The world would be a better place if customer service was always like this! Seriously, ask for Cass, she is THE BEST! I had to come in for a scan because my retainers werent made quite right and told her I didnt love my bite and she totally took care of me! Being a professional that speaks in public often, I didnt want to have aligners in all day, the 10 hour while you sleep ones are magic! Make sure you ask about them as an option.

I had the best experience at Smile Direct LoDo. Rainy was amazing. She walked me through the entire process and made the appointment as comfortable and friendly as possible. She had helpful answers to all my questions and her first hand experience helped me feel better about my upcoming Smile Direct journey.

To start off, the workers here are great all around. My first 14 weeks with my aligners I was seeing improvements every week and it was super exciting. After 14 weeks I wasn’t 100% happy with the results so I went back in to get scanned for more aligners. It’s now been over 2 months since then and I still haven’t received my aligners. Even with wearing my retainers everyday my teeth are somehow slowly moving back to how they were before. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times but only get an apology for the inconvenience. Only giving 2 stars for the poor communication and lack of accountability.

Cutest shop downtown with great lighting, very clean, professional, and the staff was super friendly. Rainy took care of me, she’s lovely. It felt like talking with a friend rather than an appointment. It was quick, easy, and the digital scans are so much better than messy impressions!

Everyone here was so sweet. I was anxious about the process at first but felt immediately comfortable as soon as I came in. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had my fitting done with Rainy and she was amazing! She was incredibly thorough and made sure I understand every step and aspect of the plan completely. She explained everything so well and I actually ended up having fun at the appointment, which is not something you expect with any sort of dental work. Overall, the experience I had here was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond. So excited to start my plan and I feel absolutely confident in it after going into the office! :)

I paid in full, went to their office and received a scan for fitting. When I received them they did not fit! They sent a second batch and said the first batch was made with the wrong machine and thats why they didnt fit correctly. Second batch, a few trays fit only but the others didnt fit, hurt, and they cut my gums. Smile Direct would not correct the problem or refund me because they already sent me a second set which I think is unfair, first set was made wrong! Not my fault!!!!.. Now my teeth are worst because they are shifting due to halfway wearingthese and no retainer. They wouldnt even give me a retainer! Which was suppose to be included! Im very upset about this experience!!!!!!! DONT DO IT!!!!!!!

I had a friend use Smile Direct Club with great success and so I purchased a Gift Card for $250 for my son. I would later learn that my son actually needed surgery and that braces or aligners would not work on him. I called Smile Direct Clubs customer service and they were incredibly friendly and immediately refunded my money. These are folks you can trust!

At first I was a little upset because I came really early for my appointment and they were running a little behind but then I got in there with Nicki and she put a huge smile on my face shes easy to talk to she understands shes just all in all a pleasant person and she knows her stuff. She answered all my questions lickety split and she gave me some therapy as well. This was a great experience I will definitely refer someone or others to smile direct Club. Thanks again Nicki.

Was quoted $775 online and in person and then they tried to charge me $1950, completely disregarding everything they previously told me. Im currently trying to fix this and the people on their chat and help line are totally useless, and theres no way to contact this shop unless you go back in person. Very frustrating, hopefully I can get them to honor what they told me.

I have been a manager in customer service for almost a decade and I want to call out that these guys are EXCEPTIONAL. Stephanie who is managing this office had a terrific pre communication plan so that even going to an area I was less familiar with I knew exactly what to do and where to go. For the appointment, David did a tremendous job carefully explaining things in a way that someone less competent in this area (me) could follow. Every step of the way I was pleasantly surprised by the way they handled things.To help set your expectations, I would plan for an hour to an hour and a half. Parking is fine, they validated and proactively asked me to make sure I didn’t miss that. Great work team, great work!

Very impressed with the 3D scans and all of the different ways to pay. Was blessed with free Bright On teeth whitening system just for completing my scans. However was disappointed because I was told in pre appointment email that I would receive $25 pre paid visa and that did not happen. But as far as everything else I am very impressed and cannot wait for my new smile.

One of the best in person experiences I have had. Going into the unknown gives me anxiety at times, and did not get that here. The staff was friendly upon entering. David was my smile guy. What an experience. The time he spent with me was genuine. ( compared to being thrown in a tiny room to wait with yourself) It was an informative visit and I am hopeful my new adjustments will work out better than my impressions. What a fly by night company. Worst customer experience and ordering experience. You can expect to never know where your new retainers are while you wait hopelessly. There’s a million of these “aligner” companies, probably in your best interest to go with them rather than SmileDirect.

Day 1 accomplished! I was super nervous to have my 3D scan, even changed appointment times due to anxiety. Every time I called, I spoke with Rainy, who also did my scans and my whole appointment. I, even after making the appointment, still wasn’t fully excited. But Rainys energy and repeating of the words “I’m so happy you’re here! I’m so excited for you!” Really made me excited to start this journey. It’s not often complete strangers can calm your nerves as well as converse like we’ve known each other for years. 10/10 would recommend Rainy. Bright and bubbly personality.
