The staff was super friendly and listened to everything I had to say . They also where fast to get my kid’s in for Covid test, called with tips to help us stay safe during this pandemic! 😊

This clinic does not have a friendly staff and Dr. Peralta and the nurse seem not have much experience with young or difficult toddlers. The Doctor or nurse were not friendly and seemed annoyed with my son. Although they recommended solutions for my son I will not go go back and continue making appointment for my son at Sandos west side clinic.

Great staff always great at responding to issues. Appointments are not hard to come by at this location. The 24/7 nurse line is amazing ALWAYS.

Don’t make appointments with doctor O’Connell she’ll just have you waste your time I waited over an hour for my appointment I had already waited 25 minutes to get signed in and I had a feeling nobody was gonna want to see me but ofc they said she could still see me and I still waited an hour. Told someone I was leaving because I am wasting my time waiting for someone who isn’t going to come help me just get an order for a blood test literally that’s all I wanted but it seems nobody cared enough to tell her or get another doctor to do an order for a blood test.

Don’t go here. Worst clinic I’ve been to. Hard to schedule appointments. I got declined several times to remove my birth control by my primary care doctor. Rude staff and bad care.

I went here for a dentist appointment. The doctors were nice. But I hate how you have to keep booking new appointments over and over, because you cant have a dental check up all in 1 day. If you are a person who wants to finish everything all in one day, I dont recommend this clinic to you.

The people here are always present and quick, I dont like driving out here to get my meds but, like I said the people are awesome.

I went for a vasectomy, and I would say my experience was amazing, Raquel Vasquez made sure I had all the information before the procedure, answered all my questions and the way they handled it was amazing. Dr. Daniel Holligan performed the surgery and it was easy and fast, no complications during recovery.

We are new to the Denver area and this has been the second pediatrician my kids have seen... From the check in clerks to the nurses and lab technicians 👌👌👌... Ms. Jessica Jack you are the best... My babies felt really welcome and usually with every parent, when their child is comfortable with the doctor that is a GO... Im super happy and grateful for all of you at the Montbello Family Clinic!!! Special Shout Outs to you all... Best Experience and very Welcoming...

So far everything has been pretty good with all my prenatal appointments. I’ve only had 2 so far but there nice doctors. Everyone has been friendly. Very nice clean looking building from what I’ve seen. I recently moved from a different state and was worried about dealing with information and all and everything was pretty smooth.

Since my review was deleted, I will write again. If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. By far the WORST staff for prenatal care. They do not care about you. I was asked if I was a “racist” because I requested a new doctor since I wasn’t being treated the nicest by my doctor. I’ve waited 1 hour plus to be seen by the new doctor only to be rushed & not feeling like she cares either. Was on her phone most of the time. Dr. Dittman was her name. I had gotten blood work done also, was poked 3 times & was not apologized to once, about her mess ups. Didn’t even show any kind of sympathy asking if I was okay. By far the worst prenatal care i will never return to Denver health.

My wife has had the BEST EXPERIENCE with the dental clinic at THIS location.... The ONLY PROBLEM that we have had is that since they ARE SO AWESOME in their patient care, it has been VERY DIFFICULT for us to schedule an appointment with the dentist. Other than that, we have NO COMPLAINTS WHATSOEVER!!!

I am very disappointed and this is the worst medical services i have ever experienced. My wife is in pain and i called to make an appointment, they said to call in the morning and schedule on the day appointment. When i called to schedule appointment, the again said call tomorrow. What type of service is this? You guys don’t care about your patient or any human in pain calling you guys? You don’t understand somebody is in pain. You guys only needed an hour for that. The worst clinic!

Closing mid day is really frustrating. As well as hours being set up in a way so that if you work a 9-5, you need to take a day off to get your medication.When they are open, the service is good.

There is no body to answer your phone call regarding to get dental appointment, the appointment center dail you to the clinic, but I was waiting on line for 1hours and 45 minutes now body answer. Same thing today I was in the line for 1 hour to get dental appointment, nobody answer just the computer tells you we apologize for your wait stay on line the next staff members will be with you shortly. I think you wait all day no body gona answer you.

NOT THE BEST PRENATAL CARE CHANGING HEALTH CLINICS My last appointment For prenatal care was June 28th it is now September and I havent received a phone call email etc from my doctor or midwives .. on when my next appointment will be.My question is who dropped the ball on setting the next appointment? Prior to this my appointments are always set before I leave out of the clinic When I try to call the clinic its directs me to a operator located some where else. So theres no way of contacting the clinic unless I go in so maybe If i leave a review then someone from the clinic will get the message.

The medical side is great. Ive been coming here since my babies where little. Your process for the dental side however is horrible. As a single parent you are not allowed to go with both your children into the dental side. So they really make you wait outside with your other child and take 4 and 6 year old children back to the back where you can not see them alone. Not only is that horribly uncomfortable but unfair to single parents with limited help. If your kids are well behaved and not high risk they should at least give you a chance. I wont bring my kids back for dental care ever again.

Horrible experience will be finding a new pediatrician. My son recieved 2 vaccines when I thought he was only to be getting one. I wasnt even told what they were before they were given. I find out after he was given the flu vaccine... I didnt know were mandatory now and I wouldnt have wanted it anyway. I didnt know you need the insurance money so badly that you just do extra things without asking or discussing first.

I had the best service of all time here. Im am in tears of joy because of the service I received here I had a dentist name leing she was omg amazing and I thank her and her assistant for being everything customer service stands for

I am so lucky to have Claire as my primary doctor she really cares for me and always makes sure im healthy, she always have a very good and positive attitude, staff in general are very respectful. I recomend this clinic to everyone, the special treatment that the staff provides is hard to find.

Do not schedule with Dr. Augustine in the primary care dept. She was very rude, didnt ask me any questions about what was going on but directed all the questions to a 10 year old! Hello! Im the mother here! Im the one who has been dealing with my son being ill so I Think I would know better than a 10 year old how many milligrams of medicine, exact date of his last hospitalization. I will remember her name, the next time I have to schedule an appt and at that time I will make sure to be seen by someone other than Ms. Rudeness!!! You will be wasting time seeing her, she wont do anything let alone suggest anything to do at home..

Dr Augustine, is the best she returns your questions in mychart in a timely fashion and is really concerned when you are in pain, she sends you to the specialist to get down to the root problem.I felt that I was 38th a Doctor who cared.

Doctors & nurses are very polite, however the check-in clerks are very rude, ignored us, and took forever to notice we were in line.

The wic office has a staff member that makes you feel like such a failing mom only talks about the bad things you’re doing and not the good, and is not understanding what’s so ever like how she says “she is”

I was on hold for 30 minutes. Before the phone hung up and I had to call and be on hold for another 30 minutes in and never got to plan my appointment .

If you are looking for a clinic please be among the worst as well as the staff and doctors! It has different prices one day I will charge you $ 50 per consultation and the next day it is Arriva of $ 150 !!! And you ask for an explanation. Why is the charge and they only say that it is the doctors charge, I stand up that it is an exaggerated charge just for a serious medical consultation $$ 150.00 please When my charges are $ 50 I am so upset that when I spoke to review my case the commissioned employees did not solve anything and only said that it was the charge and I had to pay for not having one. Social security number I am furious! And apart from the terrible doctor, just to give a diary 😡😡

They looked after me very well, they always looked after me very kind, although I was late with ovations and they never stopped serving us. Thank you very much and to the doctors I am very pleased with your attention.

It was the first time I took my girl to this clinic, it was really nice, the doctor nice staff too. Only if I had to wait a long time in the waiting room and in the office I dont know how long it was but it was a lot. And when I registered my daughters name, they wrote a letter wrong, now they told me that I have to go back with the birth certificate to correct the error. Everything else very well.
