I came in for the eyebrow shaping & design with Ellen. The mimosa to start made the experience even better! I loved that Ellen took the time to tell me exactly what she was going to leave and take off from my eyebrows. I’m so picky with my eyebrows and don’t always love the outcome, but she did amazing! This is an adorable salon and their customer service ON POINT. They are on time, send reminders, give you complimentary chocolate to nibble on during your visit, have created a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and have an cute selection of gifts in the lobby. Stephanie was my wax artist and was awesome!

This may be my second review, but this place is just so consistently great! Tanya is a great at hiring and training because Ive never had a bad experience with any of the gals Ive seen. Theyre all professional, friendly, and soooo fast! I dont dread getting waxed as I did in the past! Angela G is especially great!!

I’ve never experienced a Brazilian like the one at this location. While Brazilians can be painful, Angela made sure I was comfortable and happy the entire time. I will be back! If you’re looking around for a lash/wax place please stop. Wax and Lash is one of the cleanest, friendliest and most professional places I’ve been to in my life. The front desk was very courteous and answered all my questions and I had a lot. Kaity my lash and tint cosmetologist was perfect. She told me step-by-step what I would expect how to keep my lashes looking perfectly and gave me a great head massage while my lashes dried. She was funny and kind. I’ll never go anywhere else again.

Ellen was incredibly thorough, quick and informative. She made the waxing experience enjoyable and fun. The space is gorgeous and I felt taken care of by all staff members. I will definitely be back!

I was horrible and missed my appointment and they were accommodating and super understanding. I have been scared of bikini waxes for years, until now! My experience was so nice. The space was calm and welcoming, as was my waxer. It seem to hurt less than other times and the eye pillow and lavender hot towel were icing on the cake. I’ll be back for my new routine wax now!

After moving out of state I still have never found anywhere as great as Wax & Lash! I called in for a last minute appointment while in town visiting family, they were able to accommodate and went above and beyond. For anyone who says every Brazilian wax is the same they haven’t had one at Wax & Lash before. Everything from the second you walk in the door to the minute you walk out is built around making you feel comfortable and know you will be receiving impeccable service. The ambiance, the kindness, the wine/mimosa, the eye covers during the service, all of it so great. Cannot rave about Angela enough and the great service she provided today!

The experience was top notch. When they first welcome you in they offer you a beverage. But not just any beverage; they have water, mimosas, and wine. Hint hint the mimosas are to die for! Then the rooms are very private and cozy. Upon entering you get a dove chocolate and wet wipe. My tech Ellen was amazing, very personable and friendly. Even though I hate waxing because of the pain, she did it as fast and efficiently as possible. She also took the time to pluck the fine hairs that were left. I will definitely be back, and will only let Ellen do my waxes!

I love this place so much. I recommend it to everyone and I cant wait for their new location. Today I went and had a less-than-ideal experience (which has never happened before). As I was paying I mentioned it to the staff and they refused to let me pay for the service. An hour or so later, the OWNER called me personally to ask what happened and apologize, but I could also tell she was looking out for her employee. They seriously go above and beyond here. Its wonderful when businesses do a great job providing quality service and there are several of those wax/lash places in the Denver area. But when something goes awry, thats when you really learn how the business operates. I am so impressed with the way they handled this - Im officially a lifelong customer (also - please consider opening a Boulder location!)

My experience with Samantha was AMAZING! I went in for an eyelash lift and tint, eyebrow wax, and bikini wax which was my first time doing the bikini 😅. She did an amazing job on my lashes, the best lift I’ve ever had, I didn’t even feel my eyebrow wax or leave with any redness (this has never happened to me in the 15+ years I’ve been getting them done) and for my first bikini wax ever she made it easy and painless. I was a little worried about getting a strip wax Brazilian because I’ve only ever had one strip wax out of the dozens of waxes I’ve had before and in the past it was a nightmare but this was quite the opposite. Samirah is so wonderful and I’ve never had a better experience in the last three years that I’ve been waxing. She lets me nervously chat, is exceptionally personable, and generally meets me where I’m at. Beyond the level of care, I also haven’t had someone so good at what they do. She’s beyond accommodating wind really delivers, in terms of service. This was also the first time I didn’t experience pain!

I love coming to wax lash for my Brazilian wax! I have had 3 different members of their staff and every single one is great. The place is always clean and tidy, the wax they use never causes irritation. Friendly staff with great customer service.

Samantha is absolutely the best! My brows and lashes have never looked so good. I actually get compliments from friends on my brows.UPDATE - I felt I had to go in and update this review. I love this place, they do a great job and are extremely professional. However, I just recently got bit by their overly strict cancellation/no-show policy. I have been a client of Tawnya for over 11 years (used to see her in her home before Wax & Lash was a thing). Ive never missed an appointment. But this past Friday was a particularly stressful day at work (Im a nurse) and I totally blanked on my afternoon appointment. I didnt remember till an hour after my appointment. They charged me for the entire service. I know this is their policy, but boy it stung. Especially after being a reliable client for so long. It left such a bad taste, that Im not sure Ill ever go back. I hope that was worth the $60 to them.

They have employees who are unvaccinated AND unmasked. It is not safe especially with the current Delta variant being so contagious, even with vaccinated people. The owner doesnt want her employees sharing their vaccination status even though they are in close proximity to the customer (face to face). She seems to feel this information is very private, but when it affects the health of the client (and the esthetician), privacy should not be an issue. She basically told me I can take my business elsewhere.
