Dr Basche is simply the best! She is caring, kind and so incredibly thoughtful. She is my favorite Dr in the entire world!

Michele Basche, MD has always listened, provided direct answers, considered ways to improve my care, and given me information about the latest treatment plans and tests. I feel like we are working together for the best approach.

Dr. Basche is excellent. She is never in a hurry, listens to my issues, and tries to find solutions to my problems. She actually cares about her patients.

Choosing an oncologist is a big decision. My surgeon recommended Dr. Basche very highly. I did my research and learned that she is very knowledgeable and experienced in treating cancer patients. I have found that from day one Dr. Basche takes the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, side effects and gets to know her patients needs. She never rushed through any questions I asked. She was very up front and honest about what to expect throughout treatment but did so in a gentle and caring way. Her staff was supportive, friendly and caring, including her nurse, Kathy, the infusion nurses, schedulers, and the receptionists. I feel very confident that I have a phenomenal team supporting me through this. I would give Dr. Basche 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend her.

Always running late, one time as much as 2 hours. The patient AND the caregiver both on oxygen, but didnt seem to matter that they sat there in a room...Office staff very impersonal and not welcoming. Someone facing cancer needs a little more compassion!

I’d give zero stars If I could. The office staff- financial bookkeeper suggested I tried to dodge paying my portion of chemo treatments even though I’d been seeing Dr Basche for over a year since my chemo ended and they decided to let me know a year later I had a balance on my account. Three times I’ve been told they mailed me a statement and every time they tell me they sent it and something must be wrong with my mail (I’ve only lived in Lone Tree since 2012). I haven’t even see Dr Basche since last summer (she’s never available once you’re done with chemo) I have to see her NP Kathy but I received the nicest professional letter letting me know she decided to not be my cancer doctor anymore. Hmmmm, wonder how that happened. It’s because the office staff! So yeah, if I “can’t” afford my chemo treatment from over 15 months ago but I’ve been in 4 times since then you’ll get $20 a month until paid in full then I’ll have my secondary insurance reimburse me! Thank you DR Basche for not reaching out to your patient and ask them what the issue is!!
