Every part of my appointment with Dr Buehrer was an absolute pleasure. The check in was easy, and I was greeted with friendliness and care. The nurse, Lizzie was so kind and gave me the least painful flu shot I’ve ever had! Dr Buehrer instantly put me at ease and spoke to me like a person, not just another appointment in her day. I felt heard and supported here, and while I hope I don’t need to go back soon, I know it will be a wonderful experience when I do.

Dr Crowley was awesome! She was very patient with my brother who is developmentally challenged. She even spoke Spanish to him and he answered her really well. Dr. Crowley is phenomenal. And I would recommend her to everyone. Thank you Dr. Crowley and Char was also great!

To be honest, I have a childish fear of going to see a health professional but I assumed seeing a female NP would help to ease my discomfort. I was correct. Kristen was fantastic. I have a few lingering health concerns and she walked me through every worry I have had with care while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. She covered every question I have and eased my fears. I really look forward to working with her and using her as my primary health provider moving forward. I highly recommend this establishment.

Its always a great experience whenever weve had to come. My children come here too and when its been a while since weve had to bring them in, I start thinking I should probably take them to a pediatrician. And then I come in and are always treated with the utmost care, kindness and professionalism. The nurse practitioner that treated my 6 yo son, was so incredible. It was probably the best bedside manner my children have experienced and before coming here, they only saw pediatricians. Aside from the great treatment, they are fast! I never wait that long and usually Im still trying to fill out a formal and theyre ready to see me. Highly recommend them

Thisis a great clinic--friendly receptionists, short waits, a nice lobby area that is well lit and expansive and tthey have lab testing, vaccines and other basic lab servicess on site so it makes it a one stop shop.A special shout out to Kirsten Herzer NP who has been a fantastic primary care provider. I gnerally eschew medical care but she always puts me art ease and approaches her advice in a practical way. (i.e. mauybe start getting a few walks in a week vs some exercise regime that will fail)

Kirsten Herzer, NP dug up more surgeries than I had forgotten, spent more time with my family than any other Dr, PA or DO. She made notes, handed me my MRI results, gave me a referral and updated my entire file. Nice work.

I was a little concerned about going to the doctors office, but the waiting room was set up very safely with spread out seating and shields by the reception area. I went for my first annual checkup in 5 years.They were very friendly, engaging and also some admonishments (which I need). They got me vaccines on site (not COVID yet), blood work and referrals so I did not need to go anywhere else or to a second location. Kirsten Herzer (my NP) was engaging and did her best to share information without judgement. Overall. considering the situation, it was the best I could have hoped for in terms of timing, service and engagement.

I dont recommend this place. During my physical, I got the WRONG vaccine from what the Dr ordered from the MA, who kept me waiting for over 15 minutes. I had to go to the front desk to see what was going on. She then comes in making excuses as to why I waited so long. I also get another vaccine which requires a second dose but the Dr says 6 months, someone else says a couple of months. No one tells me when to schedule an appointment for the second dose, so Im at a loss here, I guess Ill Google it. I was notified that afternoon by the supervisor who calls me to inform me that Ive been given the wrong vaccine by a fairly new MA (more excuses) and shes talking about me going back to get the right vaccine. Really??? At this point, I hung up on her. Not my only bad experience with medical care in Denver. Wow, just WOW. This cant be a fluke because I was there the previous day for a completed appointment and there was no one even attending the front desk to schedule a second appointment. The lady from the practice next door went and found someone for me as I had already stepped outside the locked door to get to rooms where youre seen by the medical staff. How are all those other five star reviews possible??? I dont believe theres an accurate picture here.

Best Primary physician Ive ever had

I hadnt had a PCP in years before 2019. When the new year came, one of my goals was to try to take better care of my overall health, and part of that was to find a new Primary Care Practice/Doctor(s) that accepts my insurance- and begin to establish care. The 1st appt. I had set up (6 mos. ago) with this practice went great, with Dr. Kornhauser- very nice, and felt comfortable immediately, he recognized a tooth infection I had & got me going on antibiotics immediately. My 2nd appt. (today)- was for something much more concerning to me.. This time I was scehduled with Dr. Yerelian, as I asked for the Dr. whom had the earliest available appt. for my pressing concern. From the 1st few moments I met Dr. Yerelian, I felt comfortable, she has a wonderful bedside-manner. I explained to her my extreme anxiety with the issue I was there for, and in return I received an understanding attitude and very comforting-compassion. I realllly appreciate these qualities in a provider- as there are many doctors in the world whom dont have that, and instead seem very de-sensitized. I got a genuine vibe of sensitivity, concern, and care from Dr. Yerelian- thank you!And one more thing I need to commend; the receptionist/scheduler who scheduled me for todays appt. (really wish I had gotten her name) but she too displayed an understanding and sensitivity to me, my circumstances, and urgency to reschedule my initial-made appt. that was 10 days out- to try to get in sooner! She was kind and patient over the phone, and told me she would do whatever she could to try to get me in sooner.. I got a call back couple hours later with an appt. for the following day. So, thank you also (I apologize for not getting your name)! The M.A.s were also extemely nice!! A great group of healthcare professionals, and I highly recommend them
