Went out of town today. Forgot my sons inhaler. Biggest mistake. He hardly ever has any symptoms or needs his rescue inhaler and of course- the change of environment caused asthma symptoms and he couldn’t sleep because he couldn’t breath. I was scared because my son was having a medical emergency and called his dr and yes it’s 1am. I knew he needed his medicine and I’m sorry it’s the middle of the night and I’m sorry I made a mistake. It was a last minute trip & since he never uses it, it’s not in a high use area of our home. The doctor told me “just so you know, this is not what this is for (the on call). A prescription refill? Next time call the nurses at 10am” and she hung up :-(I gave her the nearest pharmacy info prior to her rant. I was freaking out when she hung up so abruptly, so I called the pharmacy to see if she even called it in & thankfully she called in the prescription even though it angered her to do so. my heart is broken that helping a child in time of an emergency made her so angry...I understand the time of night, but please understand you’re the doctor. Have a little more grace + understanding. I’m not sure they get a say as to when they go on call, but I hope she doesn’t treat every child that way and I truly hope every parent feels like they can call their child’s doctor for the health and safety of their child. Not everything happens during business hours. Some incidents and emergencies happen over night. Just so you know- that’s what on call is for.-Alexandra

Our family has had a tremendously positive experience receiving care from the team at Cherry Creek Pediatrics over the past few years. Being seen has never been an issue and any time that I have expressed concern as a parent, it could not have been met with more consideration and effort. The nursing triage team and the providers are so respectful and appreciative of the parental role, that I think can sometimes be overlooked in the pediatric world. I have been particularly impressed with the communication surrounding well child checks and the diligence with which growth and development goals are addressed. It can be so easy to worry as a new parent and the providers at Cherry Creek peds are very good at directing my focus to the things that are important to pay attention to and encouraging me to let go of things that are less medically significant. I trust this place so much and my husband and I are thrilled to be on the same team with these providers that are helping us to raise happy and healthy kiddos!

This place is nothing short of incredible. Our primary Pediatrician for our newborn is Dr. Jody who is beyond knowledgeable, amazingly thorough, and so so kind...but best of all treats our son like he is a member of her family. In addition to her stellar care, every staff member we have encountered has been so amazing all the way from the reception desk to nurses.Outside of office visits the nurse triage line has been a godsend. You call the office during business hours, leave a message for a nurse and you get a call back within one hour. For any parent you know how important this is as questions and issues come up on the daily with a newborn, especially for new parents and waiting around for an answer simply wont do.They have an easy to use patient portal where you can communicate with your doctor and/or nurses and also send in photos of any issues you are having so you dont have to come into the office (this in addition to telehealth visits). The after hours on-call line is also great, and you arent waiting around hours and hours to get a call back.I honestly cant say enough good things about CCP. They are so responsive and as a new parent, who has lots of questions, its been invaluable.

I have been taking my 2 year old to Cherry Creek Pediatrics (CCP) her entire life. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Whether it is a routine check up, an emergency, or just me being a worried mother, CCP has always accommodated us. We live in Centennial now, but don’t give the drive a second thought- we will be patients for life. CPNP Peterson is hands down the most personal, knowledgeable and helpful medical professional I have ever worked with. We are so grateful and recommend this practice to everyone.

I have been taking my son to Cherry Creek Pediatrics since his birth in Summer 2019. He was a tiny baby who struggled with weight loss and jaundice in the beginning months. The care we received for him by both Dr. Dehudy and Susan (LC) during those tough few months was above and beyond. I’ll never forget Dr. Dehudy calling me on a weekend because the latest test results had just come in and she wanted to make sure I didn’t have any questions. I also really appreciate how Dr. Dehudy calls me to discuss things when I send in a message. Susan, the lactation consultant, was so personally invested in helping me succeed in my breastfeeding journey that she had me call her on her day off while she was waiting to board a flight to Italy! The triage nurses here have been such an incredible resource and support as I navigate my child’s health. I am so grateful for the staff at Cherry Creek Pediatrics and the level of care they have provided for my son!

Beware taking your children here, they do not listen, have no idea what the others are doing, and none of them are on the same page. You are better off going to prompt care. I will be changing pediatric doctors after this second bout of ignorance. My childs health is more important than they act like, its already difficult to deal with a sick child without the additional complications of lack of communication and professionalism. Not worth it!

TL; DR this place is a budget sideshow ring and a half circus and your children are in danger in coming here. Keep moving. Our child was born in mid July 2020, and everything seemed fine at the start, boy was in 50th percentile in weight. At his 2 month appointment, he was 26th percentile. In October, his 3 month appointment, he was developing what seemed like ear infection or reflux symptoms, so we took him in. We couldnt see Dr Pierce, so we saw Dr Dehudy instead. She rushed in the room, flitted about, mumbled something about it being busy that day, checked my boys ears, said it wasnt that, probably just too much let down during breastfeeding and pushed my wife out the door. Took a while to schedule another appointment, right before Thanksgiving, finally saw Dr Pierce, who wasnt concerned about my boys weight loss (he was at 11th percentile now) and my wife suggested it seemed like reflux, after changing her diet. Pierce shrugged, and prescribed a tiny dose of medication for antacids, and said I guess you can try this if you think your diet restrictions arent working. Boy went in for his 5 month appointment, and now hes at 9th percentile, still, not much of a concern to Pierce, and she ups the dose just a little. Finally, we had enough. Saw a GI, after I asked them twice for a referral, because I was sick of waiting, took the boy in, they were alarmed at his weight loss and said the dose we were giving him was woefully inadequate. Got a new peds. Hes now doing much better, gained 5oz in a week like HE SHOULD BE, and were moving forward. If dropping from 50th to 9th percentile over the course of 5 months isnt cause for concern, then I dont need that negativity in my life. Dont bother coming here. Dehudy is spaced and Pierce is aloof and uncaring.

My experiences with provider Tara Peterson and lactation consultant Susan Cohen have been nothing short of exceptional. They have made the process of acquainting my newborn to the practice comfortable and unique; it is apparent that they customize each of their approaches to each patient and do so with the utmost professionalism. I could not recommend this practice enough!

We just had an amazing experience that I had to share. Our MD stayed well after clinic hours just so she could personally share with us the results of our MRI scan (which was done very short notice). The peace of mind my wife and I were able to get before even going to bed tonight is non-quantifiable. The MDs and staff truly have a passion for caring for little ones and families alike. We are greatful and would recommend you to everyone! Thank you.

The doctors are good at what they do. I have been taking my kids there for about 8 years! But the front staff is so rude. Every single time I make an appointment or request records for schools or camps, I literally reconsider taking my kids here. They are just so snobby! Very unpleasant to deal with. I feel tied to the facility because my oldest has asthma and my kids know the doctors...but I can’t stand the front end!

Dr. Matt Dorighi is an amazing doctor and truly cares about his patients and families. He helped us diagnose our daughters genetic disease shortly after birth and went to great lengths to get us into good hands quickly. Well never forget the care he showed us during those extremely difficult times and in the time since then with both of our children.

I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to see a doctor at this practice, as my son was a new patient. Upon the day of his appointment we were running late due to traffic and a car accident. We drove 45 minutes across town. I checked in with the receptionist and was told to fill out several forms of new patient paperwork. After spending 15 minutes filling out the forms the receptionist tells me she didnt realize that we were passed our appointment time and that she is going to have to re-schedule my sons appointment. I explained to her that my husband took the afternoon off from work and I had to wake up my child from his nap for the appointment. She then tells me that she will discuss with the doctor. She comes back a minute later and tells me again she will have to re-schedule the appointment. She asks me if I have a preference seeing the same doctor, which I tell her no because when I made the original appointment they made it for whatever doctor was first available. She then tells me she can get me in the next week and I ask if its with the same doctor. She precedes to tell me its with a nurse practitioner. I tell her I want to see a doctor for our first visit and she says we wont be able to see one for 3 weeks. I do not recommend this practice. My father in law is a doctor and he never turns patients away. Now my child wont be able to get his vaccinations on time.

Well health checkup may be the same like other places. My experience with their oncall (even at midnight) and Triage nurse is amazing. They are always available and call you back if there is any requirement. I have used this service couple of times when you are not sure whether you need to go to urgent care or not.Oncall doctor is always available. Thanks for such a great service.

The staff and Drs are all very friendly. I also like that they are so knowledgable. But I do agree with some of the other comments. They make you wait, and wait, and wait. We originally had one doctor and switched to another because he was booked so far in advance. Even with the switch we end up waiting for what seems like forever... If it werent for the scheduling/waiting, they would get a 5 stars.

This practise is not good. My child was seen by dr Jasper and nurse practitioner and Miss Amy. All of them did not do a good job. Amy did not know how to answer any of our questions (regarding Denver climate and its impact on health issues) and Dr Jasper kept refering to my son’s bronchitis as asthma numerous times. Does not listen at all to the parents and makes assumptions based on what is the easiest for him to cure with medication. My son was thus, misdiagnosed. Given unnecessary steroids even after specialists said the child does not have asthma. Thankfully we changed doctors and offices and we are healthy and happy now. I am writing this so that the doctors stop and think twice next time that they start with steroids immediately instead of going other routes and exploring all options! They are dealling with kids that have the rest of their lives in front of them. They should be more careful with diagnosing someone as asthmatic at such a young age.

We have taken our daughter to Cherry Creek Peds since she was born almost 8 years ago. We moved 45 minutes south when she turned 1, but still continue to go to Cherry Creek Peds because we LOVE every provider we have ever seen or talked to on the phone. Im a nurse and really try not to call the afterhours provider on-call, but when I have spoken to the on-call provider, they have always been so kind & helpful. Special shout out to Dr. Matt for his help today!

As a previous employee I am distraught to have to write this review as I feel that everyone should understand this company. When I was originally going to write this review I felt the only issue with this company was the rude inappropriate manners and actions of their front desk but I have recently learned that even some MDs of this practice are unprofessional. The supervisor bullies her employees so that they roll over and bow to her because she has to be in control of everything all the time that is a reason she helped in the termination of my employment I feel because I was unable to be controlled by her as I did my job and more and was never appreciated but rather blamed for her followers inappropriate acts in the office wile they were on leave. Which I am totally fine with being terminated as this is a very poor mannered and unprofessional place to work for and even the office manager turns a blind eye to the actions of the office or just doesnt care to see them. Recently I was terminated and following that same week another employee quit with no notice as they where also tired of the things that are allowed int his practice and another employee that was leaving and the proper way with a two weeks notice shortly was notified by a MD at this practice they were making a mistake and found out they were attempting to sabotage them in their future career by harassing a MD at their new place of employment so they walked out shortly after that. I feel that some of the owners are either in denial oblivious to what is truly going on in the practice that their name is attached to with these unprofessional manners and actions. I am the only person that is willing to speak up sadly so that people out there understand and see what is truly going on. I hope that someone takes this review serious and corrects the issues at this pediatrics office and replaces the followers to the issues.

Dont Bother. Even if you get a wellness exam, you will be eternally frustrated with their sick exam policies. They wont let you schedule until the DAY of the appointment. So you get up at 7:30 so you can call right at 8:00 am. Then you are on hold for several minutes (because EVERYONE called at 8:00 am) Then you get told the first available appoint isnt until 1 pm and you cant do it anyways because you have to work at that time. This office policies only work for the stay-at-home moms of Cherry Creek who apparently this office would rather cater to.They say its because they had no shows but they also charge a $25 fee for no showing. They could come up with a better policy than the above which selectively discriminates against the working population.
