Dr Tsamasfyros was immediately available when I had an emergency... I called, he called back, prescribed medication and I picked it up 4 hours later.I think he saved my life.The staff was helpful, communications easy... I cant recommend CO Family Medicine enough.So wonderful (and rare) to find a doctor whos about helping people first.I am beyond grateful.

Currently they are over a month out for appointments. This is for an existing patient, so good luck if you are a new patient.Usually they are running late - between 15 and 45 mins late usually.Once you actually see the doctor - pretty quick turnaround...but beware if the office staff needs to follow up about anything you will be calling them and making sure it actually gets done. Multiple times they have had to re submit paperwork or a script was not called in or sent to the pharmacy. You will spend a lot of time on the phone with the office staff so be nice when you meet them in person.Also they are not very friendly over the phone. They act like it is a privilege for you to speak with them. Also not helpful at all.

Outdated reception area, the office manager was yelling at the staff during my first visit, waited 30 minutes in the for my visit without an update, the doctor was antiquated in his demeanor and impersonal (Tsamasfyros), and I never received my annual physical information when requesting via phone three separate times. My follow up visit was scheduled a month in advance and when I arrived, I was informed Dr. Tsamasfyros was in Greece for two months. Check out their website...they offer teeth whitening as a doctors office but dont list other important services. This office has a checked out doctor, an unled staff, and disorganization at every turn. In an overpopulated metro area and fewer family practices to choose from, this may be the office for you if you dont mind C level customer service.

My wife and I had Covid for the second time and my doctors in Woodland Park we’re very hesitant to prescribe the medicines my wife and I needed. The medical practice, Colorado Family Medicine, is the most awesome I’ve ever dealt with. Dr. Tsamasfyros answered his phone on a Saturday and worked with me over the weekend and by the beginning of the next week I had medicines in hand that ended the second Covid issue. I can’t thank he and his medical staff enough for their professionalism and incredible customer service. You are the best and my wife and I will forever be grateful to all of you!! Everywhere I go when the issue of Covid comes up you guys are on my lips. God Bless you all.

Attempted to work as a receptionist... needless to say, I did not return... and guess what... they owe me a weeks worth of work and have not paid me....very unprofessional!!!!

I Have been seeing Dr Tsamasfyros for over 20 years and his new staff is so refreshing compare to the last few years. He is an amazing doctor and very compassionate. I have seen him work with folks who don’t have insurance on a payment. The new front desk ladies are professional not only with their appearance but their overall demeanor. The previous staff tianna I believe was her name was so rude and unprofessional, so glad to see the improved change in the atmosphere.

I’ve been searching for a new PCP and was referred to Dr. Rosemary by a co-worker and I could not be happier. She is very welcoming and thorough and I feel like I have found a doctor I am comfortable with and who can help with my needs. I am happy to have found her!

Love the providers, they take the time to listen to my concerns and hear what I want versus what they think I should want.The front desk staff seems disorganized and flustered, they were not super helpful when I was being patient waiting to check out and get a prescription while they tried to check four different patients in... Theres also an option to schedule online, but it doesnt go through, so they need to delete that from their website as an option because that can be misleading and theyll continue to get calls about it.I hope they transfer to electronic medical records soon because that system seems to work better for other doctors offices Ive been to in regards to work flow, tracking, and overall organization.

I dont know what I would do without Dr. Rosemary Andrianakos. Not only does she put my physical body back together every two weeks with OMT. (a mix between a chiropractic visit and then acupuncture). In contrast to most doctors Ive seen in my life, including my brother. A well respected and extremely capable critical care specialist Dr. In Chicago. She actually listens to what I have to say and we go from there. She is kind and always takes the extra minute to make sure Im doing well.So if youre looking for someone to actually put you back together mentally and or physically instead of just putting a band and on you. Give her a visit. Her and her sister are both very capable and kind. I hope this helps anyone looking for good medical treatment.

All of the doctors are fantastic, super nice, caring and helpful. I see Dr. Andrianakos most of the time and she is so sweet. There is usually a long wait (beware), but I have found that it is worth the wait. Reception and some of the other staff can also be rude, which is the only reason I am giving 4 starts. I get that youre slammed but wouldnt hurt to be a tad bit nicer.

I’m a new patient at Colorado Family Medicine at my first impression was concerning. The front office space was dusty and looked like they just moved in. Signs were taped up to the wall in the exam room. There also were no paper towels in the exam room. Little things that weren’t a good first impression. That being said, Dr Anna was really really good. She knows her stuff, addressed all my concerns, even drew diagrams to help me understand. I will definitely be giving them a second chance!

Rosemary is very understanding and kind. Shes very thorough and well educated. She always tries her hardest to make you feel better and like you really matter as her patient. Thank you. ❤

Dr. Rosemary is an excellent doctor. She’s sweet, caring and knows her patients needs perfectly! I absolutely love this office.

The receptionists were very pleasant and I found Dr. Anna to be knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. The office is in a busy area with several medical buildings. You might want to take an Uber to avoid parking.

Compassionate, thorough, dedicated to helping through difficult health issues and follow through. They never leave you hanging and are very accessible.

Very happy with Dr. Anna: she is great at what she does, very helpful and caring. Her office staff is understanding and great!

I love dr anna. She has been my doctor since last year and now is also my daughters doctor to. I also have referred quiet a few of my friends there because all together everyone there amazing and I know that I as mother would like my kids to have great doctors as myself and Id have no other way

They are super busy and the wait can be a while at times but Dr. Adrianakos is very thorough. She is honestly one of my best PCP’s yet!

I was left waiting by Dr. Tsam for over an hour. I asked the staff after 45 minutes if I had been forgotten and they said it wasnt their fault but the doctors. After I had waited an hour plus I finally asked for my money back. The staff allowed me to confront the doctor in the middle of his appt. with another upset patient whos appt was actually scheduled AFTER mine. We had both been waiting along time and the doctor wandered into the wrong room! I told the doctor he was rude and unprofessional. He just rolled his eyes....no apologies. Even the staff was very frustrated by Dr. Tsam. Total waste of my afternoon
