Excellent care, honest evaluation, very good financial transparency and Dr K answered my emergency call herself on a Friday night! . Not fancy but everything you could ask for in dental care. I have had had plenty of root canals and crowns and find this practice the most trustworthy, affordable and effective- thanks to Dr K and staff

Visit on June 9 was fine. However I wonder why Veronica doesnt work there any more. Over the years I have been a patient she seemed to be very competent and friendly.Also I was unable to make an appointment for a cleaning without waiting for 18 months between cleanings. I had to go elsewhere.I told the receptionist I had received the Covid vaccine. I was surprised shewas required to give me a face mask for the waiting room because I did not have the card with me.

The dentist is great but the clinic is a mess. I booked my cleaning in January and received a confirmation text that day, as well as yesterday reminding me of my appointment. A few hours later I received another appointment text saying my appointment was a different day. No one called me to ask if this was ok etc and when the receptionist called to confirm this I told her I could not make the appointment because I, too, am a doctor and have patients that made appointments to see me which I cannot just cancel on. I asked how they will fix this and she said we are booking cleanings in January. This is unacceptable to me and the fact that they made the error yet are doing nothing to fix the situation is irritating. Nothing was offered in terms of solutions to help with this unapproved change.

While this last year was challenging, getting great dental care was easy. Dr.K and hygienist, Adam, were friendly, thorough and followed strict Covid protocols. My family felt safe visiting this office. Their location was easy to get to with plenty of parking. I’m all smiles!😎😁

I have been seen Dr. K for 20 years and I have ALWAYS had a great experience. I love my hygienist!

I have been a patient at this practice for 10 years, recently the company was bought out or merged with another. What happened after this was I noticed add-ons were happening with my bill, other fees were given in my bill. I questioned these, multiple times and was given excuses and after multiple attempts had to even have my insurance call the clinic to get these fees removed for they were not part of my prepaid Union Dental insurance. Here very recent I was told I needed Dental work, when given a estimate I questioned it again. Why...well the above experience taught me this clinic manager Meghan Jarrell has no knowledge of what she is doing. I get all managers must learn, but not at a constant mistake that costs me fraud of billing and my money. So I requested to see another dentist for a 2nd opinion. It is my right as a patient, so I switched dental offices, canceled my upcoming appointment and moved on. The next day I received a call from the Dentist Dr. Jennifer Karaskevicus asking why I cancelled my appointment. I explained why to her and my concern with the Clinic Manager and felt best I get a 2nd opinion with what needed to be done and I didnt trust the quote for insurance billing. I told her my trust with her clinic manager didnt sit well with me. After 10 years of coming here and having zero problems until recent. Apparently then on the 3rd December the next day I was mailed this letter dismissing me from all practices of Perfect Teeth. I hope you see the connection now. Here is a dentist who called me out of concern with cancelling my appointment and when I explain to her the fraud of added charges I felt her clinic manager was doing. She signs a letter that I just received in the mail today Post marked 15 April. Today, 4 months after I received a letter telling me I am being dismissed from all Perfect Teeth locations. No reason why.But I know why, I found out this office is performing insurance fraud and billing for items that did not take place. The amount of energy I took to get these extra codes removed from my previous visits and then to be told I cannot go to any Perfect Teeth. The moral of this is, the Perfect Teeth Office Dr. Jennifer Karaskevicus and her Clinic Manager Meghan Jarrell know they are adding extra fees to your insurance bill. Check your billing codes, recommend a audit be done. And once you do this they will also ban you as well. No one ever questions dental billing, but once you do, well you then get banned from attending appointments. Funny how all that took place.

Dr. K is a highly skilled and knowledgeable dentist on top off being very friendly. She looks out for the best of her patients.

I transferred from a different perfect teeth and I sure am glad I did. Unfortunately I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time but they took good care of me. This was one of the best cleanings Ive ever had and the dentist was awesome she spent time with me and spoke with me about my concerns.

I went in for two crowns that I needed replaced that had fallen off. They took impressions, made the crowns and I came back to have them put on.The problem is they drilled both of my teeth down substantially in order to put the crown on and their explanation didn’t make sense as to why but something along the lines of we have to.After drilling into the second tooth to a point of no return they said “well, there’s not enough tooth for us to mount the crown to so you’ll have to get that pulled and get an implant.” Why did they wait until now to mention this to me? This was the first time this was ever brought to my attention, up until now I was under the impression I was going to get a crown. No potential issues were ever presented or explained. They just started drilling, and once my tooth was destroyed basically said “oops, now need to get that pulled”, even though they had never mentioned to me that this might be a problem.This is why people don’t trust dentists and I would say go someplace else. Needless to say I’ll be finding someplace else to put in an implant.

This was my first visit at the Glendale Perfect Teeth office. I was greetedwarmly. The hygienist, Adam and Cynthia was very pleasant and helpful with information. Dr. Karaskevicus was also pleasant and took time toexplain a few areas of concern. The receptionist Shauna was very helpful and took the time to provide me with information concerning teeth whitening. Overall my appointment was a pleasant one..

I love come here even though I dont like dental work because I think the staff is great. They have taken care of my 19year old daughter all her life as well. I highly recommend them!

The front desk staff, x-ray technicians, hygienist, and dentists at Perfect Teeth Glendale have been nothing but top notch. I was always taken care of efficiently and to the best level of care. Any questions were welcome and answered thoroughly. When I needed extra services beyond their scope the referrals they made were fast and high quality experience as well. I am sad to leave this dental practice!

On June 28, second of my deep cleaning appointment was cancelled due to the hygienist calling in sick and the receptionist told me that he would call me back to reschedule the appointment later in the day. I have never received that call from him. WHEH I CALLED TWO WEEKS LATER, THEY SCHEDULED ME ON AUGUST 15TH.

Our family has been going to this office for the last 20 years. The staff is very professional. The front desk, hygienists and the dentists are very knowledgeable and friendly. My billing is complicated, due to the fact that I have 2 dental insurances, but nothing is too complicated for Jennifer, she is absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to communicate with.
