Dont expect good quality services at the Derry Supercuts and satisfaction is not guaranteed! The.Supercuts in Manchester NH is superior in every way, so you might want to take your business to them. Please note that the hair coloring is only guaranteed for a week so if your hair color is uneven and under processed you need to let them know right away or you can forget it. When I contacted the Derry store about a terrible color job (not grown out roots) but color that was splotchy and uneven, the store manager was extremely rude to me and told me to call the Supercuts Corporate Headquarters and that I could look the number up myself! Also you can forget about talking to a live person at Corporate; there is no live person to talk to! Only a recorded message that instructs you to leave a a written message and you can get in line for a response to that! What kind of business is this! Terrible!

Stylist I had was excellent she did exactly as I asked and the pricing was acceptable.

I brought my son in here to get his hair cut by Brandy, right when I came in I was greeted immediately, not only is everyone there super friendly, but his hair came out amazing! My son loved it so much. It’s hard finding a hair salon or barber shop that will do his hair the way we like it, but I was very happy with our visit & have recommended it my friends as well & will be coming back.

Brandy has been doing an incredible job cutting our whole family’s hair for several years now, offers us great in salon Tea Tree hair wash treatments, and then sells us the same great Paul Mitchell Tea Tree hair products for at home. People like Brandy really make it more than just haircuts... they are SuperCuts!

In my experience, not all Supercuts locations are the same, but I have been a customer at this Supercuts in Derry, NH for many years and they are great. Kelly is both talented and SO detail oriented. Consistency and a friendly personality, she is the best.

I went to another salon TWICE and both times I had to go to Supercuts to get my hair fixed. My hair was so uneven the second time, some pieces were so short, almost pixie cut short while other pieces were able to be put in a ponytail. The OWNER of the other salon butchered it. I had to get it cut a lot shorter than I originally wanted but Lisa did an amazing job. She let me know when she had to cut more to make it even so I wasnt shocked with the short haircut. Brandy fixed the first hair cut, the layers were uneven and my bangs were butchered and she was able to blend it all together so nicely. I know where I am going to get my haircuts for now on!

I went in after work because I needed a cut and they were still open. I get a pretty simple fade with some length on the top so I can straighten it. What the butcher here left me with was the left side over an inch longer than the right half, with the right half too short to even fit a mini straightener around, and a hack job of blending and trimming when I said take a LITTLE off the top because Im still experimenting. Guess Im wearing a hat for the next month until it grows out enough for someone whose held a pair of scissors before to fix it. I will NEVER be back.

Buy chance the same lady has cut my hair the last two times. She was a simple honest married woman that gave me good tips on good places to swim in the summer. A little less personable than expected from beautician but great skills. I learned more about her than she did me but what she talked about seemed be close to the heart.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and today I can officially say Ill never be back. Went in to get my eyebrows waxed and left with an eyebrow and a half. How can anyone think that that is okay....... unbelievable

Definitely will not be returning to this, or any other Supercuts. Took my 6 year old daughter to get a trim here. The person who trimmed her hair asked her if she wanted braids, my daughter said yes of course, she then said to me your daughter wants braids is that ok? I said yes, at no point did she say there would be a $10 charge for taking 45 seconds to braid my daughters hair. I called back to dispute the charge, she said sorry but there is a $10 charge for braids, bye... sneaky tactic to make a buck

Don’t ever go here . Worst Haircut I’ve ever gotten . I showed her many photos of what I wanted and yet she still messed it up . Not like a little mistake. She Ruined my hair . It’s many inches shorter than what I wanted . Never going here again . Please don’t waste your time. If I would I would rate 0 stars . I want my money back .

Got a haircut and left. One sideburn was longer than the other. Went back to have it fixed and the girl made the other side shorter than the other one. When I complained, I didnt even get an Im sorry. I will definitely never return.

This was my first time going to supercuts and I could not be more pleased with my haircut and my expierence with the stylist. I feel like the first time going to a new stylist can be hit-or-miss because they dont know how you like your haircut and you dont know them so conversation maybe Lacs. Luckily for me this was not the case, my stylist was personable, polite and hit my cut out of the park on the first swing. I will definitely go back.

It was a busy Saturday, the day before Easter. I understand that, but the hair stylist that called my name had ZERO personality, and did not listen to what I wanted for a haircut. I felt rushed and very sad after my hair was cut. I wanted my hair cut ALOT shorter than she did, but she never asked me if I liked it. As a matter of fact, she NEVER spoke to me. I just wish I knew her name, she never introduced herself and Super Cuts wont be seeing me or my money anytime soon. Awful experience! I wont be recommending them to anyone.

I go here regularly since they had done such a good job cutting my hair for my wedding 14 years ago. Though the staff has turned over through the years, they are always pleasant and professional!

Convenient shop

Nope never again if I could give a zero stars I would. I know we are in a pandemic but when my 13 year old says she needs a hair cut and dead-end cut and she comes home with it badly touched charged 26 bucks nope. Then call to have the hair dresser aegue with me about it that my daughter didnt want a lot off... her hair doesnt look like it was touched.

Well, Im not one to bash businesses, but this needs to be said. I went here with the intention of getting a trim, stacked back, and I wanted an undercut. I told the hairdresser that I didnt want any length off. Well, 4 inches cut off later, I have the worst bowl cut Ive ever witnessed in my entire life. I am so upset that I was even charged for the hack job I just received. This hairdresser should be ashamed to be in the career field she is.

Horrible experience my normal barber was busy so thought i would give this a shot bad idea should have waited, no joke my hair is not layered and also long in random spots. I feel like a homless person cut my hair because that is now what i look like. If you want to look homless then by all means go there for a haircut. Very dissapointed cant BELIEVE i paid money for this
