My experience was good untill I had to meet with Marcia Hines the contacts specialist. She is extremely rude and each encounter I had with her was worse then the last. Because of how terrible she interacted with me, I wont return. Neither will I recommend this eye center to anyone. It was bad enough I was willing to be out the fitting fee of $150 just so I didnt have to ever deal with her again!

Front desk staff are wonderful, the technicians spend time and treat patients life family. I highly recommend doctor Clemens, he is extremely friendly and kind hearted and is sure to give you the best care possible!

Seriously love coming here for eye exams and my favorite time of year is getting to pick out new frames for my glasses from the amazing selection they have!

Saw Dr. Mays twice with my son who has BCMH since she is local. Loved her. She passed away and we were scheduled to see her partner. Two days from the appointment abruptly get a call that they cant provide services. Just called a second ago to get my sons prescription info as his frames broke and the optical department was horribly rude. Would not recommend.
