This place is very nice. Ive enjoyed the staff and the doctor seems very knowledgeable. They are making efforts to keep everyone and everything sanitary.One major thing Ive found is the parking is between the apartment complex and brightnow dental. More importantly this is a free parking area for people going to the dentists office. If you went to the paid parking on the other side of the fence you went too far.My overall assessment concludes that despite being in downtown. This has been a realized pleasant place to visit. And ive been here on several occasions recently now.The entrance is on the other side of the building facing the street.

I’ve been coming to this dentist office for almost two years and have had only positive experiences. Mara at the front desk is wonderful, helpful and extremely personable. The dentist & hygienists that I’ve seen have also been very nice and helpful. They’ve been doing a great job throughout COVID to ensure everything is extremely sanitized and safe. I also very much appreciate the music and plants in the waiting room, while other dentist offices can be so drab.

Ive been going to Bright Now on Arapahoe St for around 7 years. Ive honestly never had a better relationship with any healthcare provider of any type. They are thorough, kind, communicative and extremely sanitary, even before the pandemic.

Have been coming to this location for more than 20 years and have had many services performed. This group of professionals are caring, the cleanliness of the office is assuring, the wonderful personal and the smiles and greetings from Mara & staff makes it easy to come back. Always happy to return.

I have been putting off seeing a dentist for 5 years. Got off my parents insurance, couldnt afford uninsured care, you know the drill. I came into BrightNow downtown and I cant tell you how much they helped me. I didnt have to spend ungodly amounts for a check up, they were outrageously nice to me, and it feels so good to finally have my teeth looked after. If you cant afford a dentist, go here. Im so relieved.The dentists were very kind, but the ladies at the front desk were especially helpful. Its because of the ladies at the front that I think I found my new dentists office.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming here! I get very anxious going to the dentist, but they were so warm, explained everything in detail to me, gave me good advice and options instead of just forcing certain procedures on me, and were FRIENDLY! I actually enjoyed my visit :) especially in a time like this, we need more people who offer a warm smile and patience. Thank you!!!

I spoke with Mara the office manger today and she was a breath of fresh air to talk to. I had some major concerns about a friend of mine and she went above and beyond on helping me get the answers I needed. She was very professional and showed great concerned for my questions. 5 stars for excellence!

Appreciated the front desk customer service, always trying hard to respond to my requests. Everyone is pleasant in the facility and it is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I had several problems with the dental care. First, I was recommended numerous services that I did not need, including advanced cleanings for periodontal disease, replacing all my silver filings, and covering over gum recession with composite on numerous teeth, even though I was having symptoms in only one particular area. This would have been very expensive. Second, it was hard to get them to pay attention to the one place where I was hurting. We finally agreed on getting two silver fillings replaced with composite, but it only partially resolved my pain. I went back and the filling was smoothed out but I still had pain. Finally,  I ended up seeing another dentist who redid one of the fillings, and this was successful in relieving my pain and sensitivity. He also did not feel I needed any of the other extra work that I was told I needed

I absolutely love this office! Bright Now has a very knowledgeable staff who are all so friendly and thorough. My hygienist went over things they didnt even bother doing at the last place I went to. I really do not enjoy going to the dentist, and I showed up to my appointment a little frazzled in addition. But from start to finish my first appointment at Bright Now on Arapahoe was unbelievably enjoyable. The staff are just really laid back, friendly, and informative. My favorite part was the effort they took in helping me find a the right payment method. I don’t have dental insurance but they gave me so many options that made it perfectly reasonable. Truly not dreading going back and getting cavities filled.

Beware! After 14 straight sparkling checkups from my old dentist, I had a change of insurance and had to find a new provider. At my first visit with Bright Now, the scam artists attempted to diagnose me with periodontal disease and perform an advanced cleaning I did not need that would have cost me close to $400 out of pocket. I am at another provider now, getting a second opinion, and they say my gums are just fine!

Some dental work is always hard and never fun but the doctors and staff have all been great since I have been using Bright Now at the downtown Denver location. Thanks to Mara, Dr. Lavarne, and the rest of the staff.

I went to this location for the first time last week. I was so impressed with everyone I met. The office manager actually called me an hour before my appointment to make sure I knew where they were located, let me know about the free parking behind the building, and offered for me to come in early since they were running ahead of schedule. She was so helpful! The dental assistant was great and super patient. The doctor was friendly, thorough, and she was very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this office.

Rudest most nastiest lady that works there,, I didn’t even meet the Dentist due to their rudeness . I left rather than deal with her. I ended up going to another dentist and ended up getting dental work done. Having great commercial ins sure does help.

Front office staff are great, place runs smoothly, appointment times kept. Dr. Singh is excellent-explains well, good technique, fun. hygienist staff and assistants all efficient and pleasant. Discounted Deep cleaning fees a bit steep-150$ per quadrant (about 40 minutes for all four, would be 205$ per without discount). Overall recommend this office.Update Jan 2020- remains great- Mara a steady presence over the years keeps the place running smooth, Jo hygienist good manner and education, new dentist Dr. Lavarne is personable, thorough, explains well.

This office and staff is amazing. They truly know what they are doing and trust each and every one of them fully. They really help put you at ease and make you feel welcome and comfortable during your visit. Billing isnt perfect but i guarentee they try their best for accuracy. Highly recommended!

This was a wonderful visit. It all started when i had to cancel a scheduled visit. Bright Nownncontinued to work with me to get me in. And they did. From the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor the experience was great. I would definitely recommend Brigjt Now to all.

This place tries to trick you very often. I went to them last year. The dentists try to push extra medications to you that your insurance does not cover. My fillings were covered but I was given a dental lubricant that reduces sensitivity. Not knowing better, I went for it. Dr. Makhija is an exception and I would recommend her.The dental hygienist, Rachel, is particularly bad. She often diagnoses you with Gingivitis and pushes for deep cleaning. When I followed up with another dentists office, they said I had healthy gums and teeth and had nothing to worry about. All in all, Bright now got an extra $300 out of me.

I love the downtown location. All the staff are amazing and friendly. They took great care of my son and I.I truly recommend this location (downtown) to any one.

This dentist should be reported to the BBB. I’ve not had a cavity in my entire life. I went in, and they said I had 5, and periodontal disease, which made me raise both eyebrows. I got a second opinion with a family dentist, and they said they commonly hear this feedback, and that I was fine, just needed my routine cleaning. To add a cherry on top, they are double charging both you, and your insurance. For what they wanted to do, I did a deep read on my coverage, which I discovered would’ve been covered 100% , meaning no out of pocket payment. This leads me to believe that they are double dipping not only your insurance, but also you as the customer. It’s amazing that they are not being more closely regulated, reform is needed!!

Went there 4 years ago, and only now have the nerve to say that they are a total scam. Recommended thousands of dollars worth of new fillings and root canals that were completely unnecessary. Fortunately I got a second opinion from a trusted family dentist, who recommended I do nothing. And even until now I havent had any issues with my teeth. Do Not Trust Them.

The office Manager, Mara, was extremely helpful in my situation with not having dental insurance. She helped me schedule my appointment on the crown special day to save money on a crown I needed replaced. If it was not for her help and understanding I probably still would not have a new crown. Truly thank you Mara for your help!

Just really caring and thoughtful and do their best to make conversation to make you feel more at ease. I will never trust another person with my mouth. I will be going here from now on! Dr. Stephens and the entire staff at the downtown Arapahoe office are FANTASTIC! Everyone is professional, caring and always do their best to make you feel comfortable. They are generally right on time and take their time to do the job perfectly the first time. The only reason I didnt give this office five stars is that the work that comes back from the lab is definitely not good. Dr. Stephens had to return one crown three times because the color was completely wrong. I would highly recommend this office, particularly to anyone who has had bad experiences with other dentists and/or their staff.

Mara North, the office manager for years now, has helped me navigate all the costs, and insurance issues, whenever I questioned any fees; answering all questions and always trying to work with me to get me the best affordable care! You can always forego a treatment, or postpone when necessary. She has always put the customer first, and Bright Now is lucky to have her. I just had a very thorough exam, cleaning & x-rays. They have a friendly and professional staff. Everyone is great, but Laura Reuther is trying to become my favorite hygienist of all times(we have to work together a few more times). Not because shes a Steelers(it has nothing to do with it), but shes very friendly and personable. Even when I was giving her attitude because I was in a dental office:-). I would highly recommend them.

Please do not ever come here to get any type of service. The staff does not know what they are doing. The doctors just try to rip you off and wow do they love to upsell. A cleaning cost us over 1k, and even our insurance company is getting involved. The insurance company has specifically requested details of their procedures, and the staff conveniently never sent it. Now our insurance company blocked our flex pay account until the office responds. We have been blasting them with phone calls and every time we are told we handled it we handled it, but once you call back and let them know it wasnt handled all of a sudden you are sent to voicemail. SHADY OFFICE, SHADY PEOPLE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! You would think for that amount of money at least the cleaning would be done to perfection, but it was not. Had to go and pay out of pocket to a different office to get a proper cleaning after this. They maxed out the coverage for the year for my husband because of A SIMPLE CLEANING! Going to keep calling them until this issue is resolved, have been dealing with this for over 6 months already and I am at my wits end!!! Please do the research before selecting a dentist, and a piece of advice do not go to a chain dental place. ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION! Ridiculous! Upper management needs to get involved and solve their patients issues! IF YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AT LEAST FACE THEM WHEN THEY FIGURE IT OUT!

I hate doctor/dentist offices. Its the worst to have someone poking about your business, but my experience at Bright Now was as pleasant as possible. They got me in and out and even made me laugh a few times, which as we all know, is really uncomfortable when your mouth is gaping open.As The Governator would say: Ill be back!

Very unprofessional, I had to return 3 times because of overbooking and lack of staff. Go ahead and book an appointment if you want to waste your day sitting in their lobby. Only reason it gets one star was because the dental hygienist was okay. They did promise to make it up to me but that was never followed through on. They seem more interested in their personal life than anything else.

The people there are nice enough but it feels like a used car lot where the employees are trying to make money instead of taking care of the customer. As other reviews have stated, and I have to wonder if some type of sales pitch will follow, my teeth did not have that fresh from the dentist feeling. Cant help but feel theyre more of a sales organization than a practice in business to take care of patients.

The worst dental place Ive been to. Dentist was really down putting in his language toward me. They spent a good 20 minutes assessing me for the services they could offer me (aka trying to get me to spend more with them). The cleaning part was done by the actual dentist which I thought was super cool until he let the polisher clip the side of my mouth causing soreness and bleeding. Did he acknowledge what he had done? Nope! Apologize? Nope.Dont go here. Its run down, out of date and filled with dentists I can only assume barely graduated their programs.

Took great care of my girlfriend. Nice staff and really close to home.

I went here in March of 2011 and ended up paying $800 for a cleaning. This was supposed to be fully covered by my insurance but they went beyond that. The gave me several cards for $300 off my next visit, what a scam. I never went back and tried to transfer my X-Rays. They said I had to come in and personally fill out the form, I drove across town and did just that, then when my new dentist calls, they not only lost the forms but didnt mention they charge a $25 copying fee to transfer X-Rays. This place is awful, stay away.

Im very cold sensitive, they were quite considerate of this. A deep cleaning is never fun or comfortable, this was the least unpleasant one Ive had.

It was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office, and in major pain.From the minute I walked in, to the 40 minutes that I was in the back layed up in the chair IN PAIN. The X-ray technician was the only nice person in that office. Nothing was done to meet my needs as a new patient. It was basically here take this prescription and call us in the morning. I would not recommend anyone going to this office. It was like a convenience store with posters on their window promoting their cleaning specials. Bad business!!!

I have been going to this location for the past ten years or so. There seems to be a new dentist every three years or so. I’m thinking this is a stepping stone job for a new dentist just starting out. They are always young attractive female dentists.I feel like the other reviews in that they are always trying to upsell me on things i don’t need and this was recently confirmed on my last visit where they got me for $35. I always turn down the fluoride treatment for $25 and cancer screening for an additional $30 as this should be included in my opinion and it’s a recent thing to get more money from me.Due to my somewhat receding gum line they pushed a product of toothpaste called Mi Paste Plus (Strawberry flavor). It was a fluoride toothpaste that would help my gums. Cost for one little tube (40 g/ 35ml) was $35. I thought wow this must be some special toothpaste I should buy if it costs $35. So I bought it. Big mistake!A few days later I went to Amazon out of curiosity to see what this “special” toothpaste cost. Wow was I surprised to see the same exact brand and flavor on Amazon listed for TEN tubes of this toothpaste for $15! That’s $1.50 each! This means I got totally ripped off by Brite Now Dental and will never buy an extra service from them again! The hygienist tries to make you feel guilty for not buying these extra services and next time I’m Gonna tell her to pound sand at any extra service.The quality of care is adequate but beware of their upselling of items you don’t need!

Horrible experience. Went in for cleaning and x-rays, that was fine cleaning went ok x-rays showed cavities.Went to have them filled and paid my deductible and co-pay when it was done in Nov.Got another bill in May! Called and asked they said that I owed them money and that they were going to send me to collections!I spent time trying to figure out why, well... They only offer composite fillings, DeltaDental will only cover amalgam fillings on back teeth, this is something the office knows and chooses to not say or do anything about.In the end, when I was supposed to pay $50 deductible and 20% coinsurance I end up paying nearly 50% of entire bill because of their failure to inform!I am irate!!! When I have called the office to bring this up they say I will let my supervisors knowComplete and utter BS!! To top it all off the Dentist messed up by teeth in the process, and they never respond to complaints.The only reason I would ever show up to this place again would be to complain to manager, dentist, and throw a huge fit to warn other patients. DO NOT GO HERE!!! AWFUL!!!

This place is TERRIBLE, literally the crooked used car salesman of dentistry. I went in for my initial consultation and immediately was told about thousands of dollars of needs I had that somehow my last dentist never mentioned. I got a crown and its only been one year and its been painful and has already fallen off. I immediately switched dentists after 2 visits and my new dentist seems to think I have nice teeth and are not trying to take all my money. Awful service, cringeworthy staff. I learned all the office gossip from my hygienist. WORST dental experience ever!

First let me say Downtown Denver Brite Now Dental is Awwwesome!!! From my very first visit they made me feel welcomed and warm almost like we were family and thats extremely hard for me especially cause of my mistrust when it comes to dentist(drilling, pain,etc) But I must say it was a very pleasant experience to say the least. They were very helpful, very informative, and very caring before and after every procedure. And special shout out to Ms. Esther who held my hand though out my whole visit,and I reallly dont think I could of made it without her. So to all take my advice. In the words of Dorothy theres no place like HOME!! So if you want great all around service, courteous, and caring. Downtown Denver Brite Now Dental is the place for you and I promise you , you wont be disappointed!!! And tell them Frederick sent you maybe I can get a discount😄😄😄

Worst cleaning Ive ever had. My teeth felt scummy again the day after the cleaning. And the staff is so unprofessional. Even the dentist, who was regaling the staff about his debaucherous weekend behind my chair while the dental assistant did the precleaning. If you have insurance, dont go to this micky mouse place. Go to a real dentist. Oh, and they still havent filled out their paperwork so my insurance payment is still pending.
