This place SUCKS!!!! Our appointment was at 11:15 it is now 1:00 and we are still waiting!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Do better people and go somewhere else

My appointment was for 8:45. 8:50, no one there yet, 9:00 still not there. I was ready to leave at 9:05 when the receptionist finally arrived... No apology to the 10-15 people waiting... Not a word, even after she took another 5 minutes to set up. (Ok, Ill give the benefit of the doubt, traffic maybe). Go in to see the doctor who verified that I had an issue with my eye and he wanted to do laser surgery then and there.... I listened to my little voice and said I didnt have anyone to drive me home... No problem, youll be fine to drive home. Decided to wait and set up for a day when I would have someone with me. Called another specialist who I saw the next day... The eye that they wanted to perform surgery on didnt need it, but the other eye that they never looked at did. Always listen to the little voice in your head that says something isnt right.

My sons 2pm appointment time came and went with us watching everyone after us being seen first. Quite unprofessional. Disappointing . I wish there were an option for half a star.
