The professional care at D.O.P. and attention to dental procedures ranks highly, which does not include their mistakes, at least as pertains to faulty dental appliances. When it comes to their office staff, methods of treating patients the practice fails completely. Their spare office is admittedly chic, part of trendy South Pearl Street - with its restaurants, upscale studios, and all, but their respect and deference to paying patients is definitely not their main focus. It is a shame with such meticulous professional care more consideration is not paid to those patients that keep them in their comfortable quarters.

We have been using The Dentists on Pearl for 6 years. They are all like family. The quality of care is excellent and the entire staff goes out of their way to make the experience a positive one, even if there is some painful work to be done!

Amy is the most delightful person whos ever stuck her hands in my mouth. If I could Id come in for a weekly cleaning. No one really looks forward to dental appointments. When I am scheduled to come in though, I have the comfort of knowing what a warm and experienced crew Ill be greeted by. Dentists on Pearl is my dental office for life.

I went to the Dentists on Pearl for 5 years and recently moved out of the area. Wish I could have brought them with me! Their office is comfortable and always up to date on the most modern treatments and products. My first appointment with them was extremely thorough and they went above and beyond my expectations. They covered all of my oral health needs from product Recommendations, cold sore laser treatments and making me feel at ease when I needed a crown. Knowing that my dental work was done at the highest level brings me so much peace. Highly recommend this office not only for the positive, clean & beautiful office but for their extremely high quality of dental work.

I have been coming here for almost 8 years and can not recommend them enough! Everyone that I have ever come in contact with here have been incredibly nice, thoughtful, knowledgeable, caring and respectful. Ignore the one star reviews as they are all insurance related and it’s no fault of Dentists on Pearl if people are unaware of their own insurances “dos and don’ts”. They take care of their clients and do not try to “sell” or “rip you off”. Ludicrous. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

I cannot speak highly enough about everyone I have come into contact with at this office-especially Liz and Megan! They are so nice and genuinely care about what’s going on in your life. They are also not pushy AT ALL and have even gone above and beyond working with my insurance company when they were being very difficult. I have had 4 visits with them in recent years and will not be using anyone else any time soon.

Ive been a patient at Dentists on Pearl for a number of years and couldnt be happier with my care in all regards. This is an extremely well run, professional practice with excellent and engaged professionals at every level. The clinical staff utilizes state of the art technology while maintaining a conservative approach to treatment recommendations. I feel quite fortunate to have them as a resource.

I was in the market for a new dentist and was recommended The Dentists on Pearl by a friend - I am THRILLED with my choice! Each and every staff member I have interacted with has been kind, thoughtful and helpful. The location is easy to get to, and the interior of the building is calming and accommodating - especially during the Covid pandemic! Ive felt safe and supported throughout the duration of my visits. I also really value their communication styles - texting details on appointments/updates is a great way to stay on top of oral care needs.I was most impressed with the transparency in regards to my Invisalign treatment - its cost friendly and I feel very supported going into this orthodontic treatment with The Dentists on Pearl! Highly highly recommend if youre looking for honest and hardworking dentists!

I had a scheduled cleaning today. I wish I had gotten the name of my hygienist because she was wonderful, professional, and friendly. Even with all of the COVID-19 restrictions Dentists on Pearl had the entire visit and experience organized perfectly. Separate entrance/exits, sanitizer everywhere, exact timing of appointments and movement throughout the office just to name a few. They are a great example of how a business can adapt quickly and efficiently during a crisis to provide a fantastic service. Five stars isnt enough.

I have been afraid of the dentist my entire life (after a bad experience as a child). Every member of the staff at your office has been wonderful to me throughout the years and, while I might not necessarily enjoy going, I no longer experience terrible anxiety for just a simple teeth cleaning. I cant thank you all enough!

I would NOT recommend any of my friends or family to go here.They take weeks to respond emails, they dont schedule you quick even if you emailed them twice, as a patient I asked for different solutions for my dental problem and they never replied, they seem only interested in selling you a bunch.

Finding a reliable and well trained dentist is so hard now days. These ladies are amazing. They are punctual and very accommodating to busy schedules. Our entire family now goes here. I have had my teeth cleaned and even had a crack tooth fixed here. Every experience has been great, well as great as going to a dentist can be.

Clean, friendly and great with our teeth. Great with kid, my 3 year old showed up for his first appointment ever and they were full prepped for him. A lion to play with and practice brushing with, a great kid explanation of what they were doing. He had fun. He even got a reward for no cavities and being patient.As for my husband and I, they always have openings that fit our schedule and have even helped out some friends day of with teeth issues.

I had an incredible first visit. It was by far the best dentist/patient experience Ive had. Prior to me coming in I had to answer some questions. When I arrived everyone I met had actually read them. I didnt have to repeat myself 3 times. The X-rays and cleaning was smooth and they shared about each step. Id highly recommend going.I should note the interior decorations were impressive too.

Great office. I have been going here for a couple years and really enjoy the staff. The hygienists are funny and make the cleanings actually enjoyable. The dentist i see is also very professional and quick. I recommend this office to all my friends.

We really like the dentists and assistants in general, they always make my boys feel comfortable. I have to say the main desk manager needs some serious charm lessons with clients. I just recommended some new families to Dentists on Pearl and really hope they are welcomed as new clients instead of being treated like a number.

I came to The Dentists on Pearl via a recommendation from a friend and I could not have had a better experience! I chipped a tooth a couple months ago and went to a Comfort Dental in town whos work was unfortunately not the best quality. I was left with a temporary crown and the new need for a root canal. After exploring another dentist office, I wound up at The Dentists on Pearl. The assessment and execution of the work I needed was sooo comforting and Dr. Wright and her team were as smooth as silk during the procedure. One of the added benefits is the office invests in great technology that makes the entire process for the patient simple and painless, no goop or spraying water during any piece. This is a great office for anyone with dental needs. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic practice. The dentists themselves are great--flexible in their treatment plans, less prone to drill, etc.--and I have interacted with several staff, all of them professional and kind. I signed up for this practices membership plan and moved away; the practice sent me a check for a remaining balance. I did not expect this and was pleasantly surprised. Cant recommend this place enough.

Takes 6 months to get an appointment. Staff just tries to sell you on medical problems you don’t have. Spends all their money on renovations instead of hiring more staff!

The team here takes care of our whole family of 5. They do an excellent job, even with my daughter who “hates” having her teeth touched.

Horrible experience with the Dentist on pearl. The Dr. is good, but staff and office personal are rude and terrible. I do not recommend this office. If you need an emergency dentist go to Downing Dental.

Dental scam to double fees through multiple appointments and outside referrals without cause! Be warned!!!My policy includes a cleaning, exam and xrays all for $60.00 so long as it is performed within 30 days. When I came to the office, despite my appointment, I was told that I could not get a cleaning that day as I had to get a consult first. So I did, and paid my 60 dollars for the consult. I was then told that no cleanings were available for over a month (therefore I would have to pay a second 60$ to get the exact service I initially scheduled for). When I called them back and spoke to Liz (Office Manager) and explained that waiting the 30 days would force me to pay twice, she immediately got defensive and responded that is up to my insurance company and that they cant help their schedule and that it is law to perform the exam first. When I asked her why they do not tell patients that in advance so that they dont get hit with two fees, she said there are so many insurance policies to keep up with.Further, before I selected the Dentists on Pearl, I specifically called to ensure they did wisdom teeth extractions. To which I was told, yes! During my exam we agreed that I should have a wisdom tooth pulled. The dentist (if you can call someone who looks like she just got out of the gym and is literally in sneakers and work out clothes) said she did not do extractions at all. When I said I asked for a dentist who did, she responded that the office always refers any surgical items. Nothing else. Since I already paid the consulting fee I asked if I would have to pay another fee to the referred oral surgeon and was told no, that all I needed to do was make the appointment and the dentists would send all my xrays and exam information. When I called the oral surgeon, what a surprise they also want a $120.00 consult fee before the extraction.Ive spoken to Delta Dental who says that it is not a legal requirement to get the consult first and has advised me to report this dentist for fraudulent billing. They said its common that dentists try to get multiple fees by pacing clients outside of their flat fee rate and being in cohoots with other businesses to double costs. I will report both the Dentists on Pear and Colorado Surgical Arts who are both joined in this attempt to scam hard working, insurance carrying Americans.
