I feel terrible only giving 3 stars because I really have had amazing experiences here (thanks to Helen and Van… who are amazing every time) but any other time I go and don’t have either of them I leave feeling so sad and disappointed with my nails. Nothing is more infuriating than going and paying $55-$70 on nails and not getting one thing you asked for. These nails are way shorter than I asked and anytime I asked him to fix something or change something (something as simple as adding an extra coat) he argued with me. I’m just very bummed with this experience.. BUT DONT COUNT THIS PLACE OUT ! Just ask for Helen or Van

I always come here for manicures and pedicures. Usually I do shellac, but I’m one of those people that shellac doesn’t last on. I decided to do dip today. And I love it. She got so close to my cuticle without actually touching it and I can tell that this will last a little longer than the shellac.

I get a gel set from the snappy nails on 38th and my nails usually last up to almost 3 weeks. I went to this one once last Thursday and my nails are already coming up not even a full week later. When I called and asked about getting it fixed the owner said I could come in and fix it for FREE. At 6pm when I got there she started acting like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I was very respectful, but she tried to charge me $50 for a whole rebase in a week. Horrible. Customer. Service. I would never come here again.

The BEST customer service. Van was incredibly helpful in helping create a metallic/chrome look. She had to create her own solution and they look PERFECT!

Decided to give this place a try since I just moved in across the alley despite some negative reviews and wow I’m so glad I did! Just got what might be my favorite manicure ever! Some people mentioned that nail tech Van seemed rushed but I’d call him efficient! As an introvert I like a no frills experience. He worked quickly without small talk (I was in and out in 30 min!) and left with really high quality work for way less than I’m used to paying. This is definitely my new nail spot and I’ll be requesting Van every time

This was my go-to nail salon for years while I lived in the neighborhood. The staff was always friendly enough but the quality was inconsistent so I was already shopping for another salon when the following incident happened:I went to get a nail fixed that had popped off after four days. While there, I decided to get my eyebrows waxed. I had them waxed there once before and they came out great. This time, the woman who did my eyebrows RIPPED OFF SOME OF MY SKIN and didn’t acknowledge it whatsoever. There’s always pain associated with waxing so at first I didn’t notice a problem, but it was telling when she left the room and didn’t hand me a mirror to check out her work. It wasn’t until I got in my car and I realized the pain were persistent that indeed some of my skin was missing. I’m afraid this is going to leave a scar on my face.Also during my last visit I realized how dirty it really is in there. I do not believe any of the tools are sterilized and the person who did my nails wore a mask sporadically. I am lucky I have made it out without any major issues.

This was the second time I tried this place. 2x the tech made me bleed. Just feel they don’t like their job. They just don’t seem interested in being there. Foot massage was terrible. Could only give it one star. Won’t be going back!

Have only been there the one time or a pedicure but I will be coming back! I cannot dress how much better this Snappy Nails is than the one on Colorado Boulevard University Hills Plaza. I had gotten the worst service there but my daughter wanted to get a pedicure and this is where she chose so I gave it a shot and Im so happy I did

I went as I was a client years ago I mean years ago (9ish)and I was in a bit of a crisis. I decided to go and for a basic ombre that was done incorrectly by the way I was charged $65. Not to mention she charged me an additional amount because I request clear tips and not natural which was never disclosed. I was charged for the length when at best was a med-long if that and was told that was Long. Wow! I am one who used to believe that I got what I paid for. NOT HERE!!I was so disappointed to see what this place has turned into. I wish 0 stars was available but obviously not.

Paid for a deluxe pedi, the guy rubbed my feet for less than 10 min and it was a useless massage, he was rushed because they had people waiting and they were understaffed. The kicker, the utensils used were not sanitized. I watched him move from my pedi to the next person and never got new tools or sanitized the ones used on me. Waste of money and scary that they aren’t following state guidelines and even during Covid times.

I went to this location multiple times when I lived near Washington street. Unfortunately it’s such a popular spot that they work so fast that the quality turns out extremely poorly and sloppy.

Probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The guy seemed very new and he was rushed because they were under staffed. We watched a guy walk out because he had to wait too long for his pedi which made them speed up even more and the quality was terrible. My nails looked like garbage.

I got an amazing pedicure from Van. I have really bad ingrown toenails and she did a really good job with them. They looked amazing. I also did a full set of acrylic and they look amazing

Had a pedicure done yesterday and very disappointed with the nail polish job. After my toes were painted came home and both big toes were smudged. After waking up this morning polish was still soft and all of my toes were ruined. Polish should not still be soft after 24 hours. Paid $40 for a terrible job.

It sounds like it really matters who does your nails here. My manicure looks like a child did it; globby and not covering the whole nail or overshooting on my skin. The nail polish they used had already separated. They diluted it in front of me. Its chipping less that 24 hours later. They cut my cuticles on two fingers and didnt even apologize. My pedicure is OK because I cant see how bad it is from far away. Its just a bummer, so expensive and so bad.

I have been coming here off-and-on for years, mostly for pedicures (occasional manicures), and always have a good experience. I get the Deluxe Pedi which is $40 for 40 minutes including the basics + paraffin wax, hot stone massage and a long leg massage. The last two times I have been there Linda was my nail technician and did a great job. She is very friendly, does a nice paint job & gave me the best calf massage I have ever had today! I rarely have to wait and everyone is always very nice.

This place really depends on who you get. There are just a few gals who do a good job, but otherwise, you will have polish all over your cuticles. I had to go back to my pedicure redone because there was something wrong with the nail polish and it never cured- I’m guessing that’s is from them thinning it too much with polish remover. I’ve been coming here for a long time, but it’s time to switch.

I have been coming here for years. They have recently remodeled and it’s always clean. Highly recommend asking for Maya—had a pedicure with her today and it’s the best I’ve ever had!

Do not get your nails done by Hana. My gf had a very poor experience there, including Hana doing a sub-par job AND being rude.She did not apply enough coats of shellac or bring the shellac up to the edges of the nail, then was rude when asked to do so. Pedicure (done at same time by someone else) was good, but overall experience poor due to Hana, so will not be coming back to this location.Im guessing this location has consistent issues due to overall bad reviews, so take your business to a place that cares.

I had such a great experience here! I did a rebase with gel and a pedicure. The lady who did my nails was pleasant but not chatty which I prefer. She did a great job and my pedicure was really nice. Very reasonable pricing especially for such a nice big clean shop. This is definitely my new place!

I love this place! They know me by name, they’re all super sweet and funny. The deluxe pedicure is amazing! I always get a gel mani and some type of pedicure every other week during the warm months. They are quick, efficient and I’ve never had a problem with my gel falling off or chipping for weeks. They are reasonably priced and have a great location. I also love that you can just walk-in and don’t need a reservation. Lots of colors to choose from as well. Stop in and give them a try this Spring or Summer.

Hung was very nice. Besides that another women was so rude and the owner didnt even apologize. I would skip this place and go to Paris Nails. They are nice, timely, very close, and LESS EXPENSIVE! Ask for Miya.

Ive heard good things, so I decided to try them since they were open on Labor Day. Never again. They were rude, barely acknowledged me, didnt like when I changed colors for my toes (before painting had begun), didnt like when I said no to a standard service. The nail tech nicked my finger and made it bleed - didnt apologize or say anything. My cuticles werent as well cleaned up as they shouldve been and there was polish on my cuticles after my pedi - wasnt well cleaned up at all. I dont trust the sanitation of the place or tools, either. I wont be back.

I came in for the first time a few days ago for a full acrylic stiletto set & my nails haven’t even lasted a week before they are BREAKING, there’s air bubbles on almost every nail, the lady named Angel who did my nails had poor communication also was too rough. The Shelac I had done over my nails is chipping off. This is by far the WORST set of acrylic nails I have ever gotten. Do NOT have Angel do your nails if you’re coming here.

Pedicure lady was very nice.But the Nail Tech/manager or owner/ got stuck doing my nails because there was no one else available. She kept changing the price on my based on shape, length, etc. When I told her I just wanted regular nail polish, she was unhappy with this request. She was rushing and very distracted with everyone else. She then proceeded to paint the thickest top coat I have ever had, I left so unhappy. Took of the nail polish and painted them myself. A waste of $40. Just don’t get this tech, she will not give you the time, patience and dedication needed.

First time getting a pedicure and it was amazing from beginning to end. The massage chair pretty much kept me docile while the nice lady did her thing, and Ill definitely be getting another in the future.

After going to this nail salon for over 3 years I will not be coming back. My nail tech cut my foot with the grater- on the top of my foot- and it ruined the whole experience. When I asked for a small discount I was told no. This is totally unacceptable to me. Find to find a new nail place.I got home and realized on top of everything else my nails are totally crooked. Good I spent 45 dollars to look jacked up for my own bachelorette partu tonight.

Snappy nails is my neighborhood nail spot. Prices are reasonable, people are nice, and Ive never had to wait. Right now Im rocking a shellac manicure I had done 2 weeks ago and its still not chipped or anything!

Place looked nice and I was quickly seated, prices looked good. I told them I wanted a full set of acrylic nails coffin shape and he starts taking off my old nails. When he finished he told me it would be $55...ummmm WHAT! I told him I would go somewhere else and still got charged $10 to take off a few nails.

VERY POOR customer service,With a big language barrier.They love to push their Shelac and if you refuse they rush you.They need to listen to their customer and stop pushing extra service with hidden charges. If I want it I would have ask for it to begin with. Instead of relaxing its an uncomfortable atmosphere because they Rudely talk among themselves in their native language .. Its just RUDE!NEVER coming back and would advise people not to go there.

The place appears nice and clean, and was in my experience, however two of the people I dealt with were extremely unpleasant. My natural finger nails are very short from biting so I asked for dip color because I know I wont bite them and they can grow out. The man who came to start them took my hands and said almost in a disgusted tone Oh, uhh and walked off, and then came back and tried to tell me I needed to glue on tips. Thats not what I went for and had I wanted it I would have asked. I felt bad for even going in in the first place and I wont be back to be judged again.

I have had good and bad experiences here, hence the 3 starts. I have had a few technicians do a great job with my nails and my manicures have been beautiful and lasted for 4 weeks (I get the dip powder). I have also had a nail tech grind down my natural nail to the point it ground into my nail bed.... I now have a phobia of the grinder thing, even the sound makes me anxious. I haven’t been back here since this incident, and I don’t know if I will be. I just wish everyone was of quality here, but they are not.

Mediocre quality. They are speedy, but do not deliver a great product. Often the nail filing is not shapely or symmetrical. They try to use the cheese grater on the bottoms of peoples feet to remove callouses quickly.

Not the best quality of manicure. Paid for gel and it peeled off in a week. I liked the deluxe pedicure. The scrub was nice and the parrifin wax was super nice. They also use some hot stones. It was definitely one of the most deluxe pedicures I have had. That said the nail techs looked liked they wanted to be any place else. Disengaged didnt even bother to talk to me once. The place was huge 15+ pedicure chairs and 15+ nail staions but it felt like a factory. If you have a large group they can take a bunch of walk ins

I just left this place. Im a nail tech and dont do my own shellac because its difficult to polish with my left handI first walk in and notice the sewage stench. Ask for a shellac mani n get a male tech who looks half asleep n is slow af. I let him know im in a hurry on lunch break so its ok if he uses the drill to take off the shellac that didnt come off after soaking, he ignores that. He takes his tools out of the drawer dirty and just wipes then off with a cotton ball and alcohol. I decide not to stay for the rest of the service and pay for a low quality manicure. Never again.

Sent my wife there and she was horribly disappointed.

Went for a mani pedi the lady didnt even talk to me and rushed through my pedicure. I asked for a french tip and she polished my toes and said Im done and walked away. The guy who did my shelac(also didnt talk and rushed ) wouldnt give me a second coat of glitter becauseit will look ugly and cut my nails short and did my tips very sloppy and there are places my nails have no polish on them.

Worst experience ever!!! Dont get butchered like I did ladies!!! She cut my toe cuticle and it bled!!! She never once said sorry and I currently am recovering from a broken arm (she saw my arm was in a sling)! The manager was similarly unsympathetic, unprofessional, and down right rude!!! She actually said she would agree not to charge me, but if I ever came back, shed refuse service! Unreal! She wouldnt even give me her written policy on how she supposedly sterilizes her tools! Shady! I told her Ill be back if I get an infection and shell have the fight of her life in court with me!!!

Everytime I make an appointment in this place I have to wait for longer than an hour. It happened 3 times I made an appointment and when I get to the place, they say they are really busy and have to go back the next day. Clearly not a place that respects their customers.

First time getting shellac and lasted only 2 weeks. ALWAYS loved snappy nails but its getting old having to pay so much (also get snickered at) when you dont accept the delxue pedicure . I swear they do it every time !Been going there over 2 years but now that Ive paid soooo much for the shellac it shouldve stayed way longer than 2 weeks.

Nice facility, but terrible quality of service. The techs are too busy talking to each other and playing card games and being very loud. Just doesnt feel like they care to make you feel welcome and once you are there, silence. Paris nails on 3rd and broadway is my go to, but figured to try this place since I work just steps away.

I love the service here. Especially Tai. He is wonderful. Very fast but so precisely done. My nails last a long time and always look good. Tai is so nice too.

Went for a mani pedi. The employees there are very rude. They dont speak to you when you try to make conversation and rudely question every request. They took their supplies from a steri-pack and when they were done they didnt clean the supplies and put them back into the same steri-pack and re-sealed it right in front of me. They use the same pumis pads on everyone. They rushed through the pedi and when applying my shellac for my mani, they refused to give me a second coat of color and they didnt even cover the entire nail. They missed corners and sides with color. They didnt remove the cuticles well and left hang nails all over the bases of my finger nails. They acted like they didnt know what a flower was. The French tips that they gave were completely uneven. I was unhappy with the job and they still charged full price and said that they werent going to fix it because nothing was wrong with it.

It so close to my house but their nails never last! My nails start lifting all around within a few days. And the nails can be really bumpy and uneven. Also, within a week and a half I can easily remove the nails.

I had an awful experience here a couple years ago. Today, I got a pedicure and polish change from Liem. He made the water nice and hot like I like, he was very thorough, and took his time to do a fantastic job. I will definitely return service here with Liem!

I had my nails done a week ago and they started to chip” I do the dip” it’s a little more expensive so I went back in to get them fixed...Rite away they start chatting in Vietnamese this goes on for my entire visit the lady doing my nail asked if I wanted a rebase I replayed no I just had them done a week ago oh boy she was not happy she wouldn’t talk to me yanking my hands at the end she walked away and sat in a pedicure chair not a word to me she didn’t even look at me I have been going to snappy nail since they were In Biggs it’s sad I will never go back!! She lost out on a $20 tip!!

Sheesh, so I took my mom here when she was in town for a mani pedi. I knew this place wasnt fancy but Ive been here to get my eyebrows waxed a few times and the parking and location are convenient, and there usually isnt a long wait. I guess Ill say that I think it just really depends on what tech you get--my mom got a pretty thorough treatment thankfully, but the ladies who gave me my mani and pedi were both some of the most sour-faced, rude people Ive ever have ever encountered. I got the deluxe pedicure that includes a 15 minute massage and the whole thing took 20 minutes, the massage was terrible and the chick doing it just seemed like she could absolutely care less; she just sort of haphazardly rubbed my foot/leg without any pressure while staring blank-faced at the TV above me. She left the mud they rub you down with all over my legs. The lady who came over to do the mani was even worse--super rude--and yanked my arms around across my body for long periods of time which was extremely uncomfortable. She then demanded I pay before she started my nails. When I filled out the receipt, she immediately reported the tip amount to the women as I sat there (and no, it wasnt a great tip because it was a terrible service!) This was overall a terrible experience and Ill never be returning. If you are treating yourself to something like this, save your frustration and go elsewhere where you can have a relaxing or enjoyable experience. I gave two stars because the actual paint on the toes/fingers looks pretty good, but honestly I can do that--the reason I go to a salon is for the rest of the experience.

I got a full set on Wednesday night and by Friday night I had 7 out of 10 nails pop off. I paid 50 dollars and my nails didn’t even last a full week. Usually you can’t get them to come off ever and these all just popped off with zero force. Worst nails I have ever had and will never be going back again

The WORST. DO NOT GO HERE! Im a professional in the industry and simply went to treat myself and ended up wasting 4 hours my money and My nails are destroyed! My nails are absolute trash.I went in originally and spent over an hour and a half for a very simple set of dip powder nails. Jenny ignored my wants and request. I hated my nails and they were $50. I went back the next day to ask nicely for a refund which tgey wouldnt give me and just argued that they could fix my nails. Which i didnt want (Im a salon manager myself I was just treating myself away from work.) And I spent an additional 2+hours while they took off my nails which was painful and unhealthy and destroys your nails. Then my nail tech proceeded to tell me joke about how his name calling himself a nice hoe. He said his specialty was his abilities with coffin and stilleto shaped nails. Which is a lie because they are all different shapes and sizes. So leaving frustrated unsatisfied and having wasted now 4 hours in this salon. The product was all over my cuticle theyre uneven and jagged and started cracking and lifting in 4 days. The WORST nail salon do not let the pretty atmosphere sway you.

The manager is unprofessional, rude, and she thinks she is too cool to be there! They dont have the customer service concept. When I was there the ladie who was doing was talking on her cell! It was a horrible experience and I will never go back there!

I got a shellac Manicure and it only lasted 8 days. Im really bummed I spent the money and time here. I went back in to talk to them about the bad quality. She said she would give me $5 dollars off and grantee it this time for 2 weeks. They should have guaranteed the service from the beginning. I won’t be going back.

The best mani pedi Ive had in Denver and also the cheapest. I showed up right before closing and they let me in for a shellac mani and a pedi and did a wonderful job. I kept thinking the mani was over, but then she would do something else. Super attentive. Ask for Nikki!

Awful, awful, awful service! I got a wax with Amy and I asked her to count to three before she pulled it and she completely ignored me, AND when you do a wax right you have to put your finger on top of it so it cools the stinging, and she didn’t do that. I would never recommend this place.

My daughter and I had been coming here for years. Management had changed from what I understand a valid reason but quality went down; Inexperienced nail techs who frequently burned our nails while removing our dip and it was obvious that they did not care for their customers.
