Had my first visit yesterday with Liz Courteur, PA. I liked her personality, her upbeat attitude and her thoroughness.I also enjoyed meeting Tess, the MA. She was warm and caring, as well.The front desk staff look like they are behind enemy lines, which is understandable! They were very kind and efficient! Thanks to all for a great first impression!

Dr. Patel answered all of my questions and we were on the same page of putting together a game plan to best suit my needs. Above all else he was thorough, and kind. Dr. Patels nurse, Jennifer was thoughtful and understanding also. The front desk reception was awesome as well and made me feel comfortable. (Special shout out to Kay for giving my baby girl a purple pen just because she knew she would love it.) I would recommend this team to anyone who needs great care and enjoys being treated respectfully. Thank you!

It was quite crowded when I arrived and they were behind. Yet everyone who was serving us was pleasant and seemed to be not ruffled at all. They explained the busyness and how it got behind to us all with a smile on their faces - not complaining at all about their crazy day. And somehow, they got all of us taken care of faster than I expected. If the staff can provide that kind of customer service on a day like that, it would only make sense to be a regular patient at CHPG Southmoor. Thank you all for your service with a smile!

Dr. Patel and his staff go above and beyond! When I speak with each and every part of the team that are caring and professional. Dr. Patel has been a blessing in my life as an attentive doctor. He even makes “telahelp appointments” after the staff is gone. Jennifer is excellent assistant to Dr. Patel. And Cory gets right back to you through the online portal!

I saw Dr. Patel when my PCP was unavailable, and was very impressed. He was personable, knowledgeable, answered my questions.... I felt comfortable and confident with him. Would definitely see him again if I needed to!

In addition, the office team is wonderful, the facility is clean and organized, efficient, and polite and friendly (which goes a long way for me). The response time is great. The keeping up on the portal is super easy. Test results and communications are simple. And so is calling in if you need to.

Isheet Patel is a great doctor and I enjoy meeting with him about my health. He is knowledgeable, curious and willing to spend time on anything that needs addressed. He answers all questions and brings so much life to what he’s doing. As a guy who doesn’t care to go to the doctor, I like going to this doctor.

Always, always an excellent experience with Dr. Spies. She listens, trouble shoots and really cares about her patients. The labs are always returned quickly as are any emailed questions. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Spies and the CHPG Southmoor practice.

Saw the Doctor for my yearly physical, we had an excellent conversation and reviewed all my blood work which I had drawn in advance of my visit.There were a few minor concerns, we did some additional testing and all was well.I enjoy seeing the Doctor yearly for my physicals, she always takes all the time in the world to answer any of my questions and certainly voices any concerns she may have about my health.Could not ask anything more from Central Health or Dr Spies. My health care could not be in better hands!

Dr. Woods is the most thorough doctor Ive ever had. She takes her time, asks lots of questions and explains everything. Ive had to see a lot of specialists for other issues and Dr. Woods reviewed all of their findings. I have been with her for many years and a number of my friends see her based on my recommendation.

My experience with CHPG Primary Care Southmoor from my first phone call to today’s New Patient Visit with Dr. Linda Davis was top flight!!! The excellence of their practice is impressive. Dr. Davis is outstanding as was both her medical assistants, Tyler and Ashley!Everyone was welcoming and professional. Dr. Davis casually mentioned that she had begun preparing for my visit over the weekend before the day of my appointment! That was indeed impressive! She is thorough, reassuringly competent, highly knowledgeable, compassionately caring, an excellent listener, and attentive to her patient’s story, background, and concerns.I am so glad to have waited six months for this new patient appointment and now to be under her care as well as her great staff!

Dr. Isheet Patel is an incredible doctor. I appreciated how knowledgeable he is- he clearly reads a lot of current research and is up to date on the most recent evidence-based practices. He is skilled in thinking about a person as a whole (physical and mental symptoms) and integrates factors to come to the best conclusions. Interpersonally, Dr. Patel is very friendly and attuned. He is also efficient but thorough.

If you want to be treated like a patient, this is the place for you. They don’t treat people, just patients and apply textbook recommendations instead of asking for contributory factors (lifestyle, etc.) and making holistic evaluations and recommendations.Example: my CBC was abnormal suggestive of 1) dehydration, which is common, OR 2) a very rare blood disorder. Instead of asking probing questions, they knee-jerk referred me to hematology for evaluation. I requested a repeat CBC because I was dehydrated during the draw and - voila - normal subsequent CBC. Overall a very disappointing experience with this office and exorbitant prices…..

The staff was extremely efficient and kind! Dr Spies was very knowledgeable and was an active listener! I feel totally comfortable in her care!

Outstanding and phenomenal rating for NP Cara Palmetto, and her assistant Debbie .My first time meeting them they both took great length of time and concern on my needs for my health. Did not feel as I was being rushed out the door. I totally recommend Cara as a health provider. Front desk medical assistants are just as good !

Im always confused when you make a doctors appointment for 11:40 and they tell you to come at 11:15. However, it worked out beautifully at CHPG. I came (begrudgingly) at 11:15, did 10 minutes of paperwork and was promptly shown to the exam room. The MA was pleasant and helpful. By 11:40, I was prepped and ready to see the doc who came in right at 11:40. Funny - he apologized for being late. Great, thoughtful care that felt un-rushed. Very happy my doctor is now part of this group.

Dr. Spies was incredible. I have struggled to find a good primary care doctor, so I was very happy to have such a great experience with this facility. I had to wait a few months to establish care, but well worth the wait! The whole office was timely and professional.

Super friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Being new to CO, I was looking for a new GP. One of my neighbors recommended a specific Dr at this practice who wasn’t taking new patients, but Dr. Patel was. I’ve seen him a few times for annual physicals and couldn’t be more satisfied.

Front desk very helpful. All floors & chairs clearly marked to have social distancing easily maintained. Exam areas clean and care providers are well informed and kind.

This locations administration staff will bait and switch you on billing. I was charged for an office visit when I was not told I would be charged for that. As a result, my insurance wont cover that coded service and Im being bilked out of a lot of money. The billing and coding of this office represents then total ineptness and major lack of empathy of the medical industry for real people. They absolutely dont care about patients, nor do they care about being honest or transparent about what you will be charged. Avoid this dishonest location and find another more reputable medical primary care provider.

I have been waiting for a doctor like Dr. Isheet Patel my whole life. He is not just an ordinary doctor. Ive had health anxiety for the last 10 years and nothing I tried worked. I had my appointment with Dr. Patel and in just 1 hour my life changed. Because of his knowledge and up to date information, relaxed attitude, and optimism I no longer worry because I know hell take care of me and even more importantly encourage me to lead a healthy life not relying just on pills. He appears super genuine, educated, knowledgeable about a range of issues, empathetic, can simplify complex issues to educate the patient. The world desperately needs more doctors like him!

Elissa Anne Rosen, MD: Today was my first visit with her. I was pleasantly surprised when she addressed and went over so many of my health issues in one visit. She also sent in referrals for specialists and sent in referrals for screenings. She expressed concern over a prior test result and explained it to me. (My former MD did not.) I was also impressed with receiving a printout of the visit summary, vitals, instructions and referrals before leaving the office, without having to ask for it. With other doctors I always had to ask. The office also scheduled an appointment for me to receive the Covid-19 vaccine two days later. Wonderful !

Had an appointment in the clinic and it went very smoothly. Doctors and nurses are very caring and responsible for social distancing. Doctor Daniels took enough time to listen to me and then diagnosed me. Lab staff is nice and friendly as well. Usually the nurse/nurse practitioners can’t find any veins to take blood but the nurse in CHPG was awesome! She did an amazing job and I didn’t even felt taking blood! Keep up all of your good work!
