Staffs are friendly and copay affordable. Dr. Lindell is the best doctor in Colorado--the best one among all the ones I have ever known. He is professional.

I have had several issues with CAHEP; including them not scheduling appointments correctly and having to wait 30+ minutes past my scheduled appointments to see a doctor. I would avoid this place at all costs. In addition to the staff based and fundamental issues, the office is also dirty and has stains all over the walls and ceiling tiles. I would not recommend coming here for anything health based.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HEALTH CENTER!!! The worst health care facility that I have even been seen at. Kim Laden (NP) is the most unsympathetic healthcare provider I have ever dealt with. I Was getting fmla paperwork filled out by provider and when I asked if she could or be ok with filling out for me she said I am not ok/willing but will do it. I was dumbfounded when she said this to me. Eventually she filled it out and in fact incorrectly so I had to restart my process to get my fmla submitted through another facility. Another problem is the MA is an Asian man that does not understand how to do his duty’s or what I was requesting 1/2 the time . I would give 0 stars if it was possible!

STAY AWAY FROM CFHC!!!!!!!!!!! They TOTALLY screwed me in 2018 and now 2019! I had to learn from my tax accountant this year by filing my taxes that I had a penalty because my new husbands income (who is not being insured by them) had to be taken into account to insure myself. While I have no idea how the insurance game works I naturally am just hoping that by calling them, giving them all the information they ask for that they would set me up with insurance that works for me. HA! These people knew I had just gotten married, I told multiple representatives this and I had submitted documentation outlining that I had gotten married and all this various personal information about my husbands job saying why I cannot afford to be on his insurance and yet NONE of the many trained representatives bothered to ask his income? Its their job as trained representatives to ask these critical questions especially when it can impact somebody on a financial note. Isnt that why you call to set up insurance because you want to talk to a trained professional to ensure that you are getting the best possible coverage with all the information you can provide? Me being a massage therapist, I know nothing about how this insurance program works especially when it changes every four years when a new president takes office! After being penalized in 2018 Im trying to correct the issue Connect For Health Colorado created again for 2019 and after talking to their supervisor Jose, let me tell you that was completely useless. The best solution Jose could come up with is to pay over $1300 for Connect For Health Colorados mistake. While I appreciate Joses professionalism these people have NO accountability. When I explain to Jose that his representatives need to disclose every piece of detail and ask every question that is imperative to somebodys coverage his response was totally oblivious. He did not seem to care that I just got fined for the last year he does not care that I am now going to get fined for 2019 and in his mind his representatives did their job and it is my problem that I do not know what information they needed from me even (When all they had to do was ask). Was there a self insurance seminar that I missed out on somewhere? In a job where a ton of transactions are done over the phone with no documentation to check over from the consumers part, they really take advantage of the low to middle class with no knowledge on the consumers part until its too late! Do yourself a favor and figure out what medical insurance provider you want and just go directly to the source and cut out connect for health Colorado from the equation! Connect for health Colorado is completely useless!!

These people never call you back when you leave a message.my wife is pregnant and they wont get her on her meds which she has been prescribed for years prior when its the most important time when she needs to get her back on her meds. I will be changing my primary care provider very very soon

They need to stop this system because its not working at least in Colorado its not it hasnt worked for me (connect for health website). I took me all day to register and I finally did they sent me nothing in the mail. It took me another whole day to find out what was going on and when I did CFH and the IC where giving me conflicting information. Its almost as if the insurance companies dont want to be a part of this but are being forced to. now I have to sacrifice another whole day looking for my own insurance program. I could have spent this time working and paying taxes some of which could be used to pay for other peoples healthcare.

This place is a joke. first, CAHEP supposed to refer me to another doctor, but it has ben 10 days,and i didnt hear nothing, so i called CAHEP, but they said the doctor will call me in the next couple of days, so i waited, but no, i still didnt hear anything, so i called again, but CAHEP said they forgot to send out the referral. second, when they say they will call you soon to let you know something, they wont, i have to chase them around. plus, the receptionist dont know much about anything you ask them. overall CAHEP is unprofessional and disorganized. it is frustrating and waste of time.
