I love my NP here and saw two different docs when she was unavailable. Really impressed with the care provided at a family health clinic. They have addressed all my concerns and issues.

Very Judgemental staff and violated my HIPPA rights

I like this place they are pretty quick but the security is Ruuuuuuude. Dosnt say hello back and rolls eyes when you talk to him and completely ignores people its the older man with the glasses. If your the first face some one sees entering a building please be respectful and have customer service skills.

If I could assign zero stars...: Dr Roberto Silva (He shouldnt be a doctor, but he is) without notification, reason, nor discussion discontinued my medication regimen. Every month I go in for an appointment, he says hell prescribe my anti anxiety meds, but does not. He knows if I do not receive these medications that I will be crippled with anxiety. He must be ignoring me and lying to me; I never receive a prescription and when I call he never returns the call. This has been going on for a year. After my husband tried to intervene they removed my ability to access Epics MyChart. They did this because Dr. Silva had been charting my records such that no other specialist would see me; charting problems I do not have and not charging the problems I do have. What a nightmare! So now I cannot see another doctor, do not have access to my own charting information and am not prescribed my medication that prevents severe anxiety attacks. Malpractice and fraud are a few words that describe Park Hill Clinic. Save yourself from major problems and steer clear of this place.

Its funny how Everytime someone makes a negative comment about this unprofessional place, the bot says to call the patient advocate number. Ive done that before and its just as bad, nothing gets done. This place wont be closed nor will the staff there be satisfied until someone loses thier life due to the staffs negligence.

I went to this Denver Health location and had the worst experience ever. The doctor did not listen to me at all and told me I was probably having a miscarriage - even though I kept telling her it was impossible at the time. Throwing around statements such as hers is scary and unacceptable when lacking ANY evidence. I’m just glad I am in the medical field and knew her statement was false. She was completely unsanitary as well using the computer with the gloves she was about to do a pelvic exam on me with. So disgusting. She was clearly in a rush and trying to make sure she stayed under her allotted time for each patient. I do not recommend going here ever.

Worst medical services Ive ever had? Waited 2 weeks to even get into a new patient appointment. Appointment was at 10:20am. Got there five minutes after. Waited in line for 10 minutes. Then was told I couldnt be seen because I was 15 minutes late. The next appointment for ANY DOCTOR was a over a month away. GOOD THING I PROBABLY WONT DIE. If i could put no starts a would. Ridiculous health services.

Everything has gone well for me so far. Going to get a vasectomy. Just got seen for scheduling and talked to about the procedure. Will update a couple weeks after the procedure to let yall know how things went! Update: had the surgery done today 6/13/19 . Everything went smoothly. No complications. Took about 40 minutes.. will update in 3 months to say how healing went. But this place is great.

Came here for Vasectomy, had a great experience! I had Dr. Roberto Silva and it was way better than I expected. He communicated the entire time with me to tell me what was happening and made me more comfortable. I didnt feel no pain. The vasectomy went way smoother than ever dreamed. Wished I did it years earlier and saved the stress. If you are looking at getting a vasectomy, look no further than here! Nothing but good experiences here. Thrilled with the ease of access to care and the kindness of my primary care doctor, her PA and staff. Every visit has been quick and the doc has been sure to follow up with me after each visit.

I love my doctor. Dr. Fedde is down to earth.. But keeps it real with you. Her nurses are great. Really everyone is doing a great job there

I loved the experience at Park Hill Clinic. The staff, nurses always courteous and respectful. My primary Dr is Eric Peterson who if u have him is awesome.

Always have to wait more than 30 every time even I always have an appointment. I dont know that they know what is the appointment really mean? So up set. I wish we can give them a negative star instead 1 start!!

I was having an okay time while having my visits. After what happened today just got me real angry. After I had my visit with my provider I was sent to the front desk to schedule a follow up appt but NEVER got scheduled!! I always add reminders in my own calendar so thats how I know it should have gotten scheduled. Another instance that happened, is that I am to this day trying to get enrolled in a discounted rate for insurance and their enrollment center is not helpful either, since they dont schedule appointments, its first come first serve.. So during my lunch time I rushed over to the clinic to get my application done & turns out the lady was GONE FOR THE DAY. I was told by the front desk that since she didnt have patient scheduled she left. Like WTF? I thought there were no appointments. I went in today to try to get help with insurance AGAIN, leaving work early. And first thing she does is look at the clock. Her name is Veronica, she had no customer service skills, she was not nice & rude. Im obviously here because I need your help, but that doesnt mean I am willing to listen to your bs. She have me a list of the other offices I can go, but then told me since clinics are slow sometimes staff leaves... She contradicted herself too many times. That was totally not worth my time!! :(

My primary care Dr is the best. I always get good treatment and they are always on time. All the staff I usually see are helpful and caring

It has its good doctors and bad. The same as any! You just got to find the one that cares! Cuz all doctors aint in this for the health. Some our just here for a paycheck.

If i could give them a ZERO I WOULD! Front desk staff is soooooo unprofessional and their supervisor was even worse! Had a missed call from my nurse about my blood result first pregnancy and a five minute lapse called her right back and she’s unavailable. Ok get that maybe she’s with another patient however I’ve been trying to reach out to her since 11am it’s now going on 315pm office closes at 5 and still not a call back. Front desk doesn’t know where she is maybe at lunch if so they don’t know when she’ll be back multiple messages you don’t leave a voicemail stating you got some results and expect me to stay calm till you find a day to return my call. Keep in mind she’s the nurse not even the doctor and yet the doctor can’t just give me the results nobody can lol worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Even speaking to the supervisor who just made up so many excuses as to why i couldn’t get the help i was looking for has my blood boiling she’s lucky i was so uninterested in her words i failed to catch her name she was laughing on the phone while i expressed my frustrations. You have to bare with me this is my first time going through this and to have front desk and supervisors not take me serious? No thank you. I will continue to search a better method of putting in a complaint the way the staff treat their patients is unethical shame on this clinic for having such poor service.

They are very unprofessional and very inconsiderate about their patients and what’s best for them poor representative front desk workers who give out wrong information and don’t allow you to speak to your ob doctor wouldn’t recommend going to this unprofessional clinic at all

If I could give them a ) I would. Worst experience EVER !!!! I will never recommend them to anyone for anything. They really are clueless and all they do is pass the buck.
