They have flexible appointment times and were ready for me when I arrived.The eye exam was very thorough - I learned so much about my vision and left with a better understanding of why my vision is the way it is.After my exam the women in the front office helped me find the best glasses for me and when they told me the total for a pair of bifocal glasses and polarized bifocal sunglasses I thought they forgot to charge me for everything. They did not - their prices are just that good! The selection is fashionable and current.EVERYONE was friendly and customer focused. Dont waste your time shopping around; I cant imagine a place that will provide this level of expertise customer service ...and the value is incredible! And they accept insurance too!

I went in to get a pair of no line bifocals and Ryan helped me get 1 pair of no line bifocals along with a pair of prescription sunglasses which were also no line bifocals. Ryan was great at listening to what I wanted and he paid attention to detail of what I wanted. I have insurance but it doesnt cover much but the exam. I am so happy I was able to get 2 pair of no line progressive glasses (one being normal glasses and the other being prescription sunglasses) for under $300.00. Just picked up my glasses yesterday and mu husband loves my frames, that Ryan helped me with. Thanks Eyemart Optical for the low prices and the great service (from Ryan).

I went in for an eye exam for prescription safety glasses. Got checked in in less than ten minutes. The optometrist was very professional and efficient. I heard from a friend that EyeMart had some great deals on glasses. I went to take a look and ended up finding a pair within minutes that I loved so much I ordered them in two different colors (Hemingway’s). My insurance covered a good portion of the first pair and I got the second pair for 40% off per the special sale they were running.They arrived within days or ordering and I’m very happy with them. The staff that helped me during both visits were very friendly and made it a great experience. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased two new pairs of glasses from Eyemart. I had a wonderful experience. The store was neat and clean and there was a wide variety to choose from. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and care I received from Allie and Ryan. Their attention to making sure I was happy with the glasses that I bought was second to none. They always had a smile on their faces and called me by name when I walked in the store. I love the three pair of glasses that they both helped me pick out. I was very very impressed. This was the 4th eyeglass place I visited and it was by far the best. Ryan gave me exactly what I was looking for, which was honest help picking my glasses. He was very proactive in helping me find what would look good on me and honestly told me what worked on my face, what didnt, and what was in style. I will never go anywhere else for glasses. Easy to get an appointment. Great selection of glasses at affdordable prices and the staff is super friendly. My glasses were to be ready in a week and it was half that time. When I was a week from my wedding last Fall, I got my new glasses in 4 days!

My glasses broke at the nose pad and I needed a cheap pair. I went to several other stores and was told there was nothing they could do to fix them. Not only did I get a nice new pair of glasses but they also found a solution to keep my broken pair usable for a while. I will shop nowhere else for glasses from here forward.

So very disappointed in the customer service. It is horrible all they want is money. Needed my daughters contact brand to be changed they told me it was cost $125 for a new exam because the dr which she just saw 5 months ago is gone. And since she just had an exam this year insurance wont pay for it!!!!Im so pissed. The brand they have her in now is way too expensive! They wont get anymore of my business. Go here if you want to be mistreated and ripped off

I had to go back 3 times to get my glasses right. It is not as cheep as they advertise. The anti scratch coating separated from my lens.
