Dr. Seaward is very knowledgable and helpful. I found his care to be excellent. However, Im not happy the office offered to give me a pair of contacts to try out to ensure they were comfortable after getting a new prescription. My prescription changes almost every two years, typically without any concerns. The office charged me $40.00 to take this pair of contacts home without fully explaining they werent complimentary, which I feel is unfair and misleading. I would have never paid $40.00 for one pair of contacts if I had understood what they were going to charge for them.

Amazing experience for a first time patient needing glassesHad spent much of the afternoon with my RX for glasses going to competitors. I was so dissatisfied it was starting to look like I would have nowhere to go. Earlier that morning I looked up a list of eyeglass stores and came across Eye Mart Optical Outlet. I had seen ads for on TV in the past but never had to grace the doors until now.I got a smile and greeted right away by the two employees. Ken and Maria who was on a phone call. Ken on Thursday March 8, 18 at about 4pm helped me as I explained this was my first eyeglass experience. I said how I was quit ill-informed about the whole process and just felt lost. He explained where the ladies glasses were along with a line of prescription sunglasses offered as well. We looked at some frames to get an idea of shape that would serve me best being nearsighted. I explained I also wanted protective coating and transition lenses as well. How I was at the very least looking at two sets of glasses. In the end I looked at the Flex frames and a set of prescription sun glasses. I was very pleased to have gotten such service and choices in frames carried unlike everywhere else I went.My order came back early on Tuesday March 13, 2018. I went in to pick up my glasses and once again was greeted by Ken. He got my order and we began the process of fitting the glasses and making adjustments to get the most comfortable fit. I also purchased eyeglass cleaner and cleaning cloths. I appreciated the great products for cleaning glasses. Once again unlike competitors with less than ideal products especially cleaning cloths that are less than helpful to actually clean anything.A huge thanks to Eye Mart Optical Outlet and all the staff who made this such a successful process and the beginning of a great customer/business relationship. I look forward to working with all of you further in the future. I want no one to feel the way I did before stepping into the store. That helpless feeling of where and what is a person to do. I would rather they go in confident and aware of a great company and staff that will be glad to help them in all ways.

The prices are great and tbhey carry designer frames for good prices. Yet the problem is most of these frames are discontinued so if they break you are unable to use your lenses in another pair of frames the majority of the time.The manager provides excellent customer service though and will attempt to help you in some way.

I went in to inquire about glasses. I have a really strong prescription. The lady that was working seemed very uninterested in helping me and basically ignored me. She had no problems helping the other person that was there to just get his glasses adjusted, though! I also told the lady I have vision insurance through United Healthcare. She asked me if this was through the state. I told her it was private insurance that I purchased. She seemed like she didnt believe me. Im not even eligible for state insurance, as I make too much. Yeah this kind of offended me. I wont be going back.

There is a great selection of frames available. The staff was helpful and nice. I would go back.

SERVICIO TERIBLE!!! TERIBLE SERVICE!!! The women in the front desk seemed very uninterested in helping due to insurance issues. She seemed frustrated and she kept repeating herself not wanting to go the extra mile. The man beside her showed more empathy and was sympathetic about our situation. In all we left their and went someplace else and had NO ISSUES. They quickly found my sisters insurance. We scheduled an appointment and got great service! We could have spent the $60 if Eye Mart would have gave great customer service.What a coincidence that they couldn’t find the insurance and a different place did within the same 30 minutes. They just didn’t want to help us maybe because we are Mexican family.
