Three stars because everyone was quite friendly. However, what is the point of having people make appointments for COVID vaccines if you’re not going to pay attention to appointment times and let people just skip us when we’ve already been waiting an hour for our vaccine? Management—please give your staff the resources, training, and people they need to do their jobs.

Im sitting in a doctors office, in intense pain, at 4:00 waiting to be seen for a 3:10 appointment which I had to be here at 2:50 for. No one has even come to say sorry for the wait. I feel like Im a number, and that since medicaid is paying, Im low priority. My first and possibly last visit here.

If you want to actually have a set Dr. this is not the place for you. After having shoulder surgery, developing a sever blood clot, and a flare up of diverticulitis, the 1st appointment offered was for 6 weeks from now. This clinic has been a total waste of time. This is not the 1st time they needed more than 4 weeks for an appointment for a time sensitive matter. Dont waste your time with this clinic

Primary doctor is never available. When you want to leave a message for them via MyChart they have a nurse respond instead of the doctor.

Ive been in a handful of times. Everyone acted very professional and I was seen right away. They use the Denver Health digital systems, so you can track things and make appointments using their website and app. Dr. Fafa was especially nice. My only complaint is that I was told they only book appointments for 20 minutes, so I had to come back multiple times to get all my (rather minor) stuff taken care of.

I have never experienced a staff as unhelpful as this one. My wife was told it would take over a week to get prescription filled for a medication she’s been on for years. This happens every time. And it’s impossible to get a hold of someone and when you finally do, they can never help! Seriously? Don’t come here folks. Find a different family doctor.

I always come here but today is just bs. Dont tell people to come 30 minutes before to have them wait for a hour and 30 minutes just for a doctors note that I told them multiple time. I only need a note because I was throwing up. If it is going to take 1 hour and 30 minutes to write a note then theres a problem. Almost two hours Ive been here Im sitting in la casa now.

Overall my experience with la Casa Clinic has been decent.Just recently I had a possible cancer scare, Monique Martinez the lady who works for my doctor left me a message two days ago with the answers to my results.I unfortunately missed her call, in her message she told me to call her back asap. Very worried I called back the next morning as soon as they opened I left a voicemail in the morning and one around 2 she didnt call back.So I called back at 2 in the afternoon she had to be paged. About an hour later she called back and was rude and unprofessional and obviously only cares about her pay check.Ive had anxiety wondering about my results and told her thank god it wasnt urgent since it took her so long to call me back and she told me she didnt care. What a unpleasant and hateful person.Wow changing clinics.

I love all nurses here, im never waiting too long. BUT the reason why i am giving 3 stars is because of the social worker here i do not remember her name but NEVER have i met someone so rude. She was no help i didnt even sit in her little office for 1 minute when she was telling me i dont qualify. I had to go to the Womens Health Clinic to get help there and i got qualified for a discount. Shes the girl sitting in the first office for enrollment!!

The social worker Lauren is extremely rude and not helpful, only cares of her pay check. If social worker only care of her self, careless of her patients, is not helpful, either doesn’t want to help her patients? There is no reason she has to be there. Unbelievably rude and mean. She’s not serious with her job. I felt very uncomfortable and It was unpleasant experience.

Jodi and rosa, two of glasses receptions are very rude and mean, please train those two brand new receptionists on your la casa clinic, why dont you hire some kind receptionists for your business? Why are you hire rude and mean customer services?Daren jimmermen at drop off and the dark hair Spanish girl at pick up also very rude.Overalls staffs are rude horrible bedside mannerThe receptionists, pharmacy and nurses was unpleasant.The front desk associates, nurses and pharmacy need training that they lacks basic human skills, very rude, inconsiderate and not willing to help.

Had multiple stressful situations here and had to change providers to avoid ever coming back to this place. The communication with the staff and the public is terrible. I waited weeks to hear back from my provider, left multiple messages that went unanswered, and they charge absolutely ridiculous facility fees just for showing up to a 15 minute appointment. Please avoid this place, Ive never had a worse experience with a medical facility before.

The social worker with glasses at the Denver health la casa was very rude, ignorant and not helpful, she just wasting my time, horrible experience. She is very selfish controlling only questions with rude staring attitudes, doesnt answer.Not even deserving of one star one of the worst hospital.
