I tried to schedule a physical and they advised that I had to make a lab appointment for 2 weeks before my physical, but that I should still come in at my initial appointment time. When I went in, I got to see the doctor for 2 minutes and was told to make an appointment for a lab and then a physical 2 weeks after the lab. I was then charged for the office visit where they made me schedule 2 other appointments. They sent my labs to an out of network lab when it could have been done in network. They billed my physical as an office visit, so that my insurance wouldnt cover it. Would not recommend.

These guys do a great job. I had been having pain for years and had seen multiple doctors and here my doctor tested for something no one else had even considered and helped to get me a diagnosis. I am very grateful.

Lost my lab tests and results. Incorrectly charged me for the appointment/treatment. It takes several phone calls to actually reach anyone to talk to about anything. Would not recommend at all.

Multiple times they didnt order the right diagnostic tests or contaminated samples that were supposed to go to diagnostics. Some altitudes fault, some the lab on the same floor. Dont seem to have things worked out well.

Altitude is a horrible practice, you never meet with an actual doctor and the physician assistants misdiagnose conditions frequently. Im pregnant and was diagnosed with the flu and was having sevear sinus headaches they advised me to take sudafed and Tylenol and the headaches would go away in a week or so and that I didnt need to return to their office. Well within 3 weeks I lost the hearing in my left ear and puss started coming out of both ears. Knowing their incompetence I quickly made an appointment with an ENT whom told me I could have lost the hearing permentely in my left ear had I waited any longer. Needless to say I dont recommend the practice and they treat their patients like cattle.
