I went in for a 90 min massage and a facial. The facial was great, relaxing, I wont even harp over her stating the membership price and paying non-member at the end. Its all good. The massage however was just awful. I was told my therapist had 12 yrs experience.... plot twist... Me too! I got licensed in 2007 and that was one of the worst massages Ive ever had. She repeated the same forearm sweep motion over and over there was no range in her bodywork whatsoever. I mentioned how tight my neck and shoulders were from working a desk job now full time and there was zero focus. I asked not to have my thighs done because Im ticklish amd where was the First place she went when I flipped over? You guessed it. My anxiety from not getting any focus on what I needed (except my glutes because I mentioned onset sciatica) and clearly not being heard was almost overwhelming by the end. And so now Im home, frustrated, still tight and tense. I am so let down. I needed this so badly and it just plain sucked.

I was so impressed by the professionalism and friendly staff that I decided to become a member! Very well run facility, enthusiastic staff and great therapists - cant wait to go back!

Was given a gift card for Luxe on Monaco. Had a very good therapeutic massage by Jessica. Enjoyed the aromatherapy and the quiet room beforehand, and felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout my visit. Great experience start to finish.

Everyone at MassageLuXe has always been super friendly and welcoming. Ive been a customer for over a year and Im so happy with it. Brian, the manager, is helpful and always great to work with and their therapists are professional and skilled. Even during the COVID shutdown they were in touch and flexible with options. I highly suggest this place!!

Susie is the absolute best. She does fantastic in not only pin-pointing tight spots or knots, but is able to do incredible pressure and focus to get the knot out. She does an incredible job of getting the entire spot out and is so relaxing and kind. Highly highly highly recommend!

I love the service I get here! Ive been a member for several years, and they are so good to me. Brian - the manager - is great and always personable and great to work with whenever needed. Heather is an AMAZING massage therapist and has helped facilitate major changes in my life because of her willingness to show up to the massage, listen to her clients needs, and help them release and detox like no other!

This place was a joke I traveled to Denver for my 30th birthday I reserved my massage a month in advance and was in contact with them multiple times due to COVID I even received a confirmation call the day before just for me and my husband to get there and they tell us my masseuse Called and said she would be late and they had no one else and no other time slot I traveled almost a hour from my hotel for absolutely nothing I wouldn’t give them 1 star if it was possible to give 0

I have been a member for a few years now and move around quite a bit for work. Being able to use my credits anywhere is a great plus but by far and away the best part of this location is Allen! I have gone to him a couple of times and his technique is fantastic and he is really focused on what you want and need. He has given me genital advice and even midway through a massage found a problem area that he wanted to spend more time on. He asked if it was OK to change the plan and focus on that area and it was the best advice I have got in a long time. I trust his professional opinion and give him a general idea and let him work his magic! Highly recommend him to all!

I called for a last minute massage today, and Holly was so friendly while helping me find the best membership for me. I was able to book a massage within the hour with Monica, and it was exactly what I needed to relax :) Can’t wait for my next one!

Sarah is wonderful. The best masseuse Ive found for my rather complicated injury, Sarah knows how to help you make progress towards recovery. Shes also very nice and nice to talk to. Shes a bit busy at times, plan in advance, and know that she will help you to advance, wherever you are, to a place closer to where you want to be.

Updating this as my last 5star review was 5 years ago.And my review then still applies today in 2021.I am confused about the bad reviews. Its nice to have options for when your favorite masseuse is unavailable (if theyre really that good, it shouldnt be a surprise they are booked in advance). I got a groupon over 8 years ago and sure - I was convinced only because the membership makes it very affordable and the massage I got was really good. 8 years later, I still am a member and I could definitely come in for the free hydroluxe as many times as I want.. I just dont have the time for it.There is definitely a very high turnover but thats how it usually is in the service industry. I have not experienced with the receptionists being rude but if that were to happen, I would say something constructive.There was a time I could have cancelled because I was temporarily moving out of state but, decided to freeze my account instead so I dont have to pay monthly and also, so I can keep my credits for later. It does seem like a hassle that you cant do anything online with them (such as book an appt) but its easy to call them and check for availability. Its also really not that hard to come into their office to cancel your membership.I just met my new favorite therapists - Ashante, Heather, Degan and Aimee. They all care and listen to what I express and customize my massage based on how my body is that day. I always leave the spa better than I when I arrived - mentally, physically, emotionally and psychically.Bryan, the manager is also very attentive.

Had an hour massage with Kendall, I was so hesitate on a male therapist at first but beyond impressed and happy I did. As they explained the membership I was thrilled that there are no contracts and I can quit anytime I want (which wont be anytime soon) IM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE! I have been looking for a great place for massages and havent fallen in love with any therapist or memberships elsewhere; but I now found my home!

Ive had a membership here for about 3 years. I used to have a membership with Massage Envy as well, but dropped that one and kept this one because this place far exceeds Massage Envy.It has a spa feel without the spa prices. Depending on the therapist, theyll use things like hot towels and essential oils for you to bearthe in at no extra charge. I honestly dont know how it has such a low review. I think it might be from before it went under new management, but the new manager Brian is great. I love this place!

COMPLETE SCAM! We were gifted massages and a month after visiting we were randomly charged for TWO memberships! Therapist was completely cold and unsocialable as well. I WOULD AVOID WALKING INTO THE BUILDING IF YOU DONT WANT TO RANDOMLY BE SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP!!!

PLEASE do not purchase or sign a contract of any kind. This place is a scam. I cancelled in person as they mandate, they charged me two additional times, even though I called after the first charge but the manager, Jennifer, who is the rudest manager Ive been forced to deal with, wouldnt return my call for two weeks. Because I did not still have the contract cancellation two months later, they said it didnt happen. Clearly this is a trend, with multiple people complaining of the exact same issue. They are not members of the BBB for obvious reasons, I am looking into filing charges for fraud. They have video cameras in their office which she said she reviewed, saw me sitting at their front desk for SEVEN MINUTES, I did not reschedule, but she said I didnt sign anything. I informed her this was impossible and wanted to see the tape, which she refused.Please, if youre in a similar situation, file a fraud complaint. These people should be closed down. They completely taint what should be a healing experience, and that is unacceptable.

Massage Luxe has membership deals that are more affordable than massage envy; in addition with a membership a great massage table is available for unlimited use by members!There are multiple massage therapists with varying strengths that the staff encourages you to receive massage therapy from. In addition, there are no contracts. Membership is at will! I highly encourage people to consider MassageLuXe as their massage provider.

If you cancel your membership sign and keep your copy. The girl behind the desk told me she canceled it, but did not. I had one good therapist, but she left. I tired others and they were very mediocre. Learn from my experience.

The front desk staff are uncooperative and not familiar with their own policies. Massage is mediocre. I have been a member of Massage Luxe for... over 5 years now....and always enjoy my experience there. I dont use all my credits every month and tend to accumulate too much of them !!!! And yes, they tend to push longer massages or higher end facials on me to use my credits... fair enough.Yet, I always feel like i can say: no, Ill stick to the basic and come more often.... I like being a member as it pushes me to pamper myself a bit, especially in the Winter, which i wouldnt do otherwise.... not very organized for that sort of things.New Manager Brian is very pleasant, new esthetician Abbie also; and all the massage therapists Ive had were good.Really no complaints. I dont have much experience with other places... Got only two massages outside of this in my whole life (I am up there!)

I see massage therapy as a much needed supplement to health care, and Ive found amazing care and relief from every experience, no exaggeration.SARAH, my current masseuse, was recommended to me for her gentle (or not so gentle:) care around injuries, specifically terrible rib and pinched nerve pain for me.She Knows What To Do! I feel like she knows my body as well as me, and I just say that because she knows how to work around a specific area and provide actual pain relief in just an hour. I have no idea about their massages, but I did find a business card neatly placed on a hike in a national forest this weekend. Perhaps considering a marketing method that doesnt entail littering tacky business cards.

Had my membership 1 year, it was hard to find a good match. The one therapist I enjoyed broke his hand and did not return. Male front desk was always rude on the phone, and canceling was a very unpleasant experience.

I use MassageLuxe in Denver, and it is wonderful. I am a former Massage Envy customer, and the experience is a night-and-day difference. The Massage Envy contract would take an entire legal team to explain to you, and every time you go in, they always try to charge you for something that is supposed to me included in your membership. The MassageLuxe contract is simple and straightforward. I have never been surprised by anything MassageLuxe does. I get charged once a month for $65 and that’s it. (For all the complainers saying they got signed up without knowing it, that’s not on MassageLuxe—that’s on you. No one tricked me or pressured me to sign up. Maybe it’s time to take responsibility for your own actions.) The staff at MassageLuxe is awesome! They are some of the nicest people you will ever interact with in a business setting. Holly, Milly, and the guy who’s name I can never remember are always happy and cheerful to see me whenever I walk in. (Once again, all the haters that are complaining about the mean people that work at MassageLuxe, maybe it’s you. Maybe you’re just a hateful person that no one can please.) So, give them a try. And, if you don’t like MassageLuxe, consider getting the professional help you so desperately need.

I was very pleased with my first experience. I happen to be walking by when a neighboring business was holding an open house. (I later learned I had won a $75.00gift card to this neighboring business) I enjoyed an arm chair massage which by the way was free, (who doesnt like that?) After receiving my free massage I was given a coupon for an hour massage for 48.00 which by US standards is very good. I was recently in Thailand where you can get an hour massage for $5.00. Unheard of and unrealistic in the US. I have since taken advantage of the $48.00 offer and again was very pleased.I had been a Massage Envy customer for a least two years, I quit after I could never get in or get the therapist I want. and the price was a lot more.

COLD- Not only was the room freezing, the bed was not warmed and the therapists hands were extremely cold. This was a prenatal massage, and a first at this location at that. She didnt ask me anything about likes, wants, wishes... which again isnt the end of the world but didnt give me the warm and fuzzies going into a very intimate scenario. She did ask if the pressure was ok when we only had 15 minutes left to go.Then at the front desk I was addressed by a pushy sales girl who wanted me to sign up for a monthly subscription. Its too bad I was really hoping to find a regular location. HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND

First, let me start off by saying the massage therapist I had was excellent! Its the sketchy business practices that is earning this place one star!! I went in on a Groupon deal and was conned into signing up for a membership based on a cheap 2-month deal and the fact that the awesome therapist I had worked every day but Sunday and that I would be able to get in with him whenever I wanted. Now that I called to schedule my first appointment, I was told that therapist now only works 2-3 days and that he is booked out at least a week in advance. With the limited availability of the therapist and the inconvenient location of this place, I decided to cancel my membership. I was told that I have to go in and do that in person, I couldnt do it over the phone, and if I didnt get in before my next charge date, I would be charged for another month. Now, when I first signed up, I was told that I could cancel anytime after the first 2 months and then use up whatever massages I had paid for at any time after that. Now Im being told a completely different story! Now Im being told that I have to use up all the massages that were charged to my card BEFORE I cancel, otherwise I will lose them. If I had known that was their business practice upon signing up, I NEVER, EVER would have joined!!!!! (Oh, and it was impossible to read the small print as the contract I was given was half blank due to a faulty printer.) Sketchy business practices, high turnover (based on other reviews Ive read)... absolutely do NOT get a membership here unless you like getting screwed out of your money!!!!!!!!! (I really wish I had read the reviews on this place before I trusted them with my credit card number!!!!!)

Got a call from a major jerk today named Dan Stewart, who said,I have no address. then he said that they sent me to collections for services NOT Rendered after I moved and notified them both over the phone with Jody and in writing. Then he hung up, after using a terse and unprofessional voice. For those of you who do not know or are treated similarly, People who mishandle funds like trying to collect on cancelled contracts, they are to be reported to the FBI, OIG (Office of Inspector General), and the criminal division of the IRS, form 3949A. I taught the class. Easy to see how collecting money on cancelled contracts while providing NO SERVICES would generate over $100,000.00 easily. Dan hung up as he was on to abuse the next unsuspecting client. spoke to attornies who said, If they can locate you, and serve you, You serve them on the day of court with a law suit for triple damages for falsely maligning your credit. I follow my attournies advice.

Been very happy with my massages.

This has been the worst experience with any company that I have been apart of. I canceled my membership in person like they requested due to the fact that they refuse to do it over the phone, no matter your disposition and where you may be located. Then a few weeks later, they proceed to bombard my phone with calls about how I need to start paying them or they will turn me into collections. Then I call them and tell them that I have already canceled this membership and there should be no bills that are left unpaid. The manager of the location, Jennifer, proceeds to try and take care of my call and basically tells me that there is nothing that they can due for me, that if I do not have the cancelation paperwork any longer that they would make me pay the amount they claim is due to them. They lost the paperwork that I signed to cancel and now it is my fault. I want everyone to know that this is the worst place to go to and I am now most likely going to have to go legal routes to take care of all of this. Jennifer, the store manager is also one of the rudest people that I have ever had the pleasure of talking to and I have no idea how she became a manager in the first place.

It was impossible to schedule an appointment. The receptionist kept putting me on hold every time I called to try and schedule an appointment. Bought it cause of a Groupon and they scammed me into buying the contract but cant cancel unless I go in. This place blows!
