I have always seen professional workers during my visits, positive personalities, respectable and will to help. oh and I love the great products that offer. My cleaning process was great just a little forceful which caused some discomfort however that was my first experience however; I would recommend a friend.

I have a lot of problems making a visit to the dentist extremely hard on me. The hygienist I had, Sydney, was excellent. She was friendly, fast, and very gentle.

It was amazing to get my teeth check up done at this location. They took great care of me and were very efficient and friendly. I love how knowledgeable they were and it means the world to me that they took such great care of me. Yes, I would recommend them.

He was very friendly and funny I enjoyed speaking to him as well as finding out what I need to do for my crown that came off. I will be back.

Dr. Beasley and staff are always courteous, prompt and are very good at dental work. I have been to their office 3 times since the start of COVID and everything is very clean, spaced as necessary and I have no worries about contracting the virus while there. I would highly recommend them.

LOVE THE STAFF! Great group of ladies there. Dr. Beasley Is great as well. He always talking about different things. He can keep you laughing and at ease in the office. The ladies up front are able to help you understand how your insurance works and what you are looking at before any work is done. It is good to know that the staff has knowledge of looking over the insurance coverage so you can have the best options at hand.

Even though I used to work for a dentist, I have never been very comfortable in a dentists office because I had to have a lot of dental work done as a child, but Dr. Beasley and his staff are always friendly, you forget youre at the dentist and feel like your with friends. Staff is very rude! Called asking for assistance hung up in my face. Then when I tried to call back they put me on hold for 3 hours so I wouldnt get my answer. Terrible prices. Staff very very rude and ugly. Never in my life have I had to deal with people that dont care about their customers.

Had a filling done a few weeks ago. Felt it coming out when I flossed went back and he said it looked fine. Told me I could floss and that it wouldn’t come out. Went home and flossed and it came out. Going to have to go back tomorrow to get it fixed.

Dr Beasley is friendly and his hygienists we saw on our first visit were great. BUT this time around his assistant and front office staff treated me like a annoyance. We needed to coordinate a visit with our orthodontist. I mentioned this to the woman in the office and she asked, Why what are we doing? ( be sure to read that in an annoyed tone). Then once she coordinated the appt. She told me to be at the ortho at 2. I said I thought i was suppose to be at Dr Beasleys at 2. Here is where I got an eye roll and exasperated sigh as she told me my appointment was at 2:30. They had worked us in which I appreciated but his assistant seemed annoyed and kept pointing out how busy they were. I cant really recall ever feeling less welcomed in a professional office. I hate to have to look for a new dentist but we are clearly not wanted there.

Painless is about the best review I could ever given dentist. And their treatments are painless and theyre all very pleasant and sociable and professional.

I stayed on the phone waiting for someone to pick up the phone. If you can’t get a office personal to answer the phone for 15 minutes how do they expect potential customers to take them seriously. I was in dire need of a dentist appointment that day.

I had some issues with the authorization of work from the insurer. Bottom line is the insurer ( military insurance would only pay for substandard, temporary work to be done prior to me traveling overseas, after much back and forth between the amazing staff and the dental authorization rep, I had no choice but to accept the temporary work knowing it would fail while I was gone.Dr. Beasley and his staff refused to accept that and made sure my work was proper.This is the difference between a doctor out to make a quick buck and a true professional. I am humbled and thankful to Dr. Beasley and his staff. I wont ever go to another dentist.

I had a very good experience at Dr. Beasley’s office. Teeth cleaning was done with great care and Dr. Beasley was his usual great self.

The cleaning that was performed on their teeth was very abrasive. Their mouth is sore due to the harshness of the procedure.

The fron office staff were very rude!!! My husband & I almost left immediately. However, we did stay & I had my cleaning done. The hygienists & Dr. Beasley was very sweet, but Ill NEVER forget how nasty those two women were in the front. Seriously looking for a new office.
