Went in terrified. Had spent 38,000 to no avail and lost teeth..my facial structure had changed and work was needed to replace 35 year old work. Dr. Lewis was patient and seemed to understand I was terrified and repaired something I was not even aware of with an implant. The cosmetic needs were causing me not to feel good about myself now.Staff were sweeties..if you have problems dont wait 30 years in fear as I did. Go see Dr. Lewis and get the work done before its too far too late. Reasonable cost. Looking forward to improving my health and cosmetic improvement treatments with a good Dr. And nice clean environment..

Went in for a cleaning, they told my insurance wouldnt cover it and I should call them to handle it, so I left called my insurance company and southeast dental on a 3 way so everyone would be on the same page and could figure out what was going on. Call lasted maybe 5 and we all hung up ( no yelling or anything, just a civil call) . 2 weeks later I get a letter from the office telling me that they would no longer accept me as a patient. Really?! Just because I called my insurance company?!? Jokes on them, not like there are not 100 different places to go nearby. Just a bad way to do business. Not mad at anyone, all the people were nice, (so I thought). Very unprofessional. Doctor came in looked at me for about 45 seconds explained a few things then said I really have to go. At the time I didnt care because I understand people are busy but combined with the letter they sent made a bad impression.

This facility is amazing. I walked in to a very warm reception and did not have a long wait to be seen. I didnt meet a single person on the staff that was not friendly, and they seem to be a cohesive team. I received a thorough dental exam and cleaning. I definitely recommended Southeast Dental to anyone that wants a comprehensive experience from a professional staff. Also, shoutout to Lisa.

My son is six and still has his baby teeth. Our first visit was in August. I was told he basically needed a root canal on one of his molars. I remember the dentist saying that could be done or we could do caps. I remember him saying he didnt like to do caps. Ok, his office, his preference I suppose. I chose caps, because these are baby teeth. The first appointment was rescheduled because the person that does the gas will not be here. The next appointment was rescheduled because the dentist will be out of town. Then 2 months later at his appointment Im told the dentist will not do it. Wow. I get off work to bring my child to his appointment, time wasted. He has waited 2 months when we could have went somewhere else, time wasted. Completely disappointed.

Very cute little dental office. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was super friendly. I love how setting up future appointments work, they actually tell you what service you will be needing and gave me a print out of prices and a breakdowns....will most definitely be back

Loved visiting Southeast Dental. They did a great job with my cleaning, were so friendly, and were able to get me in on a timely manner! I wanted to come back for other services and they managed to make time for me when I needed it. 100% recommend!

Able to get a appointment within a great timeframe. They have a very relaxing atmosphere. Going to the dentist causes a lot of anxiety for me and Dr Lewis was great. My new dentist.
