a bit of decay.

If there was no stars I would give 0. My brother was there a month ago & the assistant and dentist were arguing. Was an uncomfortable space for my brother in the chair. Tried to win him over with electric toothbrush for good reviews. He hated to hear the argument, along with the Dr. wasn’t really changing gloves safely. Just unprofessional & he’ll be finding another dental office.

This place is horrible. I came to this office for simple procedure (deep teeth cleaning). I was told they have to do xRay and exam before cleaning. I agree on that. They made 10 xRays, stating its a normal procedure, I asked the doctor what is that for, i dont have any problems no pain. Doctor said we are not done yet with xRays, we have to do 8 more. They dont care about you, they just trying to find something to make money. All 5 star reviews are made by people who wants to to receive free 42 TV. There is advertisement in the lobby, if you leave review you will participate in shuffle, so you can win TV.

Dr Asra dealt with an emergency situation with precision and care. We are sure pleased with her and happy the Emergency sent us to her.

Dr. Grotz is Amazing. Me and my boys (4 years old and 5 years old) had our first time dental appomtment with Dr. Grotz and he was absolutely amazing. From the first time I met him I just knew we would have a great experience. Dr. Grotz is very professional, and educated with dental hygiene. Dr Grotz explained step by step of what I would need to do to maintain the upkeep of my teeth. He also explained and educated me on how to care for my childrens teeth!! Alex the office manager is also awesome. Alex made our first appointment with such ease and was so friendly to my boys when we came for the appointment. After coming to Oak Grove Family Dental I felt right at home, and know that I have found me and sons dentist!!❤ I would highly recommend him to anyone!
