My children love Dr. Dandridge! My littles ones are extremely comfortable with the staff. As a parent, I appreciate her professionalism and therapeutic affect on children. Dr. Dandridge is very thorough. I like the way she gives you both sides of the scenario and makes sure you have a good understanding of what is really happening with your teeth. She is very professional and pretty too. She never speaks ill of another dentist. There is something to be said for that.

Beautiful office, wonderful staff!! My teeth have never felt cleaner than they do now. The office is enjoyable to be in.. it does not have that stuffy “office” feel. The staff is lovely. Everyone was really knowledgeable and welcoming. COVID precautions taken and office was wonderfully clean. I will be a regular patient at this office now

My 11yo twins had their first filling ever today. They were quite nervous before going in... fear of the unknown topped with the fact momma couldnt go in due to Covid restrictions. The girls came out chirping about how incredibly nice everyone was and also the appointment wasnt painful whatsoever.

This is the worst dentist my children have been to. I would not recommend them to anyone. The whole reason I switched to them was because they told me they could work with him. I informed them on the first visit he was very terrified of the dentist. Because things did not go as smooth as it would have been for an adult, they next visit they waited until we got to the appointment to say they would no longer see him. After I took off work, and checked him out of school. There was no need to send me a message or continue to call me and remind me of the appointment when you knew you was not going to see him again.

The waiting times are insane. My child’s appointment was at 3:30 and we waited an hour before leaving unseen. There wasn’t even that many people waiting that day. They need a better system in place if it’s taking them an hour to see patients.

I was originally a patient at the Florala office. I had last seen them in the last week or so they closed. I had an old filling replaced that week. I was told by the previous dentist that the filling was fine. Going off an old x ray I was told it was serious and needed to have it looked at. I mentioned that I was told it was OK. The x ray machine was broke at that time. The filling was removed and I was told that nothing was found. I thought great I just did this for nothing but OK. It was also replaced with a white filling the last dentist asked me what kind of filling I wanted. From the beginning my tooth was extremely sensitive. I thought well maybe its this new type of filling material. Fast forward 8 months this tooth is killing me. I call and tell them this. I was told I was no longer a patient because I was at the old office. I was treated with complete disregard that I was in extreme pain from the tooth they filled and told I would have to wait for an appointment like I was a new patient. I have never been so disappointed in the treatment I received. I am a healthcare professional I thought this is why people do not trust the medical community. I had more compassion from dental offices I had not been a patient . One of those offices took me in that day thankfully. In the end I was told my tooth was traumatized and the filling was to deep. I believe she kept drilling looking for what she thought was wrong. My tooth was infected and I was now looking at a root canal. I am almost 48 years old and I have never had more than a few cavities as a kid. I have always took care of my teeth with regular checkups. This was devastating to me. I now also have to have a crown placed. This will be a very expensive procedure not to mention the pain and fear that I will loose this tooth. This also happened on a Friday and I had to go through the weekend in extreme pain. At one time I would have told you I liked this group. I am now sorry to say I would not recommend them. Be careful who you trust with your teeth.

Everyone is super nice, from receptionists to hygienist. They are on time. They get it done and youre out. At the same time they take time to answer questions. They show personal concern. My daughter loves going there.

My son was incredibly nervous during his appointment. The staff was so kind to him and talked him through every step of the process. Definitely recommend.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Their policies are strange and suspicious. They arent exactly rude but you sure have to pull information out of them. I havent seen the actual dentist who does the work which I consider to be rude because I feel its appropriate to explain to the parents how the appointment and procedure went since nobody is allowed in the room. (I have a toddler so its not like he can tell me everything that was done) We have been here for several appointments on several different occasions just to finish the work that was already started. Every visit was always complicated. They arent very child friendly, they just want to shove the medicine down the childs throats and start the procedure instead of talking to the child or getting them prepared and comfortable around them. My child actually threw up on two different occasions because they want to force the medicine then since he didnt take it they wanted to refer me to Auburn. They failed to inform me that there were other options here such as the little gas mask. Its just a mess. Ive witnessed the workers and assistants talk openly about people right after they left, everyone in the waiting area can hear them. Its very unprofessional. They really need to reconsider their jobs and straighten out because the way things work here is extremely unorganized.
