We work in restaurants and are on our feet for 40+ hours a week. Every time we get a massage here we come out feeling totally rejuvenated. There is a language barrier but that has no effect on how amazing this place hits the areas that you are having trouble(s) with. Very highly recommended and we will be going to them for a very long time.

I think some of the below reviews were from direct competitors trying to discredit this place. I really liked my experience at Vitality Spa. The place was comfortable, clean and Covid precautions were taken. The service was friendly and there were no language barriers. My massage therapist was skilled and did a good job. Like most of the smaller massage facilities in the area, there isnt a lot of privacy and its easy to get distracted by any commotion around you. However, when the prices are considerably lower than you would find at a higher end spa, you have to be willing to roll with a few things.

I’ve been going here for ten years. Clean and nice atmosphere. Call ahead to make sure they can accommodate your time/arrival.

The massage was way too rough, she man handled me and actually made my shoulder feel worse. Theres a huge language barrier they dont really understand anything so its hard for me to tell her what I wanted and how it felt. I never felt so rushed in my life getting a massage. It was not relaxing whatsoever.

This is one of the dirtiest spas in town. I had to ask my therapist to wash her hands as I did not feel comfortable in the cleanliness. Not professional at all and I am not really sure things they do here are legal.

Excellent Service! The sound therapy is very relaxing. After massage they will entreat you with a tiny china cup of hot tea to flush toxins released-during massage. These people are refined in humility & dedicated to serving!

Beware Fraudulent charges. Overcharged by $10. Called and the person on the phone said they are charging extra $10 because of the covid-19. I told him that there was no sign nor did the person who was giving the massage indicate that. He told me probably because he doesn’t speak English. I told him that wasn’t my fault and that it was illegal for them to charge me extra without telling me. He said the owner will call me back. Meantime i will be calling my credit card company to dispute this charge as fraud, and I will also be calling DORA and lodging a complaint. It’s not right to use the Covid-19 to charge extra and make a profit. Definitely not going back!!

Just had another great massage session today at vitality spa. I had the combo 2 75mins where you get both your feet massage and half hour Body for $50. What a great deal! I have been going to them for years and surely they are one of the best places in town very good massage and clean environment with reasonable price all staffs here are very friendly as well plus it got several good Asian restaurants in the plaza and I can grab something eat either before or after a massage. I understand during the whole COVID pandemic they had to close down for couple of months just like a lot of other places and they are still not operating at their full capacity yet due to taking additional precautions and it’s really reasonable for them to raise their price during these difficulty times. It’s really sad to see some ppl are hating on them just because the additional $10. Anyways love this place and will be back soon!

I was there yesterday with 2 girlfriends we did the 50 dollar combo massage 2 of my friends give a 10 dollar tip each i give a 15 dollar tip the owner (male) was very very rude he went on and on saying my friends should give a higher tip. He does not speak english so he was constantly typing in his phone what he wanted to say in English . There were other people getting a massage and we were trying to be quiet wile e was very loud and unpleasant. He showed us a sign they have with 10 dollars ( 20%) not happy 15 dollars happy e 20 dollars very happy .... so just keep in mind if you do the 50 dollars massage he will want a 15 or 20 dollar tip. It was really embarrassing especially with my guests, ill definitely not go back . Also keep in mind they don t speak a word of English so anything you ask for or want to say is useless.

I’ve been here three times and those times were great. The massage was relaxing. The last time I came here, I received a massage for this guy who was bald and had an obnoxious laugh. At first I didn’t care until he started massaging me.. let me be honest with you, I have never felt violated before.. not only did he closely massage next to my vajaja.. he did it for a while and made me spread my leg far like a “V” I felt so uncomfortable and when he did the back side it was just as worse.. I’m not a complainer but trust me, it was the worst. I would never go back there again. Anyone who goes, just ask for a women.

Please do yourself a favour and go here on the regular. Because the price was so reasonable I expected mediocre and would have been quite satisfied with mediocre. But I was blown away. Ive lived in 3 countries in the Far East and have got massages weekly and sometimes twice a week...and this place rivals, if not exceeds, the massages I got abroad. Im completely bummed that Im just passing through Denver and cant come here weekly. But you better believe Ill be in every time I do come to Denver!

Got an apt same day with my boyfriend! We did the full body massage for an hour. They took us to the smaller office a couple businesses down and we got a private room. I guess if you do the combos you are in a room with others and your massage is with clothes on. But we got real massages. It was awesome! So nice! I do wish they would have rubbed my hands and feet more but it was still good!!

Horrible massage, very unprofessional staff. I had the combo 2 with a 45 min foot massage and a 30 minute full body massage. I could hardly feel the man touching me and asked for more pressure. He said okay, but nothing changed. I was having pain in my leg and foot and got nothing resolved. At the end I said thank you and paid the $40 not wanting to cause any trouble. I gave the man a $7 tip which I felt was more than he deserved for a crappy massage (almost 20%!). He looked at me and said, “$10”. What??? I said, “for what? I don’t even have to give you a tip.” He just glared at me. I left so angry I wanted to scream! I wish I would’ve taken back what I gave him because he didn’t even deserve that!!! I will NEVER go back and would not recommend it!!!

We did the 45 min feet/45 min full body and wow, it was incredible. Ive been struggling with hip and IT band issues, and my guy helped loosen the area very well. It was one of the best Ive ever received at an incredibly fair price.

Small, clean, professional Chinese massage parlor with very basic decor. Friendly massage therapists. Excellent massage for price ($30/hr - $35/75 mins). Not a luxury spa; shared massage tables and chairs. Background noise at times. Visit for quick tension-stress-pain relief and not for the ambiance. Best to tell your therapist at the beginning any problem areas to focus on and how much pressure you prefer. Suggest making an appointment.

I came because the reviews werent bad and the prices were low. I have very strenuous workouts and needed something to relax me. It was extremely rough, and the whole time I was thinking how are these people still in business and how are the reviews good? I feel as though my back is bruised from the mesuese seemingly putting as much pressure as he could on different parts of my back and holding it. Im normally one to give second chances but I dont feel its worth the risk on my body and my wallet.

Raised their prices and service has gone downhill. Well the masseuses remain lovely people who do great work, the receptionist is rude and lacks a clue about customer service. Shes constantly hollering across the shop, no clue how to whisper. On the last visit, there was a guy fixing the door and they were yelling back and forth the whole time. Not returning.
