Most thorough dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr. Roy was amazing. He spent a ton of time with me and listened to what I wanted. I chipped my front teeth when I was younger and he was able to reconstruct them so my two front teeth touch. They look beautiful! Wow. After 10 years of avoiding the dentist, I made an appointment after reading the outstanding reviews. Shoutouts to Dr. Roy, Dakota, Hailey, and all the front desk office managers. Read if you’re hesitant about the dentist:I’ve had a traumatic past with dentists, orthodontists, etc. which made me avoid the dentist for a decade. I put it off every year from fear that I was going to experience the pain and discomfort of hygienists stabbing my gums open. After so many years I imagined I would be riddled with cavities, rotting teeth, and would need them all extracted. I chose my new dentist carefully and made sure I would not be taken advantage of, nor would my treatment be aggressive simply because of the amount of time that had passed.Dr. Roy gave me the surprising news that my teeth were perfectly fine! No cavities, and enamel was great! I did not believe him at first and thought he must have seen the wrong X-rays. He showed me my X-rays and explained what I was seeing and what they all meant. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. The only issues were with my gums which thankfully could be fixed!Dakota my hygienist did an amazing job at putting me at ease while performing deep cleaning. I felt virtually no pain and she was communicative every step of the way, recommending different cleaning methods, tips tricks, etc. Not once did I feel like I was being upsold anything. She was extremely knowledgeable about anything I asked her and her recommendations were just that, recommendations that I could take at will and not forced (And I will be following her recommendations). She explained the “why” for everything she would say and I knew I had been missing out on lots of oral education. I was under great care.Once the deep cleaning sessions were completed, I was setup on a regular cadence cycle. My gums have healed perfectly just a week after each session. I no longer have sensitivity to cold, hot drinks or sweets! My gums look great and my teeth are shiny and smooth, sans the black staining that I imagined were cavities. I can’t stop looking at my teeth in the mirror. I have the confidence to smile again and look forward to my next session! What a complete 180.I recommend them to anyone who hasn’t seen a dentist in a decade!

I saw Dr Roy and his assistant Haley. They were both so awesome! They answered all my questions and concerns and worked with me on time restrictions and insurance coverage. Will be coming back.

The office is beautiful and I love all of their hi-tech gadgets. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 5 years and Angela made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She did an awesome job and loved talking with her. She was very thorough in explaining all the different checks she was doing. Dr. Roy is great as well and took the tome to know me as a new patient. I highly recommend Metro Dental Care. Although I had cavities to fix on both sides of my mouth after about a decade of not going to the dentist, Dr. Roy and his team put me at ease from start to finish during both of my visits. They were nonjudgemental, kind, and extremely communicative about the work being done. I felt listened to, and well taken care of with a lot of concern for my comfort - which is a big deal for someone who has spent a lot of time avoiding dental appointments. To top it off, the small touches around the office, like the chapstick on the way out, really helped to make the visits stellar.

Had a large string of appointments between spring and summer of this year and the staff was great. They were accommodating with my very busy schedule and even helped schedule a few last minute things for my convenience. They did a much more thorough job explaining the procedures, what they were recommending, and why than any other dentist I’ve had. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice.

Metro is the way to go. Very awesome crew that is knowledgeable, efficient, and personable.My previous dentist had an incident that made me a bit nervous about going in for my teeth. Came in because I found good reviews for Metro online and anxiously gave it a shot. No regrets!They were outstandingly chill in demeanor but comfortingly focused for the dental work. Had a bunch of fillings but not a single moment of pain. The team frequently checked with me for any pain or need for breaks.Best of all, my teeth aren’t experiencing temperature sensitivity any more (knock on wood). Special shout-out to Dr. Roy! 🙌🏼

My experience at this office was a mixed bag. The providers all seemed friendly and knowledgable! However, they fitted me for a crown incorrectly and needed a follow-up appointment to place the re-sized crown. They charged me for both appointments. Plus, the crown fell out four months later. It could all be circumstantial, but Ill think carefully prior to visiting this office again.

I love Dr. Maureen Roach! She’s always treated me kindly in the years I’ve been going to Metropolitan Dental. I’m not a huge fan of dentists but she is so gentle I won’t see anybody else. Metropolitan Dental Care is absolutely the best dental office you could find. My dentist Dr Stephen Law has over time replaced a crown, fixed a chipped tooth anddone at least one filling for me. He is a total professional and also a very nice guy. He has a great staff to assist him. My hygienist Willie is likewise top of the game always offering advice on improving my own personal dental care. The office staff from when you arrive to handling insurance and billing are so efficient as well as welcoming. I can’t say enough about how good this dental office is

I have been through my share of dodgy dentists, but I started seeing Dr. Steve Law years ago after a co-worker referred him. He is a professional, ethical, outstanding Dentist who deeply cares about his patients. 6/5 stars. If you need a second opinion, I strongly recommend you see Dr. Steve! Dr. Roy is great! Went for a tooth extraction and he was very thorough and precise. I felt no pain at all and even found myself laughing throughout the procedure at some of Dr. Roy’s jokes! I love this place! I dont always have the same hygienist, but they are always kind, welcoming, and chatty. My dentist is friendly and remembers me every time. It sounds simple, but with so many patients coming in and out every 6 months, its nice to be remembered. They also always give you a new chapstick and have really good flavors/scents.

I have a major fear of dentist and needles. Dr. Roy and the staff helped me remain calm and walked me through the procedure. Even called the next day to make sure I was okay. Great dentist!

I am beyond impressed with Metropolitan Dental Care in general and Dr. Roy in particular. Not only do they provide excellent dental care (Ive now had two cleanings and a filling/crown replaced) but they communicate and explain everything extremely well, I feel like they use new technology that I hadnt seen at other see dental offices and they are so respectful of your time. I had 2 occasions where I needed to be back to work for meetings as quickly as possible and they were committed to making sure I could get my work done and get back in time (with sacrificing any excellence in their work). Dr. Roy is a delight and even texts the day after a procedure to make sure youre doing okay. I could not recommend him more.

I was in a cycling accident that resulted in a couple fractured teeth. Being new to Denver I hadnt yet established a dentist. The process of finding a new dentist can be daunting, but I couldnt be happier to have found Metropolitan Dental Care. Dr. Roy helped me carefully decide the best path to restore my teeth based on the nature of my crash, my bite, any financial concerns, etc. He is extremely personable and made the entire process as painless as possible. Everyone in the office is welcoming and friendly. I know I will continue to go here for any dental needs for as long as I live in Denver, and Id highly recommend to any friends/family.

Update: They issued me a refund because of this review so I am going to upgrade my rating to 4 stars. Come here for your regular dental needs, go somewhere else if you need a specialist in TMJ/wisdom teeth removal.I am not happy with my experience at this practice. I went in for a regular teeth cleaning today and was charged $150 + $9 Covid preventive fee (which is fine). During my visit, I asked for recommendations to fix my facial asymmetry/TMJ issues. Dr. Maureen looked at my mouth for less than 30 seconds, recommended that I go see a facial surgeon (didn’t explain the correlation between why I need to get my wisdom tooth out to fix my jaw misalignment) and CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $70 (to talk to her for less than a minute without a proper solution).I am very disappointed to say the least with the service I received and will gladly take my business somewhere else that cares more about the service and less about the money.

Dr. Roy Kaluzshner took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and I was very satisfied with the results of my fillings. The hygienists, Erin and Liz did a great job explaining everything they were doing and putting me at ease. I would also like to give kudos to the administrative staff for providing estimates on costs on any treatments so that I was able to make an informed decision. Top to bottom, a great experience.

Dr. Roy Kaluzshner is amazing at what he does! He makes going to the dentist feel like a visit with a friend rather than something you dread. He takes the time to listen to your priorities and concerns. He’s personable and truly cares about his patients and his staff. I was a patient at the Lone Tree office. In November of 2019 I had a crown and filling work done. I complained for two days about sensitivity. I went back no less than 4 times for adjustments to the crown. For 11 months I dealt with some element of pain and could not chew on that side of my mouth. I was told by Lone tree I would likely need a root canal. Essentially they were done with me. The local staff was very pleasant at all time but the Dentist was a disaster and clearly focused on upsell services. I went to another dentist and they took pictures. I saw pictures of how the crown was not even fit properly. The new Dentist (in South Carolina) removed the crown, cleaned out the tooth, as decay had set in because the crown never fit properly, and put a temporary crown in. Within 24 hrs., my pain was gone, chewing was normal. I am so furious with Metropolitan Dental Care in Lone Tree. Horrible skill of the Dentist and horrible customer experience. I will do everything in my power to spread the word of the atrocious care and service this Dentist office (metropolitan Dental Care Lone Tree) delivered to me. Do not ever seek dental services above a cleaning from this location.

I hate the dentist, but I love Metropolitan Dental, especially Dr. Mo! Everyone, from the front desk to the hygienists are courteous and professional. They all helped me turn my disaster of a mouth around non-judgmentally and as painlessly as possible. Id recommend Metropolitan Dental to anyone!

I have had all ends of the dental spectrum in my life thus far; a childhood dentist for 18 years who was wonderful to a horrible experience in early adulthood. However, I can say confidently that Metropolitan Dental Care, specifically Dr. Roy, are by far my favorites. Dr. Roy has seen me for both a routine checkup and a filling. Both of the experiences I had with him were fantastic. Not only did he consistently tell me what he was about to do, but made sure above all that I was comfortable and in no pain. I didn’t even feel the injection at the beginning of my filling or any pain at all throughout the procedure. In addition to his expertise, he is a wonderful human who is great to chat with. Will be recommending him to any and all in the Denver area!
